๐ Why in News?
โ CME discovery/observation made using:
โข Indian Institute of Astrophysicsโs Gauribidanur Radio Telescope
โข VELC (Visible Emission Line Coronagraph) onboard Aditya-L1
โ Gauribidanur is Indiaโs only dedicated low-frequency solar radio observatory.
๐ About Coronal Mass Ejection (CME)
๐ What is CME?
โ A massive burst of solar plasma, charged particles (electrons, protons) and magnetic fields ejected from the Sunโs corona.

There comes a phase in life when we feel lost and stagnant. No excitement. No clear vision. Just a routine that keeps going on, and slowly we start settling into it.
From the outside, everything may look normal. But inside, something feels heavy. It quietly eats us.... we donโt feel like ourselves anymore. We feel like we are living, but not truly alive. And that discomfortโฆ that inner restlessnessโฆ is not a weakness.... it is a signal.
It is in those very moments that we begin to realise our true potential. We remember the version of us who had fire in the eyes, discipline in actions, and dreams that felt bigger than comfort. That old spark still exists... itโs just waiting to be awakened.
When we start improving ourselves againโฆ fixing small habits, rebuilding focus,n pushing our limits the way we once did.... it brings a deep inner satisfaction. Not because life suddenly changes overnight, but because we start feeling like ourselves again.
Settling may look peaceful from the outside. But growth brings peace from the inside. And sometimes, the phase that makes us feel lost is the very phase that pushes us back to who we are meant to become.๐ทโจ
