If you would not want your own blood sister sending her pictures to some random guy or account online or talking to this one and that one, then if your sister in Islām comes your way, treat her with gentleness and respect, and show her the right way and let her realize that she should not expose herself or allow herself to be vulnerable to any random stranger online.

I sincerely apologize if this one is all over the place, but I had to get this one off my chest because only recently I have had someone contact me privately. There is a reason I don't have female friends, but some sisters do contact me to ask questions, and that is fine, but let use be protectors of one another as brothers/sisters in faith as we ought to. Allāh says:

The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give Zakāh and obey Allāh and His Messenger. Those - Allāh will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allāh is Exalted in Might and Wise. [Noble Qur'ān 9:71]

Why is divorce on the rise among Muslims these days?

Assalam O Alaikum. I’m a lawyer and deal with these family cases frequently. The most common reasons of increase in divorce cases is forced marriages,it is that people specially girls get attracted to a person who is more wealthy and has a high standard of living they easily get attracted to glamour but they don’t figure well about their partners that are they compatible enough to live a happily wedded life together, there are vast case scenarios where unnecessary involvement of parents makes the relationship weak and people have lack of patience, they have great ego issues they don’t want to make small compromises for eachother. Unfortunately they end up taking divorce and then later they regret. The message in the end is that marriage is not just the girl and boy living together sleeping in same beds but marriage is name of compromise, trust, being sincere to eachother, sense of understanding, accepting responsibilities, taking care of eachother in a humble and loving way.

*MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR IN MATCHMAKING:*

My experience so far in this mission has shown the following weak points in the Ummah..

*Muslim men and women searching for spouse look out for physical beauty over spiritual growth.*

*Some Muslims men are too emphatic of spouse good in sexual acts as if 24/7thats the basis of their lives.*

*Muslim ladies not Hijaab concious want concious brothers but brothers want ready made sisters with Hijaab or Niqaabi.*

*Many easily say "YES" or "NO" without praying ISTIKHARAH as if their decision has nothing to do with Allaah Subuhanahu wa Ta'ala.*

*Many want never married before sisters (while they're after one or two themselves forgetting the Prophet was chaste when he married Khadijah, a widow.* (I know it's your choice)

*Many sisters have "fancy dream man". Not wanting to face reality with prayer.*

*The truth:*

*Most beautiful ladies lack faith, often.*

*Most rich brothers are set for thaniyyah, thulathah or Ruba'ah as if money is the criteria for polygamy.*

*You don't want a struggling or poor looking brother, then do thaniyyah or thulathah or Ruba'ah.*

*You want a pious brother, then don't expect him to be rich.*

*You want a pious sister but she must be beautiful like angel, go to the heavens to get one.*

*You don't want a divorced person but you are also a divorcee.* (YOU HAD passed experience is not a yardstick).

*You prefer Muslimah from a certain tribe as if you have evidence for that in Qur'an and Sunnah.*

*Fear Allaah Subuhanahu Wa Ta'ala in what you are searching for in spouse.!*

*SPECIAL PACKAGES:*

*LOW EDUCATIONAL SISTERS, o level or less, contact us. NIQAABI AND KHIMAR sisters, many pious BROTHERS seek your hands.*

O AllaaH, count this among our many accepted acts of Ibaadah.

Aameen.

●•💎•● My sister, what is the purpose of your Abaya?•●

👤Seikh Salih al Fawzaan

●•💠•● O my brothers! the purpose of the Abaya(*) is [to acheive] covering, not adornment, it is not a garment for adornment, and it is not permissible to be worn for adornment, to be embroidered, to have ornaments, or to open sleeves in it so it becomes like a shirt/thaub [in this case] it won't be an Abaya anymore, it will be a shirt/thaub

•●• So the abaya is for no other reason save covering, it should cover all the body, like a big cloak which is Al Jilbab (i.e, a garment which covers all the body).

•●• So its purpose is covering not adorning. Rather the purpose is covering the adornment in front of men.

•●• Accordingly is not permissible to invent new decorations/styles of the Abaya.
Calling [such Abaya] islamic is merely for marketing, while in reality it is not islamic, this [title] is for marketing purposes. For the islamic Abaya is that which covers [all the body] is thick, free from any ornaments, embroidery or adornment. It has to be plain, without decoration. Yes.

(*) Abaya: an outdoor, sleeveless, women's overgarment, that hangs loosely from the head.

Yes, wealth is not the priority to seek from a man when it comes to marriage.

But being responsible and having the mindset of being a provider are the things to be considered.

It's easy to say for those who are not yet married that it is not important, but in our time when bills are high and other necessities in life are expensive, consider marrying a man who may not be rich but is hard-working at least.

Someone who wouldn't bear to see you or your children hungry and struggling, or needing to constantly ask for basic necessities.

I receive many messages from sisters and know many who work to provide for their homes, their needs, and their children's needs while also caring for their children. They become drained and this often leads to marital problems.

When getting married, discuss financial aspects. It's important to understand how a man manages his finances, if he can provide a monthly/weekly allowance, etc. Let's admit it, it's embarrassing to ask.

Marry a thoughtful, providing man, because surely, those who are like this fear their Lord, knowing their responsibility as a qawwam (protector and provider).

A man can display his faith and leadership through his words and outward actions, but truly, you'll see the depth of it through his sacrifices and how responsibly he handles the trusts given to him by Allah.

“Mothers may nurse their children two complete years for whoever wishes to complete the nursing [period]. Upon the father is their provision and their clothing according to what is acceptable..." {Qur'an 2:233}

“Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means…” {Qur'an 4:34}

“Let the man of wealth spend according to his wealth; and the one whose provision is restricted, let him spend according to what Allah has given him. Allah does not charge a soul except (according to) what He has given it. Allah will bring about, after hardship, ease.” {Qur'an 65:7}

Narrated ’Abdullah bin ’Amr: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “It is sufficient sin for a man that he neglects those who are under his care.” [Sahih Bukhari 5198]

Jabir reported that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “When a Muslim spends something on his family intending to receive Allah’s reward, it is regarded as Sadaqa for him.” [Sahih Muslim 996]

Narrated by Thawban: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The best dinar is the dinar spent on one’s family…” [Sunan Abu Dawood 1691]

Imam al Ghazali رحمه الله said,

“Providing for one’s family is a form of worship when done with the right intention. It is not only a worldly duty but also a spiritual responsibility.” [Ihya Ulum al-Din]

Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya رحمه الله also said,

“The effort and wealth a man spends on his family are means of his purification and a source of great reward from Allah.” [Tuhfatul Mawdood bi Ahkam al-Mawlood]

Recently someone showed me a matrimonial group for Indian Muslims where one of the mandatory questions to answer is "Are you willing to marry a revert?" And the most common answer was "No". I wasn't surprised (some situations I do understand) but it did make me think of something.

It reminded me of the situation of Palestinians today. All the love and concern for them amongst us is mostly restricted to social media posts and not eating junk food or drinking expensive underrated coffee.

Similarly shahada videos go viral quickly on social media with lots of Takbeer yet when it comes to giving your daughter/son then he/she as a revert is still is an outsider. But indeed Allah is the best of protectors and providers.

A SECRET OF THE GIRLS. . .👈

Now a days, most of the girls dont feel shy to chat with boys in order to find their Prince
Charming. Either on facebook or other social sites , coming for Face To Face Chat , or sharing there Pics . They think that there is nothing wrong to chat with boys, bcoz they say if We dont chat with boys.

How can We find good Husbands ?
But the Real Fact is unfortunately most of the girls are falling pray to playboys just bcoz of this weakness of those girls. And the most laughing thing is that these girls get easily impressed by those boys who make them laugh, who make them feel special (falsely), who do fake promises, who do talk some romantic or love words. Who pretend to be the most eligible persons for them. but in reality, they are not.

#Advice - To All MY SISTERS in ISLAM.
Or whosoever is Reading, the boys you talk with are already chatting with other girls. You are not his #1. You are just another one. First Test his Imaan, Character, Truthfulness, Honesty,
Manners etc. "When you really wish to get a pious spouse. First make yourself such that a pious person wants you to be his spouse." Don't Get Impress by The Rainbows you get to see on Internet, its the striking that makes you Speechless For possible to make your life miserable . 💔

Extra marital affairs.

I recently had a conversation with a brother about his thoughts on second marriage. He shared a personal experience, which I'd like to pass on anonymously, hoping it can serve as a lesson for others.

This brother claimed to have been a good husband. However, when he discovered the wife chatting with someone, he intervened. Reflecting on the situation, he rationalized that if he had tolerated the wife's potentially haram (forbidden) interaction, she should also accept his halal (permissible) relationship I.e. 2nd marriage.

Another thing i want to mention that Husbands and wives should avoid discussing their past relationships with each other. Revealing such information can lead to lifelong arguments, separation, or divorce. No matter what, just don't mention that at all. Then the wife or husband MAY think, that their partner had relation or relationships, they can also have that. Satan is enemy, he can mold you anywhere then.

*We select our employees on merit, we conduct tests and interviews, and we even run background check on them but we pick our partners in relationship based on sentiments and emotions, 'I just love him/her'. Marriage is an institution that should be built on meritocracy and not mediocrity. And the only way to select a partner on merit, do not get infatuated.*

DIVORCED AT HIGH RATE IN SOCIETY.

This is very interesting. That a lot of sisters have begun to take on masculine traits and are very aggressive in their marriages. This isn’t the role that their Lord has set out for them. I know there are a lot of factors that contribute to this mentality and behavior however we are obliged to conform ourselves to the tenets and instructions of Islam not the other way around.

And we men have a lot of work to do on ourselves when it come to us too. Firstly understanding what is the role and responsibilities of a man for there is no fulfillment of the role of the husband without fulfilling this role first. There are two things I believe plays a direct role in destroying the institution of marriage. Zinaa being so prevalent this needs expounding but will save it for later. Damage individuals who aren’t fully healed entering into these marriages and as a result of their past trauma they are hasty to compare, be triggered by something their spouse says or does, and not fully understanding compromising. The success of any marriage is based on the balance of that marriage and the balance is the harmony shared between the spouses and Allah Knows Best!

I advise myself first and my brothers and sisters don’t rush marriage with no one especially if you aren’t healed. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing isn’t wrong with prolonging the sit down; there’s no time limit. Unfortunately many of us come not only with baggage but we aren’t full healed from previous relationships and it set up our new relationships to failed.

Fellas! Return back to manhood. And Sisters! Return back to femininity in it truest form. It is something based on the treatment of men.

Sahih al-Bukhari 5066
Narrated `Abdullah:

We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) while we were young and had no wealth. So Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."

Reference  : Sahih al-Bukhari 5066

Just as a point of benefit to all, if you are young or old but single whether married before or never married Point being currently single and cannot yet get married or haven't found that one. I strongly advise you with that which our beloved Prophet Muhammad aleyhi Salam advised the companions and all of his Ummah which is to fast as by Allah he the Prophet aleyhi Salam wouldn't have informed his beloved Ummah about it except that he knew the benefits of it. It is indeed a means to help one from being in the mode where there desires are up in the sky through the roof to not even feeling anything or little desires as they are in the state of worship by fasting especially living in the West Subhanallah where fitan is widespread at it's peak. Alhamdulilah during this time of the year where the days are short it's the golden time for you to fast as the hours are short, very short so utilise it to fast and stay away from haram. Not only that but your dua as the one fasting is accepted so make dua to Allah the almighty to grant you a righteous offspring that will aid you to reach and attain JANNAHTUL FIRDOUS AL A3LA!

(side note for both brothers and sisters but mainly the brothers lower your conditions and stop comparing these fake celebs who are fully caked up with an ice cream layer that looks attractive to you to our beloved sisters who are trying to please Allah by covering up and wearing the correct hijab without any ice cream on their faces when you go to meetings yes looks are imperative when you look for a spouse but our Prophet aleyhi salam stated what
"" فانظر بذات الدين تربت يداك"
So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a loses. (Bukhari 5090) Deen is what will keel a marriage brothers not the looks although it is important for each to be attracted to each other. Unfortunately many of the youth nowadays just look for the beauty as the main thing and the religion isn't and turn down many sisters which also hampers the sisters self esteem and confidence (having kids of my own Alhamdulilah I understand what they go through with regards to this)

So brothers lower your conditions and stop delaying marriage and turning down sisters with the same excuse I wasn't attracted to her if that's the case and you see you've had 3 meetings plus and she ticked all the boxes as that which comes in the hadeeth and your happy with her except one which you claim she isn't attractive she wasn't a fitnah for me at all as many claim then fast and wait for your Hoor Al Ayn in JANNAH and stop wasting families times and dissapointing sisters and making them feel worthless. It's important as a community we educate the young shabab about this topic marriage fiqh of the family and so on so we can grow stronger as a Ummah we have become a nation that has left of the Deen and Ahadeeth hence why we now seek things in marriage that the non Muslims seek and it makes the divorce rate so high
الله المستعان
May Allah aid us all!

The wife of Prophet Zakariyyah عليه السلام was old & barren

He said: "My Lord! How can I have a son, when my wife is barren, and I have reached the extreme old age."

An Angel said: "So (it will be). Your Lord says; It is easy for Me. Certainly I have created you before, when you had been nothing!" [Surah al Maryam: 8-9]

And Allah the Exalted blessed them with a son Yahya عليه السلام

For Allah nothing is impossible He is Al Qaadir. Do not give up on making dua especially dua at Tahajjud time.

May Allah grant pious offspring to those who have no children & accept our adiy'yah.

Let’s Talk About the Silent Crisis in Kashmiri Society
Over the years, our rich Kashmiri culture has been overshadowed—not by external forces—but by our own internal choices. Sadly, many Kashmiri women today have turned weddings and social customs into extravagant displays of wealth and ego. From expensive dry fruit boxes to over-the-top bridal expectations, they introduce unnecessary traditions every year—pushing families, especially the middle class, into debt and emotional pressure just to keep up.

This culture of show-off has led to marriages becoming competitions rather than unions. Men, though simple at heart, have surrendered to these demands—often at the coat of their ’ dignity and peace. Old parents are neglected, pushed aside because the daughter-in-law isn’t “comfortable,” while the same daughter-in-law maintains close ties and responsibilities with her own family.

Divorce rates and domestic issues are on the rise. And in many cases, it stems from a toxic environment created by either the daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, or sister-in-law. We cannot keep blaming only men or circumstances anymore—we must look inward.

What’s more heartbreaking is seeing our youth—boys and girls—falling into drug abuse and broken friendships. Where are the mothers? Many are busy with gossip, endless TV shows, or checking what others are doing. Meanwhile, their children are out for hours, unsupervised, even staying over at friends’ homes without knowing the environment they’re entering.

But let’s be fair—not all mothers are like this. I have personally seen inspiring Kashmiri women who control screen time, know where their kids are, and raise them with discipline and values. We cannot put all women in one basket—but we must acknowledge that many are contributing to a cultural collapse we can no longer ignore.

It’s time we stop glorifying superficial customs and take responsibility for our homes, our children, and our future. Let’s bring back the real values of Kashmiri culture— simplicity and genuine care.

If your husband stops you from doing Tabarruj & makeup say Alhamdulillah

If your husband doesnt let you upload your pics online say Alhamdulillah

If your husband doesn't let you add non mahram men on FB & other social media say Alhamdulillah

If your husband doesnt let you to talk to non mahram men say Alhamdulillah

Say Alhamdulillah that Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ has blessed you with a husband who has gheerah for his wife and is not a Dayouth.

In this era, it's very difficult to find someone who is not a dayooth, someone who always protects you from harm and guides you in the right way.

P*rn slowly damages marriage by reshaping the mind with false images of intimacy. It trains the heart to desire fantasy instead of reality, making a real wife feel “not enough.” Over time, this creates emotional distance, loss of trust, and deep insecurity for the wife, while the husband himself becomes less satisfied and more restless. What should be a place of comfort turns into pressure, comparison, and silent pain.

Dear Husbands; Islam calls you to protect, not pressure, your wife. Your wife is not a screen, a performer, or a comparison, she is an amanah from Allah. P*rn does not increase desire; it weakens love and destroys haya. True masculinity in Islam is lowering the gaze, struggling against nafs, and choosing your wife over fantasy. Healing begins with honesty, sincere tawbah, practical steps to quit, and rebuilding intimacy through kindness, patience, and dua.

Ya Allah, purify our eyes and hearts, forgive our hidden sins, guide our homes with taqwa, and fill our marriages with sakoon, mercy, and barakah. Ameen 🤲

WHY YOU MUST WEAR HIJAB AND LONG DRESS

Yes, covering the whole body is not compulsory for all women, even the Qur'an confirmed it.

In suratul Ahzab (Q33,V59), ALLAAH only mentioned three types of women that should observe hijab :
Firstly _ The Wives of Rasool peace be upon him (which am sure you are not among them)

Secondly_The Daughters of Rasool (which am also sure you are not among them)

And Lastly_The believing women (Those women who wished to be among the dwellers of jannah), and if you are among them, you should cover your body properly.

But if you are not among them you are free to dress as you like.

The choice is yours.
I pray that Allah protect our brothers from the fitnah and protect you our ladies from the eyes of the wolf, and make you a muslimah for you to enjoy the eternal Bliss.

If marriage is what you're asking Allah for
and nothing is moving —

there is one thing most people skip
that the scholars say
unlocks the door faster than any other du'a.

Most people ask for a spouse.

The scholars said: ask to "become"
the person the right spouse is being sent to.

Because Allah said:

"And Allah has made for you
from yourselves mates."
(16:72)

From yourselves.

The spouse is already in the system.
Already written.
Already existing.

The question is not:
will Allah send them?

The question is:
"am I becoming the version of myself
they are being sent to meet?"

The du'a that changes this:

"Allāhumma aṣliḥ lī dīnī
alladhī huwa 'iṣmatu amrī —
wa aṣliḥ lī dunyāya
allatī fīhā ma'āshī."

"O Allah — rectify my deen
which is the safeguard of my affairs —
and rectify my worldly life
in which is my livelihood."
(Muslim 2720)

Rectify "me."
Not: send "them."

And then this —
the du'a specifically for a righteous spouse:

"Rabbi hab lī min ladunka
dhurriyyatan ṭayyibah —
innaka samī'ud-du'ā'."

"My Lord — grant me from Yourself
righteous offspring,
indeed You are the Hearer of du'a."
(3:38)

Used by Zakariyyah (AS) —
when everything said it was impossible.

He received Yahya (AS).
A Prophet.

Most people ask for a spouse. The scholars say: ask to become who the right spouse is being sent to. The spouse is already written. The question is whether you are becoming who they are meant to meet.

I have been married for more than 15 years, and here are 10 important lessons I have learned:

1. Love is not enough.
Respect, discipline, and responsibility keep the home standing when feelings go quiet.

2. A soft man loses his house.
The moment you stop leading and now your wife becomes the head it is over. She will never respect you again.

3. Sex is not a bonus, its what holds a marriage together.
If intimacy dies, bitterness, distance, and temptation grow fast.Intimacy makes the bond strong.

4. Money problems become marriage problems.
A broke and directionless man will struggle to keep respect, no matter how kind he is.Everything requires money, without it you can't provide and that lowers your respect.

5. Your wife’s friends can destroy your home.
If her friends are divorced or unmarried they might talk her out of the marriage.Bitter women will teach her to fight a marriage they failed to build.

6.In-laws will test you.
Don't you let your in-laws have a say in your marriage, they will destroy it.If you don’t set boundaries early, your marriage will belong to them and it won't last.

7. Comfort kills attraction.
Most men get cormfortable after marriage, thinking the work is done. When you stop improving your body, money, and character, she starts seeing you as a roommate.

8.Silence is not always peace.
If your wife still loves you, she will argue with you sometimes, once she stops arguing and never tries to fix things, your marriage is in trouble.Sometimes she has already checked out and is only waiting for the perfect time to leave.

9. Children do not save a bad marriage.
They only make leaving harder and the suffering longer.

10. You must keep choosing each other.
The wedding ends in one day. The real marriage is the work you do after the guests go home.
