최근 외신에 따르면 최종 합의에 따라 Poda가 사업에 사용되는 대부분의 자산에 대해 알트리아에 매각을 완료했다고 보도했다.
돈 계약에 따라 Poda는 idle 브랜드로 이름이 변경되고 거래 코드는 idle X로 이름이 변경 될 것이다. 캐나다 증권 거래소의 정책에 따라 회사는 inactive issuer 로 거래 될 예정이다.
Poda의 CEO이자 회장인 Ryan Selby는 성명을 통해 "이번 매각길은 Poda 팀의 위대한 노력을 의미합니다. 저는 우리의 성과가 매우 자랑스럽습니다. 이번 거래를 통해 우리의 혁신적인 기술이 Altria에서 잘 활용될 것을 알고 있습니다." 라고 밝혔다.
