Bloody hell!!!! The aggressive bloke in a sweatshirt is indistinguishable from some Gaz from Southend! What an ability at mimicry! Just the rough "there are no Englishmen at my warehouse job" accent giving him away. His missus also looks rough with that bleached mop for her hair and a Primark fur coat. And then the two nаzi-looking smart chaps with bricks for their faces 🤣 Oh and the one-toothed nonce in the white jacket to cheer us up. I say they present their nation to a tee.

RT @BashaReport: Another day, another hour-long speech.
Abdul Malik Al-#Houthi, leader of #AnsarAllah, criticizes the #UK's colonial history in #Yemen, threatening to use "missile and drone medicine" to target and burn a second British vessel and halt #London's military intervention. He brags about his forces' challenge to the perceived supremacy of the @USNavy, claiming such confrontations haven't occurred since World War Two. #Houthi boasts about @CENTCOM acknowledging five Sana'a-led strikes in a week, including a 14-hour "battle." He dismisses the impact of 86 purportedly "small" and "insignificant" joint #US-#UK strikes, stating they won't deter them. #Houthi's Thursday speeches aim to rally supporters for post-Friday prayers protests. On February 9, 2024, #AnsarAllah will hold their 18th rally in solidarity with #Gaza and #Palestine. He urges #Israel to take #Qatari and #Egyptian mediation for a truce with #Hamas seriously. #Houthi outlines reasons why the US would never invade #Yemen, citing the heavily armed population, battle hardened ideological forces, and sophisticated weaponry. He calls on supporters to rally in the streets, join military trainees, and support the cause for Gaza and Palestine steadfastly. x.com/BashaReport/status/175…

RT @IndoPac_Info: BREAKING : #China has hacked the #UK Ministry of Defence

MPs will be told on Tuesday of a massive data breach involving the Ministry of Defence, targeting service personnel.

The government will not name the country involved, but Sky News understands this to be China.

The Chinese state is to be accused of two or three attempts at hacking MoD employees - including personnel.

The cyberattack was on a payroll system with current service personnel and some veterans. It is largely names and bank details that have been exposed.

The MoD has been working at speed over the last 72 hours to understand the scale of the hack.

This could raise questions about whether other countries with challenging relationships with China will want to share sensitive intelligence with the UK.

This comes fewer than two months after China's "state-affiliated actors" have been blamed by the government for two "malicious" cyberattack campaigns in the UK.

Making a speech in the Commons, Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden revealed the two incidents involved an attack on the Electoral Commission - responsible for overseeing elections and political finance - in 2021, and targeted attacks against China-sceptic MPs. news.sky.com/story/china-hac…

RT @TTheBattlefield: 🇬🇧🇺🇦 JOHNSON'S BOLD CALL: "Send British Peacekeepers to Ukraine NOW"

‼️Former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has made a highly provocative call for immediate Western boots on the ground in Ukraine, drastically escalating the debate over direct intervention during a new BBC interview.

🔍 Key Takeaways from Johnson's Statement:

🔻Immediate Deployment: Johnson argued that if the UK and its allies are already planning for a post-war peacekeeping force, there is "no logical reason" not to send those troops immediately.

🔻The Sovereignty Test: He framed the deployment as a fundamental test of independence. If Ukraine is truly a free nation and not a Russian vassal, Kyiv alone gets to decide who enters its territory, not Vladimir Putin.

🔻Political Statement: He emphasized that putting boots on the ground is a necessary political move to physically demonstrate constitutional support for a free Ukraine.

💡 Why it matters (Zero-Click Context): This statement heavily amplifies Ukrainian President Zelenskyy's recent plea for foreign troops. While out of office, Johnson remains a highly influential voice in the global pro-Ukraine coalition. Pushing for Western "peacekeepers" to enter an active warzone deliberately crosses NATO's biggest red line. It is a calculated attempt to shift the Overton window in Western capitals from providing passive military aid to considering direct physical intervention to secure Ukrainian territory.

👇 Do you think deploying Western "peacekeepers" before a ceasefire would deter further Russian advances, or would it immediately trigger World War III between NATO and Moscow? Let's debate in the replies.

RT @PatrickBury: Good stuff here on the realities of the “only fuel smugglers” hypothesis

I have received various questions and comments on some of my previous assessments on the #RAF #Fairford major incident — including suggestions that it “may have been a dry run”, and others that it was simply five lads trying to nick diesel. Public facts do not settle it, but they sit poorly with opportunistic fuel theft.
- I'll explain:
- Police found petrol — described as an accelerant — and no #IEDs. So if it was a dry run, it was not a dry run in the sense of empty rehearsal vehicles. There was fuel on board. They also released the five men on bail with strict conditions while the investigation continues. That does not prove innocence; it also does not prove a completed bomb plot.
- The farmer who called it in says she did not see five men. She puts it at eight to ten, hooded and in balaclavas, splitting across fields and towards the base when her headlights hit them.
- Police arrested five and have indicated they are not looking for anyone else. Night can inflate a count. It can also mean people ran and were not caught.
- I also looked at #UK diesel theft cases to try to discern a pattern. Some surface details overlap with diesel nicking — and several important ones do not.
- While vans, drums and fake fuel livery may not be exotic for the job, they are not the norm. Large teams are definitely not the norm.
- A van may be a standard tool when thieves want volume, not a quick field raid. Modified vans with concealed tanks are an established tactic for taking large amounts from bowsers, generators and tanks.
- Fake or cloned fuel-company markings are not unheard of; a van that looks like a delivery or “Fuel 2You” vehicle draws less attention on a country lane at night.
- Barrels in the back fit the usual kit list. Cotswold villages around Fairford include off-grid properties that store heating oil, and farms and sites store diesel. In that narrow sense, “vans, barrels, fuel branding” is not exotic.
- But, caught rural jobs are usually two men, sometimes one or three — often local or from the next county (7–20 miles), on quads or a single van, after farm tanks, bowsers or HGVs. They steal red diesel, white diesel or heating oil, then leave.
- Fairford does not match that. The suspects were 23–25 and from Camden, Westminster and Willesden — about 80–100 miles away.
- Three vans as a convoy, masks, petrol not farm diesel, and a pitch-up next to a US-used bomber base at 1am is not where you go to pinch a heating-oil tank.
- You do not need eight to ten people to siphon a bowser. Extra bodies are a liability.
- Fuel thieves also tend to run away from the hard target, not towards the perimeter.
- So the vans and barrels can look like theft. The distance, the crowd, the masks, the petrol and the location do not.
- I'd say judging from the above a dry run or interrupted approach is a cleaner fit with those facts. The vans and fuel could be logistics for a later incendiary or vehicle-borne attack; the night visit could be route reconnaissance, timing, or testing access while already carrying the accelerant.
- “Just five lads after diesel” is the weakest fit.
- Two last points. First, the release of the five suspects on bail, as much as it was surprising, matches a run of recent UK and European cases involving disposable, single-use agents recruited by hostile states—chiefly #Russia and #Iran.
- In similar UK proxy cases that I have looked at (warehouse arsons, attacks on #Jewish sites, reconnaissance jobs) suspects have also been bailed while police investigate who directed them and what they knew. Detention without charge is tightly limited; proving the wider network or state link takes longer.
- Second, a night-time approach to RAF Fairford with petrol and fake fuel vans could have been a deniable signal from a malign actor that they can reach the base used against them, even without a finished bomb. A “message” does not need explosives to be the[...]
