●•💠•● O my brothers! the purpose of the Abaya(*) is [to acheive] covering, not adornment, it is not a garment for adornment, and it is not permissible to be worn for adornment, to be embroidered, to have ornaments, or to open sleeves in it so it becomes like a shirt/thaub [in this case] it won't be an Abaya anymore, it will be a shirt/thaub
•●• So the abaya is for no other reason save covering, it should cover all the body, like a big cloak which is Al Jilbab (i.e, a garment which covers all the body).
•●• So its purpose is covering not adorning. Rather the purpose is covering the adornment in front of men.
•●• Accordingly is not permissible to invent new decorations/styles of the Abaya.
Calling [such Abaya] islamic is merely for marketing, while in reality it is not islamic, this [title] is for marketing purposes. For the islamic Abaya is that which covers [all the body] is thick, free from any ornaments, embroidery or adornment. It has to be plain, without decoration. Yes.

🔸Answer:
As for saying he (the father) is busy with his businesses, we would say that (in fact) from his greatest businesses is his sons and daughters. And their responsibility (upon him) is greater than the responsibility of his commerce.
And let us ask; what does he want from his commerce?
He does not want other than spending on himself and his family, and this is the body's food.
However, the most important is the heart's food, the soul's food, (by) seeding faith and righteous deeds in the souls of his sons and daughters.⟩⟩

⧳ The reason of most children's deviance ⧳
⧳ قال ابن القيم:
فمَن أهمل تعليم ولده ما ينفعه ، وتركه سدى فقد أساء إليه غاية الإساءة ، وأكثر الأولاد إنما جاء فسادهم من قبَل الآباء ، وإهمالهم لهم ، وترك تعليمهم فرائض الدين وسننه ؛ فأضاعوهم صغارا فلَم ينتفعوا بأنفسهِم، ولم ينفعوا آبَاءَهُم كبارا.

⧳ Ibn al-Qayyim said:
Whoever neglected to teach his child that which benefits him, and left him without any guidance, then he has wronged him gravely.
Most children’s deviance is because of their parents and their (the parents’) neglect and failure to teach them the obligatory duties and the sunnah of the religion so they neglected them as they were still small, as a result they didn't find benefit in themselves, nor did they benefit their parents when they grew up.
