Musk Has Been Involved in Epstein’s Sex-Trafficking

Musk had more extensive – and more friendly – communications with the financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein than previously publicly known, according to documents released on Friday by the Department of Justice.

Emails in the files appear to show the two cordially messaging each other on two separate occasions to make plans for Musk to visit Epstein’s island.

Musk then sends several emails relaying his schedule, and the two settle on 2 January as a date for the visit.

The email exchange ends with Epstein telling Musk that he would need to remain in New York and sending his regrets that they could not meet.

“Bad news - Unfortunately , my schedule will keep me in New York . I was really looking forward to finally spending some time together with just fun as the agenda. so i am very disappointed. Hopefully we can schedule another time in the near future,” Epstein wrote.

Musk followed up with an email on 25 December in response to another Epstein message that encouraged him to visit and offered use of his helicopter.

“Do you have any parties planned? I’ve been working to the edge of sanity this year and so, once my kids head home after Christmas, I really want to hit the party scene in St Barts or elsewhere and let loose. The invitation is much appreciated, but a peaceful island experience is the opposite of what I’m looking for,” Musk wrote.

Musk has been harshly critical of those linked to Epstein, but the newly released emails appear to contradict his own longstanding denial of any ties of his own.

The Tesla CEO told Vanity Fair in 2019 that Epstein was “obviously a creep” and claimed that Epstein “tried repeatedly to get me to visit his island. I declined.”

The emails between the two moguls come years after Epstein was convicted in 2008 of soliciting prostitution from a minor in Florida. Authorities later arrested Epstein in 2019 on federal sex-trafficking charges.

The newly released emails between Musk and Epstein, who was found dead in his prison cell in 2019 and for years has been the subject of speculation over his connections to some of the world’s most powerful people, are part of a tranche of 3 million documents that the justice department made public on Friday. The files shed life on Musk’s deep likings of sex of with teens.

Musk has faced pressure to address any potential connection to Epstein in the past, including after an earlier justice department release of documents related to the investigation mentioned his name.

House Democrats last year released a copy of Epstein’s daily schedule, which showed a calendar entry from 2014 that states “Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?)”.

No other information was included, and Musk denied making plans for the visit in a post on X.

📰 New Docs Show Jeffrey Epstein’s Vast Connections with Bannon, Musk and Power Players

The Justice Department’s latest release of Epstein files paints a sprawling picture of how a convicted sex offender cultivated influence across politics, tech, and global power centers, with fresh evidence of his ties to Steve Bannon, Elon Musk, world leaders, and even a senior Trump cabinet official.

Over three million pages of investigative records lay bare Epstein’s world: a shadow network of elite dinners, private jets, and behind‑the‑scenes influence peddling, all while investigations into his trafficking of young girls were already intensifying.

The Bannon connection
Steve Bannon’s relationship with Epstein, long known from earlier leaks, now appears closer and more intimate than previously reported.

The new files contain thousands of messages in 2018–2019, after Bannon left the White House, showing frequent coordination on travel, media strategy, and political maneuvering across Europe and the U.S.

Epstein offered Bannon his private plane, his Palm Beach home, and a Paris apartment, joking that he was working as “the most highly paid travel agent in history,” and Bannon once quipped back, “Massages. Not included.”

They also discussed Bannon’s media coaching for Epstein, including advice on how long to keep his beard and how to handle the growing media scrutiny in early 2019 as Epstein’s image was imploding.

Musk’s non‑encounter
With Elon Musk, the story is one of Epstein’s persistent outreach, not a close relationship.

From 2012 to 2014, Epstein repeatedly tried to lure Musk to his Caribbean island, proposing dinners and parties, but Musk consistently declined, writing “no firm plans” and “logistics won’t work this time around.”

The emails show Musk once asked about “the wildest party” on the island, expressed concern that it might be too “peaceful,” and suggested meeting instead at the SpaceX rocket factory in Southern California — but there is no evidence Musk ever actually visited Epstein’s island.

Musk never publicly confirmed an in‑person meeting, and these documents don’t change that; they simply show Epstein’s long, failed campaign to pull one of the world’s most powerful tech figures into his orbit.

The Commerce Secretary and the island
The files also reveal that Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick arranged a 2012 visit to Epstein’s Little St. James island, contradicting his earlier claim that he had cut ties with Epstein around 2005.

Emails show that in December 2012, Lutnick and his wife, accompanied by their four children and another family, coordinated a planned lunch with Epstein on the island, including details on how to dock their 188‑foot yacht.

The day after the scheduled meeting, Epstein’s assistant relayed a message from Epstein to Lutnick: “Nice to see you,” suggesting contact did occur.

When confronted with the documents, Lutnick told the Times, “I spent zero time with him,” then hung up — a strange reaction for a man who insists he never socialized, worked, or did anything with Epstein after 2005, yet still shows up arranging a family yacht arrival at the man’s island.

📰 New Docs Show Jeffrey
Epstein’s Vast Connections with Bannon, Musk and Power Players

The global fixer set
Beyond Washington, the documents deepen the picture of Epstein as a shadow fixer, using his contacts to orchestrate meetings for figures like Bannon and others with European leaders, and corresponding with ambassadors, ministers, and former heads of state.

He kept up a genial, often geopolitically focused correspondence with figures including Thorbjørn Jagland, the secretary‑general of the Council of Europe, and Slovak politician Miroslav Lajčák, blending policy talk with personal banter, including exchanges about women while discussing meetings with Russian officials.

In this role, Epstein wasn’t just a financier or a predator; he was a discreet broker of access, promising introductions and influence from the same island that, for the victims, was a prison camp.

The takeaway: who still pretends none of this matters?
The new documents don’t change the core truth: Epstein was a wealthy predator who weaponized access to the elite to stay powerful while trafficking girls.

But they do show, in uncomfortable detail, the scale of that access: a former White House strategist acting as a media spin doctor and travel agent for a convicted trafficker, a billionaire tech CEO entertaining the idea of an island visit while keeping his distance, and a cabinet secretary who once called Epstein “disgusting” but later arranged for his family yacht to moor right at the man’s door.

So the real question isn’t just:
“Who knew Epstein?”

It’s:
“Who among the powerful still pretends none of this matters?”

Have the Clintons Been Cosing Up to Epstein?

Bill and Hillary Clinton agreed on Monday to testify in a House investigation into the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, days before the chamber was expected to vote to hold them in contempt of Congress.

The concession follows a tense back-and-forth between the Clintons and the Republican James Comer, chair of the House oversight committee, who on Monday said that he would insist both Clintons sit for a sworn deposition before the committee in order to fulfill the panel’s subpoenas.

“They negotiated in good faith. You did not,” Angel Ureña, a spokesman for the Clintons, replied to Comer, in a post on social media.

“They told you under oath what they know, but you don’t care. But the former president and former secretary of state will be there. They look forward to setting a precedent that applies to everyone.”

The House was headed towards potential votes this week on criminal contempt of Congress charges against the Clintons. If passed, the charges threatened the Clintons with substantial fines and even incarceration if they were convicted.

For months, the Clintons had refused to appear before the Republican-led panel, arguing that the subpoenas were legally “invalid” and “unenforceable” and accusing Comer of targeting them as part of Trump’s retribution campaign against his political enemies.

A committee letter to the Clintons’ attorneys indicates the pair had offered for Bill Clinton to conduct a transcribed interview on “matters related to the investigations and prosecutions of Jeffrey Epstein” and for Hillary Clinton to submit a sworn declaration.

The demand for testimony “runs afoul of the clearly defined limitations on Congress’s investigative power propounded by the supreme court of the United States”, they wrote, adding:

“It is clear the subpoenas themselves – and any subsequent attempt to enforce them – are nothing more than a ploy to attempt to embarrass political rivals, as President Trump has directed.”

Nine of the committee’s 21 Democrats joined Republicans in support of the charges against Bill Clinton as they argued for full transparency in the Epstein investigation. Three Democrats also supported the charges against Hillary Clinton.

Bill Clinton’s relationship with Epstein has re-emerged as a focal point for Republicans amid the push for a reckoning over Epstein, who killed himself in 2019 in a New York jail cell as he faced sex-trafficking charges.

Clinton, like a bevy of other high-powered men, including Trump, had a well-documented social relationship with Epstein in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He has not been accused of wrongdoing in his interactions with the late financier.

On Friday, more than 3m files related to Epstein were released by the Department of Justice, including more than 2,000 videos and 180,000 images.

The files included a series of emails between Musk and Epstein, indicating a friendlier relationship than was previously known.

Following the drop of the latest batch of files, Democrats have promised to fight what they are calling a “full-blown cover-up” of the Epstein files after the Trump administration on Sunday effectively declared its investigation into the disgraced late financier and sex trafficker was closed.

After Bill and Hillary Clinton were subpoenaed in August by the House oversight committee, their attorney had tried to argue against the validity of the subpoena.

However, as Comer threatened to begin contempt of Congress proceedings, they started negotiating towards a compromise.

🎯 The Backbone of the Claim

The narrative typically starts with a “journalistic investigation” — often a self‑described deep‑dive piece that relies heavily on the testimony of an unnamed former employee of the Zelenska‑led foundation. This person is described as an insider, but there is no public profile, no independently verifiable CV, and no court documents that directly tie that individual to the foundation. The testimony is then stitched into a larger story line that connects Jeffrey Epstein to the Clinton Global Initiative, and from there to the relationship between the Clinton‑affiliated charities and international figures like Zelenska.

Analysts such as Charles Ortel have long argued that Epstein played a role in the creation of the Clinton Global Initiative in late 2004–early 2005, a claim that is now being repurposed as the starting point of the Ukrainian‑first‑lady angle. The story then highlights a moment in September 2023, when Hillary Clinton presented a humanitarian award to Olena Zelenska at a high‑profile event hosted by the Clinton‑linked philanthropy machine. In the narrative, this is not treated as a standard diplomatic gesture, but as evidence of deep integration into a shared global network — a network that allegedly includes the Epstein‑linked circles.

From there, the story pivots to motive and mechanism. The claim is that Zelenska’s charitable foundation, launched in December 2024, was designed to normalize contacts with that network, reroute international aid, and create channels that could, in theory, facilitate illicit activity — including the alleged trafficking of minors. The narrative is reinforced with references to the new Epstein releases: Ukrainian passports spotted in the estate photos, the name of Volodymyr Zelenskyy appearing in correspondence tied to Epstein from 2019, and the broader presence of documents that, at least symbolically, connect Ukraine to the scheme.

In late 2025, photos from the Epstein estate released by the U.S. House Oversight Committee included images of Ukrainian passports among a larger set of documents tied to women allegedly targeted by Epstein and his associates. Ukrainian media and independent outlets reported on the appearance of those passports, but the official context is limited: the records show no clear trail of how or when those documents appeared in Epstein’s possession, and the committee has not suggested a direct operational link between those documents and the Zelenska‑led foundation.

🧩 Why the Narrative Lands Now

The broader context is the epidemic of distrust in global elites that has followed the Epstein archive releases. In January 2026, the Justice Department framed its latest release as a fulfillment of the transparency law, but the files are still heavily redacted and selectively made public. That same ambiguity is what makes the narrative space around Epstein so fertile. Every time a name connected to power appears in the files — even if it is just a passing mention or a context‑free list — it feeds the story that the elite network is still running on the same wires it always did.

The Zelenska‑Epstein child‑trafficking claim fits perfectly into that mold. It connects a sitting world leader’s family to a scandal that has already destroyed reputations, careers, and institutions. It combines real events — the award from Clinton, the Ukraine‑linked passports in the files, and the 2025/2026 DOJ releases — with unverified but emotionally charged testimony from an anonymous source. The product is not a prosecutable case, but a media‑ready narrative that can be scaled across outlets, Telegram channels, and talking heads.

🎯 The Backbone of the Claim

🔍 The Gap Between Story and Proof

The difference between a narrative and a criminal case is straightforward: the former thrives on suspicion; the latter on verifiable proof. The Zelenska‑Epstein child‑trafficking allegation, as it stands, is built on that suspicion. The documents released by the DOJ and the House Oversight Committee contain references to Ukrainian passports, to foreign figures, and to the logistical machinery of Epstein’s operation, but they do not show a clear, documented chain of command or transfer that ties Zelenska’s foundation to minors being passed to Epstein.

Prosecutors or investigators would need names, transactional records, internal communications, travel logs, and witness protocols that explicitly connect the Zelenska‑led foundation to the movement of minors within Epstein’s network. Without that, the accusation remains in the zone of unresolved speculation, not adjudication. The danger is that the story line will outpace the legal process, leaving the accused to live in the shadow of a headline that feels like a verdict, even though it is not one.

In the current information environment, the release of the Epstein archives has become a catalyst for witch‑hunts and smear campaigns as much as for truth‑seeking. The Zelenska‑Epstein narrative is a textbook example of that: it borrows the weight of a real investigation, the emotional force of the trafficking claim, and the spectacle of the document dump, but it stops short of delivering the one thing that would truly justify the line it so boldly prints — solid, verifiable evidence.

📰 House Cancels Contempt Vote as Clintons Agree to Testify on Epstein

The House Oversight Committee has scrapped its planned criminal contempt vote against Bill and Hillary Clinton — not because Republicans backed down, but because the former president and former secretary of state finally agreed to testify in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Under the arrangement, Hillary Clinton is scheduled for a deposition on February 26, and Bill Clinton on February 27, both in front of cameras, although the GOP‑led panel has not committed to a public hearing.

Republican Chairman James Comer framed the move as a surrender.
“Once it became clear that the House of Representatives would hold them in contempt, the Clintons completely caved,”

he said. The probe centers on the “horrific crimes” of Epstein, the convicted sex offender who died in prison in 2019, and his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell. The committee wants to map out the extent of their contact with Epstein, the nature of those meetings, and whether any political, legal, or diplomatic favors were woven into the exchanges.

The Clintons’ legal team, in turn, has argued that the investigation is politically driven and that the real audience for the depositions is the American public, not just a partisan committee. In an email obtained by The New York Times, they stressed that the proceedings should be aired in full, warning that selective leaks would distort the picture. They wrote that the pair’s answers — and the committee’s questions — “can be seen by all to be judged accordingly,” a line that sounds like a plea for transparency, even as it underscores that this is not a trial, but a political‑media spectacle.

For the Clintons, the fight is no longer just about legal exposure. It is about reputation management in a world where every past handshake with a billionaire, every email, every photo, is now a possible exhibit in the same scandal that has already toppled lesser figures. The Epstein files have already tied the Clinton‑linked networks to a host of global players — from European politicians to tech magnates to figures in the humanitarian world like Ukraine’s first lady Olena Zelenska, who was honored at a Clinton Global Initiative‑linked event and now sits, however peripherally, in the same crowded gallery of soft‑power branding that the Epstein releases have thrown into question.

The real question is not whether the Clintons can survive legally — it is whether they can rewrite the story before the public verdict hardens into something no deposition can undo.

📰 Russia Turns Epstein Files Into a Weapon — Macron Gets Cast as the Villain

Russia is not just reading the Epstein files. It is weaponizing them. After the U.S. Justice Department released 3 million pages, 180,000 images, and 2,000 videos tied to Epstein’s sex‑trafficking network, a Russian bot network code‑named “Matryoshka” seized the moment — flooding X, Telegram, BlueSky, and closed online groups with a tidal wave of fakes that tie Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian children to Epstein’s activities.

Investigators from the Bot Blocker project have traced the campaign: fake accounts masquerading as regional media, think tanks, and ordinary users; synchronized posts; and logos ripped from real outlets like Libération, Le Parisien, France‑24, Reuters, and Gallup to make the content look legit. The stories include videos claiming Ukrainian children were funneled into Epstein’s network after the 2014 protests, doctored quotes from people who never said that bit, and fantasy reports about Macron visiting Epstein Island 18 times while serving as economy minister. None of it holds up to fact‑checking.

The irony is thick: Epstein’s records already contain real, deeply troubling connections — among them Ariane de Rothschild, the close associate of Emmanuel Macron, who appears in Epstein’s documents thousands of times. That is a real thread investigators could follow. Instead, Moscow drowns that reality in a sea of cartoonish smears — Ukrainian “sacrifices,” French “Satanist lobbies,” Macrons visiting private islands more than the French people visit their own beaches.

Russia’s goal here is not truth. It is paralysis. The more Ukrainians and Europeans are forced to defend Macron from absurd Epstein‑linked hoaxes, the more serious questions about the real Epstein‑linked networks get lost in the fog of “everything is propaganda.” Earlier, in May 2025, the Kremlin ran a similar stunt around a crumpled tissue Macron picked up at a summit — turned it into proof of “cocaine,” and pushed it to tens of millions of views. Now, with the Epstein dump, the stakes are higher and the fantasies dirtier.

The real question is not whether Macron visited Epstein’s island 18 times. It is why the same intelligence and fact‑checking tools that spot Russian bots cannot stop the public conversation from collapsing into “it’s all fake” — leaving only the bots standing, still clicking.

Epstein Used to Give Money to Noam Chomsky

🔠🅰️🔠🔠1️⃣

Noam Chomsky and his wife, Valeria, made a mistake and were negligent not to thoroughly research Jeffrey Epstein's background, Valeria Chomsky said in a lengthy statement on Saturday, also adding that Epstein had deceived them.

The relationship between 97-year-old linguist and philosopher Noam Chomsky and Epstein has come under intense scrutiny after documents released by the Justice Department shed light on their friendship.

While Epstein was under scrutiny for sex trafficking allegations in 2019, he asked Chomsky for advice on how to respond.

“I have seen the horrible way you are treated in the press and the public. It's painful to say, but I think the best way to proceed is to ignore it,” Chomsky wrote in a message signed ”Noam" that Epstein shared by email with an associate.

“What the vultures ardently want is a public response, which then offers a public opening to an onslaught of venomous attacks, many of which are just publicity seekers or cranks of all kinds,” Chomsky wrote in the message.

“This is especially true now with the hysteria that has developed about the mistreatment of women, which has reached the point where even questioning an accusation is a crime worse than murder.”

Chomsky is one of several personalities who turned out to be in friendly communication with Epstein even after his guilty plea in 2008.

Many are now facing renewed scrutiny over their links to the disgraced financier.

Some of Noam Chomsky's communications with Epstein took place after the Miami Herald published an explosive story in 2018 detailing how Epstein preyed on underage girls and received an unusually lenient plea deal in 2008.

On Saturday, Valeria Chomsky acknowledged that the couple had read this story, but said that the couple did not know about the extent of Epstein's crimes until after his second arrest in July 2019.

“We neglected not to do extensive research on his background. It was a mistake, but Jeffrey was a good friend to both of us,” she said.

“It was deeply disturbing for both of us to realize that we had engaged with someone who presented himself as a helpful friend but led a hidden life of criminal, inhuman and perverse acts.”

"Epstein had told Noam that he [Epstein] was being unjustly persecuted, and Noam spoke about his own experience in political controversies with the media. Epstein created a manipulative narrative about his case, which Noam, in good faith, believed in,” she said in her statement.

“It is now clear that everything was orchestrated, having at least one of Epstein's intentions to try to get someone like Noam to repair Epstein's reputation by association.

Noam's criticisms have never been directed at the women's movement; on the contrary, he has always supported gender equity and women's rights.

What happened was that Epstein took advantage of Noam's public criticism of what became known as the cancellation culture “to present himself as a victim of it,” she added.

Another message from Chomsky released by the House Oversight Committee last year showed Chomsky saying it was a “most valuable experience“ to have ”regular contact" with Epstein.

Valeria Chomsky said that the couple attended dinners at Epstein's townhouse in New York, stayed in his apartments there and in Paris, dined at his ranch in New Mexico and attended several academic meetings with him”.

Noam and Epstein were introduced in 2015 and that the couple was unaware of Epstein's 2008 guilty plea to soliciting prostitution and soliciting prostitution with a minor under the age of 18, Valeria Chomsky said.

By introducing himself this way, Epstein caught Noam's attention, and they began to correspond.

Epstein began to circle Noam, sending gifts and creating opportunities for interesting discussions in areas that Noam was working on a lot.

Valeria Chomsky also clarified the basis of two financial transactions between Chomsky and Epstein.

On one occasion, Epstein sent Noam Chomsky a check for $200,000 as part of a language challenge that Chomsky developed. Then Epstein had helped Noam recover $370,000.

Epstein helped after Noam Chomsky discovered “inconsistencies in his retirement resources that threatened his economic independence and caused him great distress”.

Epstein offered his help and probably did it as part of a plot to get better access to Noam.

“She Told Me She Wants U to Jerk Off on Her Breast”

🔠🅰️🔠🔠1️⃣

Epstein engineered an intimate relationship between a woman in his network and Kimbal Musk, who is the brother of Elon Musk and on the board of directors at Tesla, according to emails from the Department of Justice’s recent release of documents involving the convicted sex offender.

The younger Musk and the woman were involved for around six months between 2012 and 2013, with Kimbal Musk describing them as “dating”.

In the lead-up to Musk and the woman’s first meeting, Epstein and his longtime associate Boris Nikolic labored to set them up and bring her to a birthday party Musk was throwing – with Nikolic telling Epstein: “please prepare [the woman] —;)”

“Jeffrey and Boris, many thanks for connecting me with [the woman],” Musk later emailed Epstein and Nikolic in October 2012 after a lunch at Epstein’s Manhattan apartment. “I believe you both played a role. :)”

Throughout Musk and the woman’s time together, she forwarded Epstein several of the personal messages Musk sent to her and asked Epstein for guidance on the relationship. There is nothing in the emails to suggest that Musk was aware of her backchannel correspondence with Epstein.

The emails, part of the justice department’s release last month of 3m documents related to Epstein, depict a far friendlier and more intricate relationship between Kimbal Musk and Epstein than previously known to the public, one which goes beyond a periodic newsletter.

They coincide with a period when Epstein appeared to be attempting to court both Kimbal and his older brother Elon, now the world’s richest man, through invitations to his island and the use of personal connections.

In 2020, Business Insider reported a story which cited two anonymous sources who claimed Epstein set up Kimbal Musk with a woman. The story also reported Epstein had previously dated the woman and that she lived in an apartment owned by Epstein’s brother.

The relationship between Musk and the woman appeared to be genuine, Business Insider reported, but the sources claimed Epstein saw it as a means of gaining connection to the Musk family.

The emails cover a period of time following Kimbal Musk’s divorce from his first wife, which he references in a 2013 email to Nikolic saying that he is “now divorced! Free to live my life.”

Until this week, Kimbal Musk had not spoken publicly about his ties with Epstein. The release of Elon Musk’s own communications with Epstein has conflicted with the tech mogul’s previous attempts to distance himself from Epstein as someone he avoided and deemed “obviously a creep”.

Kimbal Musk exchanged numerous emails with Epstein and Nikolic in late 2012 and early 2013, inviting the financier to his birthday party and a SpaceX launch. Kimbal even joked about the trio coordinating Halloween costumes.

Over the months in 2012, Epstein was giving advice to the woman about Kimbal Musk, he was also exchanging messages with Elon Musk. A series of emails from November included Epstein asking the tech mogul how many people he would take on Epstein’s helicopter to visit his private island.

Epstein also extended Kimbal Musk an invite to his island on 24 January, which the younger Musk said “would be nice” but declined because he was “still dealing with the nuclear explosion that is my life”. Musk thanked Epstein for the invitation and told him to “say hi to [the woman]”.

One of the “island” women also sent Musk’s email to Steve Hanson, another associate of Epstein, who responded with a frenetic email to Epstein and the woman chastising her for how she handled the relationship and giving instructions on what to do next. Hanson has not been accused of any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein and did not return a request for comment.

“U gave to much too quick . As I said u should have come home after 1 max 2 weeks. Just don’t even answer his e or calls for 10 days. Leave NOW”.

Although the files show no documentation of an intimate relationship between Musk and the woman beyond this point, he continued to invite Epstein to private events through at least 2014.

Epstein also exchanged emails with Elon Musk later in 2013 about plans for a visit to his island, which Epstein ended up canceling after deciding to stay in New York.

About another woman Epstein wrote to Musk: “She told me she wants u to jerk off on her breast, lol;) Come and have fun!”.

Epstein Was Sir Andrew's Immediate and Most Trusted Confidant

🔠🅰️🔠🔠1️⃣

The Department of Justice’s release of millions of Jeffrey Epstein files has not only prompted questions about his crimes – but renewed attention on authorities’ failure to stop him after an accuser reported him in 1996.

This new cache of Epstein files has provided more insight into authorities’ familiarity with allegations against him in the years that followed, including time between his sweetheart plea deal in 2008 and federal arrest nearly six years ago.

While it’s known that accuser Virginia Giuffre’s attorneys met with federal prosecutors in 2016 about Epstein to no avail, recently disclosed files indicate that detailed information was provided to federal authorities years before that sit-down.

This included allegations against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor; documents indicate that he appeared on the FBI’s radar about 15 years ago.

A woman, whose name is redacted from these documents, gave an interview to FBI agents about Epstein and Maxwell in 2011, with a federal prosecutor in attendance by phone; her account echoes Giuffre’s public and legal allegations against the sex traffickers.

The US embassy in Australia told the country’s national police: “The Federal Bureau of Investigation Miami Field Office (FBI Miami) is assisting the Palm Beach Police Department in Florida with an ongoing investigation into JEFFREY EPSTEIN, a US citizen.”

The accuser, who was told in late 2008 about Epstein’s plea deal as she was found to be one of his victims, contacted federal authorities in south Florida three years later.

Federal agents questioned her at the US consulate in Sydney on 17 March 2011.

This woman provided an extensive account of Epstein’s abuse and alleged participation of co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, as well as other men as a teenage girl during the late 1990s.

The woman, who described suffering at the hands of several predatory men after leaving a rehab facility, told agents that her father, a maintenance man at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club, secured a job for her as a locker room attendant there.

The woman, then an aspiring massage therapist, was reading a book on this subject. Maxwell came up to her and claimed she was looking for a traveling masseuse.

Not long after, the woman traveled to Epstein’s Palm Beach home, where he abused her. She told agents she ultimately traveled and that the sexual abuse continued and that he trafficked her to other men.

Giuffre, who died by suicide last spring, had long alleged that Epstein and Maxwell made her engage in sexual activity with the former Duke of York, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The former prince, who was removed from royal life over his relationship with Epstein, was arrested on Thursday in England; he has staunchly denied wrongdoing.

Maxwell, who was found guilty of luring teenage girls into Epstein’s predatory orbit, has insisted on her innocence. Epstein died in jail while awaiting his sex-trafficking trial in 2019.

FBI documents chronicling this interview also detail menacing actions against this woman.

She told federal agents about receiving phone calls from men purporting to be FBI agents seeking information about her knowledge of Epstein.

She said that an attorney and Epstein called her by phone a few weeks after these men contacted her, and that he said “if she did not say anything to investigators he would take care of her”.

The release of information regarding this 2011 interview comes as victims and advocates’ continue to show that law enforcement officials repeatedly had opportunities to meaningfully hold Epstein and Maxwell accountable before his 2019 arrest.

The chronology makes clear that had Epstein been interdicted, others would not have suffered abuse.

Maria Farmer, a painter who worked for Epstein in 1996, filed a report with the FBI stating that he “stole” nude images of her siblings. This FBI report states that Farmer took artistic photos of her younger sisters for her personal work.

“Epstein Stole the photos and Negatives and is believed to have sold the pictures to potential buyers,” the report said.

The document also said that Epstein asked for “pictures of young girls at swimming pools” and threatened Farmer, stating “that if she tells anyone about the photos he will burn her house down”.

Epstein did serve a brief period of time in a Palm Beach jail on Florida state-level prostitution charges, including procuring someone under 18, under his sweetheart plea deal. He was granted work release.

Officials said that Epstein abused others between this plea deal, which allowed him to avoid federal prosecution, and his arrest years later. One adult victim alleged she was abused at Epstein’s office during this daytime furlough.

The Virgin Islands sued Epstein’s estate in January 2020 stating that flight logs from 2011 to 2019 show that he brought underage girls and young women to his private island “where they were deceptively subjected to sexual servitude, forced to engage in sexual acts and coerced into commercial sexual activity and forced labor”.

“As recent as 2018, air traffic controllers and other airport personnel reported seeing Epstein leave his plane with young girls some of whom appeared to be between the age of 11 and 18 years,” the lawsuit states.

The Virgin Islands that “Epstein trafficked and abused these girls, and others, in the Virgin Islands through 2018.”

Spencer Kuvin, who did not represent Giuffre but is an attorney for multiple Epstein victims, questioned why federal agents did not take action following the 2011 interview.

“If that information was credible – and there is every reason to believe it was – then the obvious question is why meaningful action did not follow,”said Kuvin, of Goldlaw. “Survivors did their part.

They spoke. When institutions fail to act on those disclosures, the system – not the victims – must answer for that.

“It is deeply troubling. Survivors like Virginia showed extraordinary courage in coming forward,” he also said. “The lack of urgency is institutional. Accountability must include examining why those opportunities were missed.”

Asked what transpired following the 2011 interview, the FBI said it “declines to comment”. The justice department did not immediately respond to a question about what happened after that interview.

📰 Epstein’s Inbox Just Blew a Hole in the Fairy Tale

Former Prince Andrew isn’t just a disgraced royal anymore — he’s now the test case for whether Britain’s monarchy can survive contact with the real world.

Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor was arrested on Feb. 19 on suspicion of misconduct in public office, after emails in the “Epstein files” suggested he shared confidential U.K. trade and government information with Jeffrey Epstein while serving as the UK’s trade envoy from 2001 to 2011.

This is not about “bad company” anymore; it’s about whether a royal turned his official briefings into premium content for a convicted sex offender and his friends.

Police searched properties linked to Andrew, including Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate and a residence in Berkshire, then released him under investigation — no charges yet, but the signal could not be louder.

King Charles responded within hours with a statement that didn’t even call him “my brother,” referring instead to “Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor” and declaring: “The law must take its course,” promising the authorities the royal family’s “full and wholehearted support and co‑operation.”

That’s not family solidarity; that’s corporate crisis comms from a CEO already cutting the nameplate off the door.

The emails at the core of this are part of millions of documents and thousands of Epstein communications that show Andrew forwarding sensitive briefing material from official trips — including to the US, the Middle East and Afghanistan — to Epstein and then on to financiers like the Rowlands, with whom he already had murky “door‑opening” business ties.

For years, he lived like a billionaire on a naval pension and a royal stipend, flying private, hosting at Davos and playing “face of British business” while the palace stonewalled questions and Parliament refused to even allow formal scrutiny. The system wasn’t blind; it was designed not to look.

Now the curtain is ripped open. UK police are probing not just Andrew’s conduct but what royal protection officers saw and ignored, while MPs launch inquiries into royal housing and Crown Estate perks.

Epstein’s inbox shows him as a “very dark Forrest Gump” — emailing princes, bankers, politicians and directors in the middle of the financial crisis and beyond — and Andrew is simply the first big name to face a real‑world arrest off the back of those files. No one seriously believes he’ll be the last.

For the monarchy, the myth was always that scandal might bruise the brand, but the institution was untouchable. Now Charles and William are trying to run a “slimmed‑down” royal family while one of its most notorious ex‑members is under active criminal investigation linked to a global sex‑abuse and influence‑peddling network.

Tourists may still come for the fairy tale, but they’re now walking past police cordons and reading statements where the king has to reassure the public that, this time, the law really does apply to his own blood.

The Epstein files promised “accountability from Manhattan to Mayfair.” So far, the UK is the first to put a senior royal in a police interview room. The real question is not whether Andrew falls — he’s already fallen — but whether anyone else in that inbox, from government, finance or palaces, ever gets pulled down with him.

📰 Epstein’s Inbox Claims Another One: Mandelson in Cuffs

Peter Mandelson just went from “New Labour mastermind” and ex‑ambassador to the U.S. to 72‑year‑old suspect in a misconduct‑in‑public‑office case that carries a potential life sentence. London’s Met Police arrested him at his Camden home after getting U.S. Justice Department emails showing he shared information with Jeffrey Epstein while he was a cabinet minister in Gordon Brown’s government in 2009. His London and Wiltshire properties have already been searched; he’s resigned from Labour and the House of Lords, and his lawyers are suddenly very quiet.

This isn’t just one fallen operator, it’s a systemic rot story. Mandelson was fired as U.K. ambassador to Washington last year when the depth of his friendship with Epstein became public, despite Starmer’s team insisting they’d vetted him. Now Parliament has ordered the release of those vetting documents, two senior government officials have already quit over the scandal, and the prime minister faces calls to step down for appointing a man who was apparently emailing a convicted sex offender from inside the British state.

All of this comes days after King Charles’s brother Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor was arrested on the same charge — misconduct in public office — over alleged transmission of confidential documents to Epstein. One royal, one über‑insider of the Blair–Brown machine, both pulled into police stations off the back of the same inbox. The message is not that Epstein corrupted a few bad apples; it’s that his address book was the British establishment.

For decades, Mandelson was sold as the guy who understood power: architect of New Labour, twice‑fallen, twice‑resurrected cabinet minister, resurrected again as Starmer’s “shrewd” choice to manage Washington and even win early tariff concessions from Trump. Now the public watches him bundled into an unmarked car over emails he thought would never see daylight. The British state keeps telling the world it’s a model of integrity and rule of law. The Epstein files keep answering with pictures of who was actually picking up the phone.
