OC | This app is an alternative to YouTube Music and offers an interesting feature

🚀 Join the Twapple Community!
⚡️ Boost & Support [click]

ViMusic is a nice choice for those who only want to enjoy music. It's essentially an alternative to YouTube Music, but without ads. You can listen to the majority of songs available on YouTube Music.

One of the most great features of ViMusic is that the music you listen to is cached on your device, allowing you to listening again, even without an internet connection.

Moreover, it offers additional features such as favorites, a sleep timer, skip silence, playlists and the ability to open YouTube/Music links directly in ViMusic as part of its project.

OC | Discover SpMp: "An amazing, beautiful and customized YouTube Music client (where you can download songs 👀)"

SpMp is one of those great projects, starting with visual harmony, theme customization options and of course, the features we love such as lyrics, favorites, ad-free music streaming and the best part: downloading songs for offline listening.

Another major highlight of SpMp is the ability to log in to your Google account and keep your preferences saved. Nice, ya?

Nagram is (updated) a Telegram client based on NekoX, which offers numerous features not found in the official Telegram app. One of the highlights is the ability to use Premium features locally. Additionally, there are many interesting features in the experimental and basic sections. There are options for different types of connections, translation and location services (maps). You can also hide "all chats" in folders. Of course, there's much more to explore.

I need to mention that: Cloud backup and backup for your settings are essential features.

Apple is finally letting green bubbles send message reactions 🍏

Apple has enhanced its messaging system by displaying emoji reactions from Android users correctly in RCS messages on iOS devices, showing them inline with the message bubble instead of as separate lines. This improvement follows the introduction of RCS support in iOS 18.1. Although it's unclear whether the update came from Apple or Google, it aligns with Apple's recent move to adopt basic RCS features. However, while emoji reactions are now supported, the ability to edit sent messages on iOS remains unimplemented. This change highlights Apple's gradual shift towards better compatibility with RCS, despite its ongoing preference for exclusive iMessage features..

Apple AI notification summaries exist; rarely useful, often hilarious

Apple's new AI-powered notification summaries in iOS 18.1 aim to simplify notifications but often produce awkward or confusing results. Users have reported strange outputs, like receiving a breakup message summary or alarming notifications about an attack, which were later revealed to be mix-ups. The AI sometimes merges unrelated notifications, leading to misunderstandings. While the feature cuts through notification clutter, it struggles with context, resulting in unintentionally funny or tone-deaf summaries. Overall, users are finding it both helpful and frustrating as the feature evolves.
