5 actions I did to gain 30,000 followers in 52 weeks:

1. I connect with my target market. I add value to my market without asking for anything in return. I Maintain 70-80% of my post as free value and 20-30% promoting my business. I commit to post every day for 1 month. I reshare job search.
.
2. I establish what my target market need to know. I create authentic content and text-based. I never make duplicate contents.
.
3. I evaluate my growth and create my future posts properly. I write during my creative time, proofread, refine and fix the grammar. I avoid editing post. I don't allow haters ruin my courage, and focus on the people who like my content. I don't engage in Dramaqueen.
.
4. I know the algorithm, I post between 6-7 PM GMT (+7), I Stay online 30 minutes after posting to quick response Like,Comments & Share, I Avoid Posting links to external websites.
.
5. I Put my link in first comment. I use tagging and hashtagging fairly that will rank high organically.

In case someone asked me, have you #attended 24 to 29 August 2020, #Toastmasters #International #Virtual #Convention 2020. This is my #answer to that #question.

This was #fun before some people do some #magics in #numbers, no worries I was not #bragging, it was such an #achievement for me to make into convention #connection game.

By #stating it here, I #declared, that was it for me, I am going to #enjoy for the rest of my #time to enjoy the #world class contents provided by Toastmasters International to #enhance my #Leadership and #Communication Skills.

Bagaimana Cara saya Meningkatkan Followers saya dari 30.000 ke 40.000 Followers di #LinkedIn dalam 9 Bulan dan Apa yang akan Saya Lakukan secara Berbeda di sisa 3 Bulan di tahun 2020.

Sebelumnya saya ucapkan terima kasih bagi Anda yang telah mengikuti saya dari 0 #Followers hingga mencapai 40.000 Followers selama setahun terakhir, Anda luar biasa, karena tanpa Anda saya bukan siapa - siapa.

Jumlah followers memang bukan target saya dalam mengembangkan akun LinkedIn, namun seiring waktu berjalan dengan seringnya posting yang saya lakukan tiap hari, akun saya akan tampil di #Timeline followers dan connection saya.
.
Perjalanan saya dari 0 Followers ke 30.000 saya jalani dengan membangun koneksi dengan semua orang tanpa terkecuali, namun karena batas maksimal #Connection di LinkedIn hanyalah 30.000 maka saya harus menghapus koneksi ke akun yang jarang berinteraksi ke postingan saya dan menyediakan 100 slot ke orang yang memberikan pesan secara pribadi ke saya sebelum mengirimkan permintaan koneksi.

Jadi, dalam 3 bulan ke depan saya memutuskan untuk mengenal satu per satu koneksi saya di LinkedIn dengan memberikan kontak #Pribadi saya di nomor +62 813 1089 1992, silakan bagi Anda yang ingin berkenalan dengan saya boleh meninggalkan pesan di nomer pribadi saya :)
