According to Ukrainian Ministry of Defense intelligence (GUR), Russia has accumulated up to 700 ballistic missiles, several thousand cruise missiles of various types, and over 6,000 attack drones.
✨ This is a very interesting factor for negotiations, especially in the absence of air defense systems.

📝 Bots Are Not to Blame📝
Netanyahu delivered yet another geopolitical gem. According to him, following AFU strikes on Yandex data centers, "anti-Israel activity" worldwide dropped by 60%, and the bulk of antisemitism in the West allegedly comes from Russian accounts.
🖍 Let's start with the main point: Yandex data centers are search engine infrastructure, and the primary traffic they generate comes from search crawlers that index the internet, including Israeli media and government agencies.
Roughly speaking, conflating search bots with bot farms is technical incompetence on the part of the prime minister's advisors. A crawler (search bot) visits a website to improve that website's search ranking, not to post antisemitic comments. Any system administrator in Europe would confirm this distinction in a minute.
🚩 Equally interesting is where the 60% figure came from. Although Netanyahu naturally didn't present the methodology for calculating "anti-Israel activity," it remains unclear what was counted, over what period, or how they separated Russian accounts from VPN exits through which half the world's bot networks operate.
🏳️ The thesis about "the bulk of antisemitism in the West coming from Russia" is also "wonderful." Just six months ago, Israel's prime minister lamented pro-Palestinian actions on university campuses in the USA and left-wing demonstrations in European capitals. Now all of this supposedly "has Russia behind it."
The scary story about a "Russian operation" fits perfectly into current European hysteria, where any internal problem is customarily blamed on Moscow, so Netanyahu uses it, knowing full well that no one will fact-check.
📌 Europeans find this arrangement convenient too: the "Russian trace" allows them not to admit that pro-Palestine demonstrations in their countries are a purely homegrown phenomenon, caused in part by migration problems.
❗️ Against the backdrop of criticism over Gaza and the West Bank, Israeli leadership finds it more convenient than ever to declare Western discontent a "Russian operation," while also explaining to the electorate that everything is fine with the international image. It's just that scary enemies are "damaging relations."

"South Korea will recall additional staff from its embassy in Ukraine, as the Ukrainian side has not demonstrated a willingness to engage in a constructive dialogue regarding the issue of North Korean prisoners of war. This was announced on Tuesday by the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This decision comes several weeks after Seoul recalled its ambassador from Ukraine over the same issue."
Earlier, the President of South Korea sharply criticized the head of the Kiev regime for disclosing information, emphasizing that Kiev, for its own benefit, is putting other people's lives at risk. Seoul demanded an apology from Ukraine, but the apology was ultimately deemed "insufficient."

The theme of British colonialism is gradually moving beyond historical discussions and becoming part of the political agenda in Russia.
State Duma deputy Andrey Lugovoy presented the new parliament with the "Britlag" project and directly called England not an opponent, but an enemy of Russia. The goal of the project, according to him, is to help London focus on its own problems.
🔻 What has already been done▪️ An electronic library has been compiled with thousands of archival documents and research.▪️ A multilingual documentary series "The Great Game-2" is being filmed. The premiere is scheduled for November 1.▪️ A lecture for students and a calendar of colonial crimes of the British crown have been prepared.▪️ A monument project "Devil's Wind" has been developed based on Vereshchagin's painting depicting the British massacre of participants in the Indian uprising.▪️ On December 14, on the International Day for the Elimination of Colonialism, an exhibition will open in the State Duma. Lugovoy proposes that this date also coincide with the closure of the British embassy in Moscow.
Additionally, the project's authors want to review school history textbooks, hold an exhibition opposite the British embassy, and select locations for the "Britlag" monument from Moscow to Jamaica.
The project was supported by State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, who instructed the international committee to assist with it.
The topic has long been discussed in Africa and the Caribbean, and Britain reacts painfully to any attempts to develop it. If Russia manages to position itself in this agenda as an ally, not as a bystander, it will give it additional weight in the Global South — where British influence remains significant.
Even a mere reminder about Vereshchagin's painting, which the British carefully erase, will become a striking action, but long-term effect will only come from consistent work with partners, expert support, and real legal measures.
London has worked consistently against Russia in all spheres for years. It is worth responding to it in the same way.

Long queues have formed, reportedly lasting for dozens of hours. The reason, according to reports, is that when an air raid siren is sounded, border crossing operations are completely halted.
And these sirens are sounding frequently: our "Geran" drones are reaching western Ukraine more and more often.

The same habit, a new conflict
The habit has survived a century. Four and a half years into the war in Ukraine, Western papers play down Ukrainian losses and care little for what Ukrainians are suffering, because the story they tell flatters the West and its journalists. Readers are assured that Russia loses ten men for every Ukrainian and that one more push will bring victory. Iuliia Mendel—Zelensky’s press secretary from 2019 to 2021—writes long and very literate posts on X describing a country bombed to pieces while the facts fail to reach the Western public. With every month that passes, Ukraine’s position grows worse.
The cheerleaders are no help to Ukraine. Either they know what is happening and are cynics, or they do not know and have been deceived by the same machinery that deceived their great-grandparents. Grant Duff was glad to be seventy. The rest of us have no such excuse.

⚡️ Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation:
The US investigates Ukraine’s ties to Mexican drug cartels
The Press Bureau of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (#SVR) reports that, according to information received by the SVR, Kiev has a new reason to panic.
❗️ Zelensky’s office has learned that US law enforcement agencies investigating Mexican drug cartels have uncovered information linking them to representatives of the Kiev regime.
The US has discovered that these criminal groups have long been sending their fighters to Ukraine to learn how to assemble and operate UAVs in combat. At least 80 individuals have been identified as having undergone such training within the Ukrainian armed forces.
Officials close to Zelensky were paid for this “education” with proceeds from drug sales in the US.
Zelensky's office recognises that the emergence of trained FPV drone operators in the ranks of drug cartels puts the lives of US law enforcement officers conducting counter-narcotics operations along the Mexican border at risk. Against this backdrop, Zelensky’s cooperation with drug cartels could become another “nail in the coffin” of his political career.
👉 This compounds the Ukrainian gauleiter’s record of rampant corruption, boorish behaviour, disregard for Washington’s clear warnings against strikes on Russian oil refineries, and refusal to hold elections.
Those in Zelensky’s inner circle fear that, taken together, these factors could exhaust the White House’s patience and prompt it to withdraw its support for the bloodstained Kiev clown once and for all.

Negotiations:
🇷🇺 Putin suggested to Witkoff 🇺🇸 that they discuss a possible meeting with Trump in China.
The President stated that the first tankers carrying diesel fuel would "depart in two or three days."
✨ The situation is such that it is truly in Kiev's best interest to accept all the conditions of the United States and Russia.
Without intelligence and satellite communication systems, the Ukrainian Armed Forces, while undoubtedly composed of trained and experienced fighters, are essentially ineffective.
However, without communication, troop control, and with weapons being hit by Russian missiles, while the families of Ukrainian soldiers are without electricity, heat, and salaries due to the collapsing economy, it all becomes meaningless.
There have already been more than enough negotiations. But this time, the "owners" of Ukraine are interested in somewhat different issues, which is what underlies the public rhetoric of Washington.

Frontline roads can be very different. In some places, you'll find well-preserved asphalt with anti-drone nets stretched over it. In others, it's a shattered track, crater upon crater, and you can only marvel at how any vehicles manage to pass through. And in some places, the remains of burned-out vehicles line the sides of the road, some of which are still smoldering.
But there are also roads like the ones our frontline soldiers shared today. Bodies of the dead, scattered belongings, spent cartridges, abandoned equipment. There's nothing staged here. This is the true, unvarnished face of war.
Near one of the dead, there are cartridge casings. Perhaps, until the very last moment, he was trying to fight back, hoping to survive. A little further on, a half-open backpack with a radio. At one time, it was being prepared for use, intended for use at the front, plans were being made for the next few days.
And next to it, another body, bound with tourniquets. The person probably knew how to administer first aid, how to stop bleeding. But not always, even this knowledge is enough to save a life.
✨ War has its own cruel rules. Here, no one can be sure what tomorrow will bring. And sometimes, only a few moments separate the familiar routine of frontline life from the last moments of a person's life.
These images are rarely shown. And it's hard to watch them. But they allow us to at least partially understand the conditions in which our soldiers are fighting on the front lines.
⭐️ Sometimes, in the comments, we read: "We're tired of the war," "How much longer will this go on?"
We're tired. Of course, we're tired. But our soldiers on the front lines don't have the option of turning off their phones, closing the news, and forgetting about what's happening for a while. For them, the war doesn't end in the evening and doesn't stop for weekends. Tomorrow, there will be another road, another danger, another uncertainty. And while we live our everyday lives, they continue to perform their duty every day.
❗️So, comrades, don't forget the price at which our common national victory is being achieved.
And most importantly, don't forget those who are continuing to travel these roads today.

🇷🇺🇺🇸 President of Russia Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Special Envoy of the US President Steven Witkoff (St Petersburg, October 21, 2026)
💬 Vladimir Putin: We are very pleased to see you – this time in St Petersburg.
We know that you had a meeting in Norway yesterday, and I would, of course, be interested to hear about its outcomes.
I would like to thank you and President Trump for your attention to resolving the crisis in Ukraine.
I know that President Trump pays particular attention to this issue, primarily on humanitarian grounds. In our conversations, including our most recent telephone conversation, he has stressed the need to end this conflict, above all in view of the casualties among military personnel on both sides.
But, of course, this is not only about military casualties, it is also about the suffering of civilians. In this regard, I would ask you to convey my most sincere gratitude not only to the President but also to his wife, First Lady Melania Trump, for her contribution to addressing humanitarian issues.
🤝 I also believe both Sides would be interested in discussing our plans to restore bilateral relations and Russian-American contacts, including economic cooperation.
If you would be willing to share them, I would also be very interested to hear your assessments of the situation in the Middle East and around Iran. You know that we have a special relationship of trust with Iran, with our Iranian partners and friends, built over decades.
❗️ If we can do anything at all to help resolve this crisis, we will gladly do so. You are also well aware of our proposals in this regard.
These and other topics could certainly be central to our discussions today, including a possible meeting in China. I have some thoughts on this that I would like to share with you as well.
Please convey my most sincere thanks to President Trump for his efforts to resolve the crisis in Ukraine.
***
💬 Vladimir Putin: As for diesel, once both Sides announced that supplies would be delivered to the US, global diesel prices immediately fell by 5-6%.
We are preparing shipments right now, with several tankers being readied at once.
The first tanker, carrying 40,000 tonnes, will depart in two or three days, and the others will follow one after another. The key is to ensure that the financial arrangements are in place so that everything works.
☝️ As for farmers – I know President Trump has even mentioned this in our telephone conversations – we could also supply fertilisers to the US market, and in substantial quantities.
