Are you questioning my #Knowledge or My #Ability to #teach? Yelled my professor; a Class of 50 Students froze and looked at me with anger. My Mistake: I suggested a better way to solve a differentiation problem in my college class.

I politely mumbled, Sir, with due respect, I was just trying to discuss an easier way to solve this equation.

The Result: My Internal marks for that subject were cut, and I was called 3 months later by the same teacher and told to pass the subject if I was a real #genius! Until then, no one had ever passed the #University exams with such low #Internal #Marks. I nodded and told myself, I am going to prove that internal marks don't matter, and I secured the highest marks in the class for that subject.

Fast forward to today, as I look back, I realize that I was a rebel who never sided with the majority.

Well, In Democracy, the Majority wins! A party with a maximum number of votes gets a chance to form the government.

My #College Love Story

Yesterday was #valentine’s day, and I saw so many young people celebrating it. So in today’s post, I will tell you my love story.

I was #young, and she was #attractive. I was in college, and she was already guiding PhDs. The first time saw her; I was astounded by her #beauty and, more than beauty, the #knowledge and #wisdom she possessed.

I was so much into her that After #dating her for two years, I finally decided to drop off college and get married to her and settle in life. I did not go to college for complete 19 days in May 2008.

20th Day, My best #friend Smit Shah knocked at my door, I told him about my love for her, and he told me the golden words: Don’t get so #Blind in #Love that you can’t see the next #logical #steps. You must not drop off college because anyways, after college, you can get married to her forever.

Finally, that day arrived, I graduated from #college, and all my classmates cried because that was the end of college. But I was rejoicing because now I could b

You are feeling in a vacuum, in the worthless mode, because our education system added value to you but forgot to teach you how to create value for others. But unless you create value for others, you cannot create value for yourself and get out of this vaccum.

I was confused; I asked: So how do I add value to others?

“Well, it's very simple,” She exclaimed. At any point in time, we all are selling something to others: When we seek for #Job, We are selling a promise that our talent will bring value to them
When seeking an #entrepreneurial #venture, we sell a product or a service to a customer.

Now, how much value we add to our team will determine our value. It's all connected.

So there is no harm in feeling worthless, but we must know how to become useful to others and how to make them aware that you exist.

And how do I make others aware of that? I asked

Well, it's a 3 step simple process.

- Add #value to yourself by adding applied #knowledge, #skills, and #wisdom
- Make Others #aware that you exist and you have all the #qualities they seek - #Networking
- Deliver the value you promised by applying your #skillset.

You have to know this: The world is no smarter than you; they landed the Space ship on the #Moon in 1969, but till 1972, they were lifting their suitcases, and none of them realized we could attach the wheels to a suitcase and drag it easily. There is always a better way of doing things; all you have to do is figure it out and have the courage to execute it.

And this means there always exists some kind of gap in #society which you can fill; all you have to do is #Analyze the #demand and fill that gap with your #Skills, Thats the secret mantra to #success in this world.
