🔻Evading Embargoes: Monitoring in the Black, Red, and Baltic seas confirmed these captains deliberately bypassed price caps set by the EU and G7. (Notably, 188 of the tankers they command are already under Western sanctions).

🔻Military-Industrial Hits: In a parallel move, Ukraine sanctioned 44 Russian companies, 46 Russian citizens, and 2 Iranians responsible for supplying critical aviation spare parts for deadly Shahed drones.
