Quite the visit: #Jordan's Foreign Minister is set to visit Tehran today per Iranian media outlets, and meet with Bagheri.
Jordan is particularly worried about the regional escalation between Israel and Iran - its airspace was breached during the last such escalation in April, with hundreds of Iranian projectiles flying over the Kingdom, and being intercepted. These interceptions in turn led to a spike in tensions between Iran and Jordan.

قالت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين اليوم إنّ جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني تلقّى دعوة من الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترمب للانضمام لمجلس السلام، وإنّه يجري حاليًّا دراسة الوثائق المرتبطة بالدعوة وفق الإجراءات القانونية الداخلية.
