🎼8 April 1962. Happy Birthday 🥳🍾 to Mr. Izzy Stradlin, born Jeffrey Dean Isbell in Lafayette, Indiana, USA. #Guitarist, singer, songwriter, mostly known as co-founder (1985!) and member of Guns'n'Roses during their best and glorious years 🤟🎸🔝
He left the Guns in 1992 at the peak of their success and began a solo career, he re-joined the band only occasionally.
Here's a punky reggae track 😳😎 from his first solo album with the Ju Ju Hounds in 1992.
In the Chat Room 👇 I post a couple of other songs I like, written and sung by Stradlin both solo and for #GNR... and of course you can post your favorite ones 😃

Izzy Stradlin pressure drop
Tear it down!
It is you, oh yeah
It is you, oh yeah
I said,
Pressure drop,
Oh pressure, oh yeah
Pressure's gonna drop on you
I said pressure drop,
Oh pressure, oh yeah
Pressure's gonna drop on you
When it drops
Oh you got a feeling
Oh that you been doin'…
It is you, oh yeah
It is you, oh yeah

35 years ago Guns N' Roses from Los Angeles, #USA released their debut studio album entitled Appetite for Destruction.
It's incredible how this album was almost ignored in 1987 and the band considered one of the many Glam Metal / Hair Metal clones in the scene, and how in the following 3 years it ended up selling 30 million copies and being regarded as one of the best albums in Rock history!
Following the band's increasing success, the original album cover☝️was soon replaced by the iconic #GunsnRoses cross one.
Guns N' Roses in this album were:
W. #AxlRose – lead vocals, synthesizer, percussion
#Slash – lead guitar, acoustic guitar, slide guitar, talk box, backing vocals
#IzzyStradlin – rhythm guitar, lead guitar, backing vocals, percussion
#DuffMcKagan "Rose"– bass, backing vocals
#StevenAdler – drums
