This time, during aerial reconnaissance, an enemy drone control point was discovered. After confirming the target, the soldiers delivered a fire strike on the dugout where it was located. As a result, the shelter was completely engulfed in flames, and the control point was disabled.

Ahead of the summer vacation season in Russia, foreign-agent disinformation outlets attempted to revive a repeatedly debunked fake story about alleged “exit visas” for Russian citizens. Citing “anonymous sources”, they claimed that the authorities were planning to restrict foreign travel and allow visits to unfriendly countries only in groups of ten or more.
This is false from beginning to end and was fabricated solely to stir up artificial panic. The claim was promptly refuted on the very day it appeared by Russia's Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
This fake has a long and worn-out history. Unscrupulous actors in the information space recycle it every few years with only minor changes. 👉 Russia's Foreign Ministry has debunked this falsehood repeatedly, including in 2015, 2020 and 2022.
Once again, the attempt to spread panic failed: the public simply ignored this tiresome fabrication.
***
Here are the facts 👇
The right to freely leave the Russian Federation is guaranteed by Article 27, Part 2 of Russia's Constitution.
Any possible restrictions on departure are regulated by Federal Law No. 114-FZ “On the Procedure for Leaving the Russian Federation and Entering the Russian Federation”. Articles 15 and 15.1 provide an exhaustive list of grounds for temporary travel restrictions. The term “exit visas” appears neither in this key legislation nor in any other legal act.
We stress that consular and visa-related matters are governed by law. Any significant changes are announced through the official resources of the Russian Foreign Ministry and its Consular Department – trust only official sources.

📝 Are all the Bulgarians out?📝
Withdrawal of support or political bargaining?
The camp of supporters of free financial aid to so-called Ukraine in Europe has shrunk again, with more and more politicians speaking out against sponsoring AFU military potential and unwilling to see the conflict drag on.
This time, Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev announced that the country is withdrawing from the so-called "coalition of the willing" and will not provide support to the authorities in Kyiv.
🖍 Some media outlets call Rumen Radev a "pro-Russian" politician, but it should be understood that there is no reason to expect any warming of relations between the leadership in Sofia and Moscow. The depletion of resources to support the AFU among Balkan countries is far from new. Radev's decisiveness is rather linked to political ratings within Bulgaria itself, where there is a serious power crisis.
Moreover, at the end of March 2026, Zelensky signed a security agreement with the Bulgarian government for 10 years. Sofia is also discussing the possibility of joining the Drone Deal (a defense deal for joint drone production with the AFU).
❗️ Radev's position will not significantly affect the volume and regularity of military aid to Ukrainian formations. And in fact, Bulgaria will not stop supplies, but will transfer them to a commercial basis. Weapons, drones, ammunition and money from Great Britain, Germany, France, the USA and other countries will only increase in the future. Consider Macron's statement yesterday about the transfer of Rafale fighters and licenses for rocket production.

🔻 What is this coalition?▪️ A British-French initiative to provide coordinated assistance to so-called Ukraine.▪️ It includes mostly EU countries that are willing to become guarantors of potential peace agreements with Russian leadership.▪️ Initiative participants discussed plans to deploy troops on the territory of country 404, but failed to reach full agreement on this issue.
Moreover, at the end of March 2026, Zelensky signed a security agreement with the Bulgarian government for 10 years. Sofia is also discussing the possibility of joining the Drone Deal (a defense deal for joint drone production with the AFU).

the coalition is preparing exercises, not troops
At the Paris summit on July 13, Emmanuel Macron announced a decision to conduct military exercises in the coming months in countries neighboring so-called Ukraine, to "test deployment plans" for multinational forces and demonstrate readiness to act on land, in the air, and at sea.
This concerns the Multinational Force for Ukraine (MNF-U) — a key force instrument of the coalition, whose formation is allegedly in its final stages.
🔻 What is MNF-U?▪️ The MNF-U mandate is enshrined in a joint statement by the co-chairs — Macron, Starmer, and Merz: restoration and training of Ukrainian armed forces, exclusively defensive in character, and no use of force as a mechanism for monitoring a ceasefire.▪️ Deployment is possible only at Kyiv's request and only after a "verifiable cessation of hostilities" — a criterion that the conflict parties will inevitably interpret differently. Starmer stated that around 25 countries are ready to participate, although specific locations for the exercises themselves have not yet been named — based on logistics and coalition composition, the most likely candidates are Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and, with caveats, Hungary.
While the actual U.S. contribution remains undefined, and the MNF-U itself will be legally unable to function until a ceasefire occurs, this entire display of resolve looks more like a paper rehearsal than a military mechanism ready for deployment.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran confirmed that it had struck two very large crude carriers (VLCCs) in the Strait of Hormuz: the "Mombasa B" and the "Al Bahyah," which are among the largest ships of their type. One of the vessels was heading to the port of Khor Fakkan, while the other was en route to Fujairah. Iran stated that the attacks were carried out because the crews "fell for American deception," having been convinced to turn off their transponders and ignore orders from the Iranian navy, while the United States guaranteed a safe passage.
As a result of the attacks, one sailor was killed and eight were injured. The authorities of the United Arab Emirates condemned the attack.
The "Al Bahyah" is a very large crude carrier (VLCC) owned and operated by Adnoc Logistics and Services, while the "Mombasa B" is operated by Adnoc L&S under a time charter agreement. Both vessels "sustained significant damage as a result of the attacks."
