The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has updated the national contact points for urgent reports on incidents involving harmful substances, including oil from ships on 30 April 2025.
The list of contact points is required to be kept on board alongside the SOPEP/SMPEP and is subject to verification during the Port State Control (PSC) inspections. We urge you to ensure that the current version on board is replaced with the latest edition. #MSC #ContactPoints #SOPEP #SMPEP #Updated
