♥️ #MidweekRockBallad
When it comes to Rock ballads I usually select from the 70s... but this week started with some good 80s Hair Metal... therefore here's my #1 ever of that period ! 🔝

🎼18 March 1963. Happy Birthday 🥳🍾 to Mr. Jeff LaBar, born Jeffrey Philip LaBar in Darby, Pennsylvania, USA. He has been Cinderella lead guitarist 🎸for a lifetime and he is definetly mostly remembered for that. In the previous post ☝️ one of his wonderful guitar solos in one of the most stunning hard rock ballads ever! 🤟🔥

🎼9 June 1986. It's 35 years from Cinderella debut album release, Night Songs.
Those were the glam metal days 🤟 and everything was happening in the US between Los Angeles and New York! Night Songs had an immediate success also thanks to Jon #BonJovi who discovered and believed in the band (he also appears in this album) and #Cinderella broke through the glam metal scene along with bands such as Poison, Motley Crue and early Guns'n'Roses to name a few.
Here's the title track, as always if you have any song you like from this album... post it in the Chat Room👇😃 #9June

40 years ago Cinderella from Philadelphia, #USA released their debut studio album.
Founded in 1983, the band was noticed by Jon Bon Jovi at a concert. He became a fan and was crucial for #Cinderella success: he got his record label to sign them, he contributed to the recordings of the album and called the band to support the Slippery When Wet tour.
Night Songs sold 3million copies in the US only, Cinderella became one of the leading bands of the Glam Metal era along with Mötley Crüe and Poison, before the explosion of Guns'n'Roses.
One of my #HairMetal favorites ❤️🔥
