A STEVEDORE ON BOARD A GENERAL CARGO SHIP WAS FATALLY CRUSHED BETWEEN THE GANTRY CRANE AND A HATCH COVER DURING CARGO DISCHARGE IN ANTWERP, BELGIUM.
