Happy 55th Birthday to this guy I know. He's from Sappada, 30 minutes from #myhometown in the #Dolomites.
He became a legend in Cross Country Ski when he beat local idol Bjorn Dahlie (the best skier ever!!!) in front of 200.000 Norvegian supporters who were 100% sure of the final victory 💪
It was the 1994 Winter Olympic final and #Italy, yes the land of the 🌞 and #Dolcevita, won the Gold Medal 🥇🤘
