🎼14 April 1980. The day Heavy⚡️Metal came from England 🤟
This rock genre already existed for 10 years, but these 2 bands had their say in... spreading the disease!😳😈
🎸Iron Maiden release their eponymous debut album with an incredible #4 in UK Charts on the first week! It's their only album to feature #DennisStratton as #guitarist, soon replaced by #AdrianSmith.
🎸Judas Priest, who were a little older, release their sixth studio album British Steel (some say their absolute masterpiece!), acquiring the nickname of "Metal Gods" after one of the songs, a "status" then reversed on their #vocalist phenomenon and frontman #RobHalford (still today referred within the scene as Metal God).
Needless to say I love every single track from these 2 albums 😉 so in the Chat Room👇 I will just post the 2 opening tracks: if you have any favorite song from Iron Maiden and British Steel... help yourself and post them 😃
