To sum up: If a suitor comes to a woman it is permissible for her to uncover her face and hands and head and that which usually appears, according to the correct view, but without wearing any cosmetics or adornments.
And Allaah knows best.

Before they marry…
They touched.
They kissed.
They hugged.
They crossed boundaries.
They did almost everything they knew was Ḥarām.
They called it “love.” ❤️
Then they got married…
And suddenly, things started going south.
He cheats.
She cheats.
Romance disappears.
Trust is destroyed.
Arguments become normal.
Chaos enters the home.
Eventually…
Divorce. 💔
Then they come online and write long threads, diaries, podcasts and essays about how “people are terrible,” how “love is dead,” and how they were “unlucky in marriage.” 🤷🏽♂️
But sometimes, before blaming everyone else, we need to honestly examine how the relationship began.
Not every failed marriage is because the couple dated before marriage—marriages can fail for many reasons. But if a relationship is built from the beginning on disobedience to Allah ﷻ, don't be surprised when you later discover that chemistry alone isn't enough to sustain a marriage.
Marriage needs Taqwā, honesty, loyalty, patience, responsibility, mercy, communication and fear of Allah.
If you truly want someone, don't spend the relationship trying to satisfy your desires.
Protect them. Respect them. Keep it halal.
Because the goal shouldn't simply be:
“I want you.”
It should be:
“I want you in a way that Allah ﷻ is pleased with.” 🕌
Choose a relationship that can survive beyond the wedding day—not one that burns itself out before the wedding even begins.

Love before Marriage [Ibn al-Qayyim]
Imaam Ibn al-Qayyim said:
“And the cure for this deadly illness (i.e. love before marriage) is for the person that is afflicted to realize that this love is only due to his/her own delusions and ignorance.
…
So upon such a person is to first and foremost strengthen their Tawheed and reliance upon Allaah,
and secondly to increase in worship and busy themselves with it, so much so that they do not have any spare time letting their minds wander and think about their beloved.
And they should call upon Allaah to protect them and save them from this evil, just as Prophet Yusuf called upon Allaah and he was saved. And they should do as he did, be as he was, in terms of ikhlaas (sincerity) and remembering Allaah in abundance.
This is because if the heart is filled with ikhlaas for the sake of Allaah, there will be no space left for any unlawful love to be present, rather this only happens to a heart that is empty and has no ikhlaas whatsoever.
And let such people remind themselves that whatever Allaah has decreed for them is only in their own best interests, and when Allaah commands something it is never to cause harm or misery to His slaves.
And let them also remind themselves that their unlawful love does not benefit them, neither in this world or the hereafter!
As for this world then they will be so preoccupied with their love that it will cripple them and will cause them to live in a fantasy world.
And as for the hereafter then it will cause them to be preoccupied with the love of the creation instead of love for the Creator!
These people need to be reminded, that the one who is emerged in something will never see its ill effects, neither will the person who has never experienced such things. The only people who will be able to relate to them are those who have experienced the same thing but have been saved. Such people can look back and realize how evil it is.”

A REMINDER ABOUT POLYGYNY — FOLLOW THE QUR’ĀN AND SUNNAH, NOT EMOTIONS
SHAYKH AL-ALBĀNĪ رحمه الله SAID:
It is not allowed for a woman to prevent her husband from taking a second wife.”
— As-Silsilatul-Hudā wan-Nūr, 3/787»
Let this be understood clearly:
Polygyny is not a cultural invention, nor is it something Islam prohibited. It is a matter Allah سبحانه وتعالى explicitly permitted in His Book.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
Then marry those that please you of women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one…”
— Sūrah an-Nisāʾ 4:3»
So whoever says that a man taking a second wife is inherently wrong, backward, immoral, or oppressive is objecting to something that Allah Himself has permitted.
However, the permission comes with responsibility.
The husband must fear Allah and be just between his wives in the matters he is capable of controlling. He cannot use polygyny as an excuse to oppress, neglect, deceive, or abandon the rights of his wife.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
Indeed, Allah commands justice…”
— Sūrah an-Naḥl 16:90»
And the Prophet ﷺ warned against injustice between wives.
At the same time, a wife’s jealousy does not change Allah’s ruling. A woman may dislike the idea, feel hurt, or experience jealousy—these are human emotions. But feelings do not turn something Allah made permissible into something forbidden.
The believer’s position is:
We hear and we obey.”
The only statement of the believers when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them is that they say: ‘We hear and we obey.’”
— Sūrah an-Nūr 24:51»
Therefore, do not take the right of polygyny away from men simply because of personal feelings, cultural norms, or modern ideas about marriage.
Likewise, men should not misuse this ruling to justify ظلم or irresponsible behavior.
Islam gives the man a permission AND places responsibilities upon him.
The standard is not our emotions.
The standard is the Qur’ān and authentic Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salaf.
May Allah grant us the ability to submit to His legislation even when our desires find it difficult, and may He protect us from ظلم, arrogance, and speaking about His religion without knowledge.
Ameen 🤲🏾

THE TRUTH ABOUT BEING SINGLE
⭐️🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊⭐️
'What people don't realize is that some people are single in this generation because they are healed, which makes them incompatible with trauma bonds.
Unfortunately, trauma bonds are the template of our culture at this time.
Those who choose peace over trauma will have difficulty in relationships because most people that we meet are emotionally damaged in some way.
Healed people seek healthy bonds.
These bonds hold space for authenticity and correction. It's kind of like an oxymoron.
About 90% of the relationships/ marriages that we see are actually trauma bonds. Those involved "need" the other person to make them feel whole because they're both broken mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually.

A married woman enters Jannah through her husband.
"Narrated by Anas ibn Malik:
Allah`s messenger said: If a woman observes her five daily prayers, fasts during then month of Ramadhan, gaurds her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will be given the priviledge of entering Paradis through any of the gates she wishes."
(Hadith Al-Tirmidhi, 3254)

If u want barakah in ur marriage, then spend less on the wedding keep it simple & remember going on honeymoon is an imitation of kuffar:
"Having very expensive dowers and extravagant wedding parties is something that goes against the Shariah . The marriage which has the greatest blessing is the one with lesser financial burden. Any time the burdens are lessened, the blessings are increased.
This is a matter that is many times caused by women. Women are the ones that often insist upon their husbands to set very high dower [for their daughter]. If a lesser dower is offered, they will say their daughter is deserving of such and such. Furthermore, expensive and luxurious wedding parties are prohibited by the Shariah . they fall under the command of the verse.
''But be not extravagant. Verily, He loves not those who are extravagant ” (Surah Al- Anam 7:141)
Again, many times it is the women who force their husbands to do such things. They say that so and so’s party they had this and that. However, such gatherings must be according to the Shariah .The person should not spend what is beyond his means. He must also never be extravagant for Allah has prohibited extravagance.
'' Verily, He loves not those who are extravagant .” (Surah Al- Anam 7:141)
Honeymoons are WORSE and even MORE EVIL. This is because they are an IMITATION of the non-Muslims. They are a waste of lots of wealth. It also leads to people being lax with respect to their religious duties when such honeymoons take place in non- Muslim areas. The people come back with customs and behaviour that are harmful for them and for the Muslim community . This is something that is to be feared for the Ummah . However there is no harm, Allah Willing, if a man travels with his wife to make Umrah or to visit Madinah"

Most women get into good marriages led by responsible men.
Then they start listening to “friends.”
Some of those friends are stuck in bad marriages.
Some are single, frustrated, and bitter.
They begin feeding her inciting and misleading information.
“Don’t submit.”
“He’s controlling.”
“You deserve more.”
“Leave if you’re not happy every day.”
Slowly a peaceful home becomes starts breaking because outside bitter voices entered the marriage.
If you are a wise woman, stp listiening to, divorced, single, unmarried women. They want you to also get divorced so you can suffer together.

Fatimah bint Qays reported: Her husband divorced her three times, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had not appointed her housing or maintenance. The Prophet said to her, “When your waiting period is over, come to me.” Fatimah came to him as she was given a marriage proposal from Mu’awiyyah, Abu Jahm, and Usamah ibn Zayd. The Prophet said, “As for Mu’awiyyah, he is poor and has no property. As for Abu Jahm, he is a man who often beats women. Rather, choose Usamah ibn Zayd.” Fatimah indicated with her hand that she did not want Usamah. The Prophet said, “Obedience to Allah and His Messenger is better for you.” Fatimah said, “I married him, and I was envied.”

Men, if you marry a woman who grew up in a home where her father was respected, loved and genuinely appreciated by her mother, you may have won the lottery.
She grew up watching what a healthy marriage can look like. She saw her mother respect her father and she saw her father love and protect his wife. She learned that a husband and wife are supposed to be on the same team, and that marriage requires both people to contribute.
A woman doesn't automatically become a good wife because her father was a good man, but the environment she grew up in can shape what she considers normal in a relationship.
If she watched her parents communicate, forgive each other, show affection and stand together through difficult seasons, she has already seen something many people spend years trying to learn.
Pay attention to the home someone comes from.
You aren't just marrying the person in front of you. You're also marrying some of the lessons they learned about love, conflict, money, respect and family while growing up.

Can we normalize simple weddings again?
In Islam, marriage is meant to begin with barakah, not financial pressure. There is nothing wrong with celebrating, feeding people, and making beautiful memories—but going into five-figure debt just to impress people defeats the purpose.
Allah says:
وَلَا تُسْرِفُوا إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
“Do not be extravagant. Indeed, Allah does not love those who are extravagant.”
— Qur’an 7:31
Do the nikah, have a simple walimah, fulfill the rights of your spouse, and if you can afford it, enjoy a beautiful honeymoon together.
Marriage is about building a life—not performing one expensive day for society.
A simple wedding with barakah is far better than a lavish wedding followed by years of debt.
Maybe it’s time we stop asking, “What will people say?” and start asking, “What will please Allah and benefit our marriage?”

I have been married for more than 15 years, and here are 10 important lessons I have learned:
1. Love is not enough.
Respect, discipline, and responsibility keep the home standing when feelings go quiet.
2. A soft man loses his house.
The moment you stop leading and now your wife becomes the head it is over. She will never respect you again.
3. Sex is not a bonus, its what holds a marriage together.
If intimacy dies, bitterness, distance, and temptation grow fast.Intimacy makes the bond strong.
4. Money problems become marriage problems.
A broke and directionless man will struggle to keep respect, no matter how kind he is.Everything requires money, without it you can't provide and that lowers your respect.
5. Your wife’s friends can destroy your home.
If her friends are divorced or unmarried they might talk her out of the marriage.Bitter women will teach her to fight a marriage they failed to build.
6.In-laws will test you.
Don't you let your in-laws have a say in your marriage, they will destroy it.If you don’t set boundaries early, your marriage will belong to them and it won't last.
7. Comfort kills attraction.
Most men get cormfortable after marriage, thinking the work is done. When you stop improving your body, money, and character, she starts seeing you as a roommate.
8.Silence is not always peace.
If your wife still loves you, she will argue with you sometimes, once she stops arguing and never tries to fix things, your marriage is in trouble.Sometimes she has already checked out and is only waiting for the perfect time to leave.
9. Children do not save a bad marriage.
They only make leaving harder and the suffering longer.
10. You must keep choosing each other.
The wedding ends in one day. The real marriage is the work you do after the guests go home.

Ibn Taymiyyah on Love |
When you love a person for the sake of Allāh, your love for them is rooted in your love for Allāh. You love them because of their faith, obedience, and closeness to Him. Remembering such a person reminds you of the obedience to Allāh that you love, and this strengthens your love for Allāh and your love for those who are beloved to Him.
In contrast, love that is based only on worldly benefit, such as what someone gives you, does for you, or how they make you feel, is connected to those benefits. When the benefit comes to an end, that love often weakens or disappears. The strongest and most lasting love is the love that is for the sake of Allāh.
Love is at the heart of worship. True worship is founded upon complete love of Allāh together with humility and submission to Him. It is from the creed of Ahl al Sunnah to love Allāh and His Messenger ﷺ more than anyone or anything else. Every other righteous love follows from this foundation.
The Prophet ﷺ informed us that among the seven who will be shaded by Allāh on the Day when there is no shade but His is "two people who loved one another for the sake of Allāh, meeting and parting upon that."
May Allāh make us among them. May He fill our hearts with love for Him and make His love and the love of His Messenger ﷺ the greatest love in our hearts. Āmīn. ✨

Remember Fatimah رضي الله عنها
Before saying, “I deserve an easy life,” remember Fatimah رضي الله عنها.
She was the beloved daughter of the Prophet ﷺ, yet the hardships of daily life were not hidden from her. Her hands became rough from grinding grain, but she continued with Sabr, dignity, and trust in Allah.
This doesn’t mean women should never seek comfort or that hardship is their only role. Rather, it reminds us that comfort is not the measure of a blessed life. Sometimes patience through difficulty carries a reward far greater than worldly ease.
🤍 A believer’s strength is not in having an easy life, but in remaining close to Allah through every condition.
🤲 May Allah grant us Sabr, contentment, and a heart that remains grateful in both ease and hardship. Ameen.

🤲 May Allah grant us Sabr, contentment, and a heart that remains grateful in both ease and hardship. Ameen.

Every pain needs time, but it’s not time that heals it.
It’s when the heart slowly learns to accept,
the soul slowly learns to make peace.
And when that happens, the heavy wounds turn into lessons.
Believe this:
All pain will heal, not because time heals,
but because the heart finally makes peace with the pain.

Men Need Respect and Women Need Love.
💘Men and women have different needs in relationships, with men prioritising respect and women prioritising love.
💘When men feel disrespected, they tend to react in unloving ways, and when women feel unloved, they tend to react in disrespectful ways.
💞Be sure to communicate what makes you feel loved as a wife and respected as a husband.
💞Once you've done this, be intentional about communicating in the language of love or respect of your partner.

The Duʿā of the Oppressed Has No Barrier
Imām Muḥammad ibn Ṣāliḥ al-ʿUthaymīn (رحمه الله) explained:
Even when the one who has been wronged is a disbeliever, if you have oppressed him and he turns to Allāh in supplication, Allāh may answer his duʿā.
This is not because of love for his disbelief, but because Allāh loves justice and does not approve of oppression.
