🎼9 June 1986. It's 35 years from Cinderella debut album release, Night Songs.
Those were the glam metal days 🤟 and everything was happening in the US between Los Angeles and New York! Night Songs had an immediate success also thanks to Jon #BonJovi who discovered and believed in the band (he also appears in this album) and #Cinderella broke through the glam metal scene along with bands such as Poison, Motley Crue and early Guns'n'Roses to name a few.
Here's the title track, as always if you have any song you like from this album... post it in the Chat Room👇😃 #9June

📀 Some Girls
#Rock #HardRock #PunkRock #Disco
45 years ago The Rolling Stones from #UK released their 14th studio album, their first to feature new member Ronnie Wood.
Some Girls came out in a year when music was worldwide dominated by new genres such as Disco and Punk and new young Hard Rock / Heavy Metal bands.
All these different worlds agreed to consider #RollingStones as dinosaurs with nothing more to tell...
Jagger & Richards were perfectly aware of that and "answered" with this album which embraced all the above genres, delievered several classics and sold more than 7 million copies!
In this album:
#MickJagger – vocals, guitar, piano, percussion
#KeithRichards – guitar, vocals, bass, piano
#RonnieWood – guitar, backing vocals
#BillWyman – bass, synthesiser
#CharlieWatts – drums
Additional
#SugarBlue – harmonica
#IanMcLagan – piano, organ
#MelCollins – saxophone
#SimonKirke – congas

#HardRock #GlamMetal
40 years ago Cinderella from Philadelphia, #USA released their debut studio album.
Founded in 1983, the band was noticed by Jon Bon Jovi at a concert. He became a fan and was crucial for #Cinderella success: he got his record label to sign them, he contributed to the recordings of the album and called the band to support the Slippery When Wet tour.
Night Songs sold 3million copies in the US only, Cinderella became one of the leading bands of the Glam Metal era along with Mötley Crüe and Poison, before the explosion of Guns'n'Roses.
One of my #HairMetal favorites ❤️🔥
In this album:
#TomKeifer – vocals, guitar, piano
#JeffLaBar – guitar, vocals

#JeffParis – keyboards
#JodyCortez – drums
