🔹 Your body has a right over you.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Your body has a right over you, your eyes have a right over you, and your wife has a right over you.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5199)
💭 Reflection:
Islam teaches balance. Taking care of your body is an act of worship. Rest when needed, nourish yourself with halal, sleep adequately, and guard your health. Your eyes need rest. Your spouse needs your attention. Your soul needs Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ also used to make this dua:
اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أنْتَ
“O Allah, make me healthy in my body. O Allah, make me healthy in my hearing. O Allah, make me healthy in my sight. There is no deity except You.”
(Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 701 – Sahih)

A Righteous Woman, The Greatest Blessing.
A righteous woman is not just a companion in this life, she is a mercy, a source of peace, and a doorway to Jannah.
"A righteous woman is the greatest blessing that Allāh ﷻ can give to a man."
She supports him in faith, protects his home in his absence, and stands by him through ease and hardship. Her love is sincere, her heart is pure, and her intentions are always rooted in taqwā (God-consciousness).
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:
"The world is but a provision, and the best provision of the world is a righteous woman."
Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, Hadith no. 1467a
May Allāh ﷻ bless all the righteous women who are striving daily, in silence and in strength. May He grant us the wisdom to recognize, value, and protect such a noble blessing when it is granted.

A haram relationship wrapped in the intention of nikah is still haram — and it is one of Shayṭān’s most dangerous traps. He beautifies sin by calling it “serious,” “temporary,” or “for marriage,” while quietly pulling hearts away from Allah. You are not guaranteed your next breath, so how can you guarantee a future with someone through disobedience? What begins by displeasing Allah can never end in His blessings. If you truly want nikah, walk the halal path — because what is built for Allah never needs sin as its foundation.
