Friday Prayer Leader of Karbala:

If we go to Nimrod and ask him, "Who is your number one enemy?" he will tell you it's Ibrahim.

Go to the Quraysh and ask Abu Jahl, Abu Lahab, and Abu Sufyan, "Who is your number one enemy?" They will tell you, the Prophet (PBUH).

Ask Muawiya, "Who is your number one enemy?" He will tell you it's Ali (AS).

After the martyrdom of Ali (AS), ask Muawiya again, "Who is your number one enemy?" He will tell you it's Hasan (AS).

Ask Yazid, "Who is your number one enemy?" He will say it's Hussain (AS).

And keep coming forward, forward, and forward.

Now the question is here. In our time, if you ask America, Israel, Al-Saud, and Wahhabism (who are enemies of God) who is your number one enemy? What answer will they give? We will find their answer in the headlines of their satellite channels and their media.

🔴 Islam Cannot Tolerate the Hunger of Any Living Being!

Najeeh recounts:
"I saw #Imam_Hasan (AS) eating while a dog stood before him. For every morsel he ate, he threw one to the dog. I asked: ‘O son of the Prophet, shall I drive this dog away?’"

🔴 The Imam replied:
"Leave him. I feel ashamed before Allah to eat while a living creature watches me and I do not feed it."
📘 Musnad al-Imam al-Mujtaba (AS), p. 130

📝 A Faith That Refuses Indifference
How can a religion that cannot bear to see an animal go hungry—not even a stray dog—remain indifferent to:
- The poverty of the destitute?
- The hunger of the oppressed?
- The suffering of the deprived?

By Allah, it never will!
Islam rejects starvation for any creature—human or animal. It condemns those who justify poverty as "divine destiny" while ignoring their duty to act.

📖 Qur’an & Ahl al-Bayt (a): Lineage Through the Mother

🔹 Verse 84, Surah al-An‘ām

“And We bestowed upon him Isaac and Jacob; each We guided. And Noah We guided before; and among his progeny David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses, and Aaron. Thus do We reward the doers of good.” (6:84)

This verse shows that prophets are counted among the descendants of earlier prophets, even if the lineage comes through the mother. Most striking is the inclusion of Jesus (‘a), who had no father, yet Allah affirms him as being from the descendants of Noah and Abraham.

🌿 Imam al-Bāqir (‘a):
When asked about those who deny that Imam al-Hasan (‘a) and Imam al-Husayn (‘a) are the grandsons of the Prophet ﷺ, the Imam said:

“We argue with them by the word of Allah regarding Jesus son of Mary (‘a): ‘and among his progeny David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses, and Aaron … and Jesus.’ Thus Allah made Jesus (‘a) from the progeny of Noah (‘a), even though he had no father.”
📚 Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt (a), vol. 4, p. 470; al-Ihtijāj, vol. 2, p. 324

🌿 Imam al-Kāẓim (‘a):

“Allah attributed Jesus (‘a) to Abraham (‘a) through his mother Mary (‘a), the pure virgin untouched by man … just as He attributed David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses, and Aaron through their fathers and mothers. This is a great honor and elevated station for Jesus (‘a).”
📚 Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt (a), vol. 4, p. 470; Tuḥaf al-‘Uqūl, p. 404

🌿 Imam al-Ṣādiq (‘a):

“By Allah, in the Qur’an Allah ascribed Jesus son of Mary (‘a) to Abraham (‘a) through women, when He said: ‘And among his progeny David and Solomon … and John and Jesus.’”
📚 al-Maḥāsin, vol. 1, p. 156; al-‘Ayyāshī, vol. 1, p. 367

🌿 Imam al-Kāẓim (‘a) in debate with Hārūn al-Rashīd:
When challenged about why the Ahl al-Bayt (‘a) claim to be the progeny of the Prophet ﷺ even though descent is through Fāṭimah (‘a), the Imam recited:

“And among his progeny David, Solomon … and Jesus.”
Then he asked:
“O Commander of the Faithful, who was the father of Jesus (‘a)?”
Hārūn replied: “He had no father.”
The Imam said: “Then Allah included him among the descendants (dhurriyyah) through his mother Mary (‘a). Likewise, we are from the descendants of the Prophet ﷺ through our mother Fāṭimah (‘a).”
📚 ‘Uyūn Akhbār al-Riḍā, vol. 1, p. 84; Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt (a), vol. 4, p. 472

✨ Takeaway:
The Qur’an itself establishes that lineage and spiritual inheritance are not confined to paternal lines. Just as Jesus (‘a) was counted among the descendants of Abraham through Mary (‘a), the Ahl al-Bayt (‘a) are the true descendants of the Prophet ﷺ through Lady Fāṭimah (‘a).

🕊️ This demolishes the false claim that Hasan (‘a) and Husayn (‘a) are not “sons” of the Prophet ﷺ.

🔸 Taqiyyah: An Opportunity for Renewed Uprising 🔸

Our Imams (AS) sometimes resorted to Taqiyyah (dissimulation) to preserve the religion of Allah — so that believers would have more opportunity to strike at the Umayyad and Abbasid regimes.

However, in the event of the uprising of Aba Abdellah (Imam Husain) (AS), seeking further opportunity no longer made sense.
If the Imam had not risen and been martyred, the opportunity would have been given to disbelief to deliver its final blow — a blow that would result in nothing but the defeat of Islam and the Muslims.

If, at that juncture, the Imam had made allegiance to the tyrant like the other Imams, it would not have been a respite for the Imamate, but a respite for the tyrant.
The Imams needed time and opportunity to preach and spread Islam, not to hand it over to the tyrant and witness its destruction!

The peace of Imam Hasan (AS) was not a respite for Mu'awiyah — it was a respite for the believers, so they could prepare themselves for the time when they would once again launch a movement — a movement that could educate and guide the people.
If Mu'awiyah had killed all the companions of the Imam (AS), there would have been no opportunity left even for mourning him.

For example, it is narrated that Imam Ali (AS) in the Battle of Uhud was “very watchful and cautious.”
Why? Because he wanted to survive — so the enemy could not strike him. Not out of attachment to this world, but for the survival of Islam — just as he was willing to endure blows for the sake of Islam's preservation, but not in a way that he would stand and say, “If anyone wants to strike me, go ahead and strike!”
