Операторы будут обязаны передавать Роскомнадзору информацию о средствах связи и пользовательском оборудовании клиентов в течение 15 рабочих дней с даты начала оказания услуг по предоставлению доступа к интернету. В этот список входят сетевые адреса, место проживания, номера IP технических средств, через которые проходит трафик.
То есть, каждый, кто пользуется VPN, теперь под колпаком
