One of the best Italian athletes ever, she gained the nickname "La Divina" thanks to her swimming style.
Federica is worldwide considered the best freestyle swimmer in history, having just finished her 5th Olympic participation in Tokyo 2020 (first woman ever to take part to 5 consecutive Olympic finals in the same specialty) and the only swimmer − male or female − to have won 8 medals in a row in the same event 😳👏 (200 meters freestyle where she still has the longtime world record 💪🏻) !
The best swimmer coudn't but come from the city on water!!!
