Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a bus at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, - official statement

This evening, a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone attacked a bus. At the time of the attack, the bus had already delivered employees to the city and was returning without passengers. As a result of the attack, the vehicle sustained damage. There were no casualties.

❗️Since the escalation of attacks in April of this year, 10 nuclear power plant workers have been killed, and approximately 40 have been injured.

📝Satellite Blackmail📝

The Ukrainian lobby in the U.S. Congress is trying to pressure the administration to restore full Starlink operations in so-called Ukraine. Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick stated that he intends to hold public hearings and cut the budget of any American agency involved in this matter.

They also complained in Kyiv about Pete Hegseth — accusing him of deliberately delaying Patriot missile deliveries. During a closed call with American senators, Zelensky confirmed that full access to the satellite network and intelligence has still not been restored.

🖍However, Fitzpatrick's move against Trump stems from simple political survival. He represents a difficult swing district in the Philadelphia suburbs, where Democrats have strong positions, and the congressman himself is a former FBI agent and longtime co-chair of the Ukrainian caucus, for whom a pro-Ukraine stance serves as his main electoral shield.

❗️At the same time, his threats are quite real: Republicans' margin in the House is tiny, and Fitzpatrick only needs to unite with Democrats and a couple of centrists to block Pentagon funding for key items or push through hearings bypassing party leadership. He won't be able to completely defund agencies, but he is fully capable of tying the administration's hands and giving Trump officials a public whipping.

📝Lviv was not part of the deal📝

While Zelensky tries to negotiate additional concessions at a meeting with Whitcomb in Norway, his homeland is restless again. Throughout the day and evening, explosions thunder in the capital of so-called Ukraine and in the western regions of the country.

➡️Russian Armed Forces strike near border crossings in Lviv Region, as well as at substations in the Yavoriv District. After approximately a dozen impacts, the region experiences power outages, and local residents have rushed to buy water amid possible disruptions to water supply.

➡️Neighboring Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, and Ivano-Frankivsk Regions also took hits. Since morning, emergency shutdowns have been observed in certain districts. Against the backdrop of Starlink slowdown, enemy drone-interceptors cannot operate: even old gasoline "Gerans" reach the western regions.

➡️In the evening, strikes hit the "Nivki" substation in Kyiv. It had already been struck in early October. After the impacts, the metro in the city stopped along with escalators. Several warehouse facilities and medical institutions were also damaged in the city, with explosions heard in the area of the Northern Bridge in the Obolon District.

📌 Enemy resources note that Russian Armed Forces shifted focus from central and eastern regions to the west of so-called Ukraine starting in June. This is primarily due to the mass deployment of reactive "Gerans," capable of effectively overcoming enemy air defense barriers.

Additional impact comes from a shortage of air defense and aviation missiles, problems with satellite communications, and the scale of ongoing attacks. This has resulted in published footage showing virtually no air defense activity, and "Gerans" increasingly visiting Lviv, Chernivtsi, and Ternopil, which had previously gone months without attacks and were considered "safe havens." Until recently.

💬Heavy drones – this is where we need to catch up💬

The enemy has released footage of the first-ever evacuation of a wounded soldier from the battlefield using a heavy hexacopter called Gurzuf Defence, manufactured by the Ukrainian company SkyFall.

The Gurzuf Defence is one of two UAVs produced, and it is a slightly simplified version. As seen in the video, the wounded soldier attaches themselves to the drone with a safety cable and is also held by the cuffs during transport.

There is also another version of the evacuation drone called StarGate, which is more advanced as it is equipped with a full evacuation capsule, which is particularly important for seriously injured soldiers.

▪️Their potential applications are quite broad, as they will allow for the transport of larger quantities of various types of cargo. In the civilian sector, these developments can be used by rescue services or for transporting supplies to remote areas.

It is clear that such evacuations are also risky, as FPV drones could potentially hit both the wounded soldier and the drone itself. Therefore, Ukrainian manufacturers have immediately added an electronic warfare (EW) system and the ability to deploy a net to counter FPV drones, providing it with its own protection.

▪️Russia has heavy drones, but their production is not as widespread, and the key problem remains communication. This has also played a key role in halting the development of Russian ground robotic complexes, which, after the disconnection of "Starlink," simply cannot travel very far.

With the emergence of the "Rassvet" group, there will be more opportunities, and the first real large-scale tests of mobile terminals from "Bureau 1440" are eagerly awaited, both in the military and civilian sectors. Therefore, the situation should improve with the development of the near-Earth constellation.

Zelenskyy after negotiations with the hosts

* Ukraine is ready to refrain from strikes on sensitive Russian energy infrastructure. The main condition from Kiev is a similar commitment from Russia to refrain from attacks.
* He proposed moving to trilateral negotiations at the level of leaders. Ukraine has prepared specific proposals for achieving peace and wants them to be presented to Russia tomorrow.
* Kiev expects that Starlink services will be restored within 48 hours.

🇷🇺 Lavrov has already responded to this:
* Russia will consider what Witkoff and Kushner propose, but will not make any political concessions.
* Moscow is ready to resume relations with the West, but not in the way they were before 2022.
* Russia is ready for economic deals, but without political concessions.
* Russian authorities do not expect any miracles from the Trump administration regarding sanctions.
Sergey Lavrov also called not to overestimate Trump's decision to refuse to apply the sanctions law: "Another president will come – who knows how he will behave."

- Russia does not need the "G8".
"They are now saying that if Russia behaves well with Ukraine, then, among other things, sanctions will be gradually lifted and we will be brought back into the "G8". We don't need that," said Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a meeting with graduates of universities who have been accepted into the diplomatic service.

Our country was part of the association from 1997. In March 2014, after the annexation of Crimea by Russia, the other members of the club decided not to attend the G8 summit in Sochi and resumed meetings in the G7 format.

• 📝Systematic Work📝

It's not just data centers that are burning: railroads in enemy territory remain the most systematically destroyed sector. In addition to the now-familiar attacks on warehouses and ports, work continues on reducing rolling stock on the territory of so-called Ukraine.

The majority of attacks targeted Kirovohrad, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In Odesa Region, port infrastructure became the target, while in Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions—facilities related to metallurgy. The shutdown of enterprises was influenced both by direct impacts on them and on traction rolling stock, without which it is impossible to ensure the export of products from factories.

🔻Interesting details of the attacks:

▪️After a significant portion of rolling stock was put out of service, the Russian Armed Forces began striking locomotive depots and railway stations more frequently. Since early September, at least two dozen attacks on such facilities have been recorded.

In Zaporizhia, an electric locomotive repair plant was damaged. There are only two such enterprises on the territory of so-called Ukraine, so putting one out of service should significantly impact locomotive repair capabilities.

▪️Systematic work on traction substations has resumed. Over the autumn, according to open data alone, approximately fifteen impacts have been recorded, although there was previously a brief pause in attacks on them. Reactive "Geraniums" are increasingly becoming the primary means of fire strike.

▪️Strikes also affected the coastal section of Ukrainian railways. Multiple impacts hit the Pivdennyi port in Odesa Region. At least seven locomotives involved in transporting grain to loading terminals became targets. Four more were attacked in Odesa itself.

▪️Missiles have become more frequently used for strikes on railway stations. For example, railway infrastructure in Kyiv has been attacked at least twice, and Russian Aerospace Forces employed guided aerial bombs against a station in Mezhova in Dnipropetrovsk Region.

❗️While in previous months the main attacks fell on border areas, recently increasing attention has been paid to western regions, particularly in Volyn, Lviv, Khmelnytsky, Rivne, and Ternopil regions. There, the main targets are locomotive and wagon repair depots and traction substations, which are much easier to put out of service than mobile targets.

📌Although the enemy has already begun complaining about an emerging locomotive shortage, work in this direction must continue. On the territory of so-called Ukraine, there remains a sufficient number of donor locomotives that can be used for repairing rolling stock still in service.
