📀 Moxy
#HardRock #HeavyMetal
50 years ago Moxy from Toronto, #Canada released their self-titled debut album.
Originally self-produced and indipendently released in Canada, Moxy was picked up by many radio stations in the US later in the year, this airplay caught the attention of a major (Mercury Records) which signed the band and distributed the album worldwide in 1976.
#Moxy is notable for featuring wonderful guitarist 🎸Tommy Bolin, who would join and record with Deep Purple later in the year.
One of my favorite Hard Rock hidden gems of the 70s🤘❤️🔥
In this album:
#BuzzShearman - vocals
#EarlJohnson - rhythm and lead guitar
#TerryJuric - bass
#BillWade - drums
Additional musicians
#TommyBolin - guitar solos
#TomStephenson - piano
#BuddyCaine - rhythm guitar
