🔻Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
✍In the Hereafter, all eyes will weep, except for three:
1. The eye that closes when faced with the sight of the forbidden.
2. The eye that stays vigilant in obedience to God.
3. The eye that sheds tears in the stillness of the night out of fear of God.
These eyes will not experience the bitterness of the tears of the Day of Judgment.

یَقُولُ اللَّهُ تَبَارَکَ وَتَعَالَی:
«وَعِزَّتِی وَجَلَالِی وَکِبْرِیَائِی وَنُورِی وَعَظَمَتِی وَعُلُوِّی وَارْتِفَاعِ مَکَانِی، لَا یُؤْثِرُ عَبْدٌ هَوَاهُ عَلَی أَمْرِی إِلَّا شَتَّتُّ عَلَیْهِ أَمْرَهُ، وَلَبَّسْتُ عَلَیْهِ دُنْیَاهُ، وَشَغَلْتُ قَلْبَهُ بِهَا، وَلَمْ أُعْطِهِ مِنْهَا إِلَّا مَا قَدَّرْتُ لَهُ.
... وَلَا یُؤْثِرُ عَبْدٌ أَمْرِی عَلَی هَوَاهُ إِلَّا اسْتَحْفَظْتُهُ مَلَائِکَتِی، وَکَفَّلْتُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرَضِینَ رِزْقَهُ، وَکُنْتُ لَهُ مِنْ وَرَاءِ تِجَارَةِ کُلِّ تَاجِرٍ، وَأَتَتْهُ الدُّنْیَا وَهِيَ رَاغِمَةٌ».

خدای متعال می‌فرماید:
«قسم به عزت، جلال، بزرگی، نور، عظمت، بلندی و مقام بلند خودم!
هیچ بنده‌ای خواسته خود را بر خواسته من مقدم ندارد، مگر اینکه امورش را پریشان می‌کنم، دنیایش را بر او تیره می‌سازم، دلش را به دنیا مشغول می‌دارم، و از دنیا جز آنچه برایش مقدر کرده‌ام به او نمی‌دهم.
و قسم به عزت و جلالم! هر کس خواست مرا بر هوای نفسش مقدم دارد، فرشتگانم را نگهبان او قرار می‌دهم، آسمان و زمین را مأمور روزی‌رسانی‌اش می‌کنم، و خودم پشت هر معامله‌ای به سود او می‌روم، و دنیا با خفت و خواری به سراغش خواهد آمد».

No servant prefers his own desire over My command except that I scatter his affairs, make his worldly life confusing, preoccupy his heart with it, and give him only what I have decreed for him.
And by My Glory and Majesty! Whoever puts My will before his own desire, I will assign My angels to protect him, I will ensure the heavens and earth provide his sustenance, I will support his trade behind every merchant, and the world will come to him humiliated and subdued."
