🎼22 December 1987. Few days after his birthday (see 👉 here) Nikky Sixx is in a hotel room in Los Angeles when he has a NDE (near death experience)... he sees his body lay down on the floor after a heroin overdose. #Slash, #GNR #guitarist, is in the bathroom, Robbin Crosby, #Ratt guitarist and Steven Adler, #GunsNRoses drummer, are in the room uncapable to realize what's happening.
Only Slash's girlfriend understands the situation and calls the ambulance 🚑... #NikkySixx is declared DOA (dead on arrival) when he arrives at the hospital and his #MotleyCrue band mates are informed of his passing away!!! 😱
Two adrenaline shots on his chest will save him...and he's still with us🤘😈🔥

#RobbinCrosby, one of the boys, died of heroin overdose 15 years later in 2002. Nobody was there for him 🙏

In the above pictures 📸☝️the whole wild bunch of that night...

Ratt
📀 Invasion Of Your Privacy
#GlamMetal #HeavyMetal

40 years ago Ratt from Los Angeles #USA, released their 2nd studio album.

Like their 👉 debut album of the previous year, Invasion Of Your Privacy was a huge success. The sound was generally heavier, most of the tracks became #Ratt standards and true Glam Metal gems, also thanks to the amazing guitar work of Warren De Martini 🎸

Possibly my favorite Glam Metal album, still hits hard in #VeniceRocksRoom 🤘

In this album:
#StephenPearcy – vocals
#RobbinCrosby – guitar, backing vocals
#WarrenDeMartini – guitar, backing vocals
#JuanCroucier – bass, backing vocals
#BobbyBlotzer – drums, percussion
