and that meant I would have reached the counter on time. As my turn came, I paid my bill and called those 4 gentle men also, and I paid their bill too.

That day I realized: When you are behind in any #competition, you dont need to #compete; you need to #collaborate

Today’s era is highly competitive, but just like that telephone queue, you will have to wait longer for success if you compete. Instead, if you collaborate, you will win faster and also help others win.

Remember, if Life is a #battle, You need an #army. And you can’t build your army if you are shy; you need to #innovate, you need to #collaborate, you need to #network, and you need to #learn the #arts and #science of #networking.

Oh, Come on!! Don’t be Shy

The whole Year, I kept telling you to do this, do that.

It becomes #overwhelming, right?

Well, today, I will tell you the scenarios in your career where #LESS is #MORE.

- #Specialization: Identify the Real #Passion and #Specialise in one; remember, no one is a jack of all; you have to be a master of One and develop a T Shaped #Personality.

- #Selective #Networking: Let's accept it; you can't attend every event happening, so choose what aligns with your #passion, #interest, and #ambition.



- #Quality: Most universities force you to publish as many papers as possible, but the truth is that declines the #quality of your #research. Instead, focus on quality, not #quantity.

- Simple, Clear #Communication: Whenever you are doing scientific research and scientific writing, use simple language and no complex #jargon

- Strategic #Job Applications: Applying for every job opening can be overwhelming and not productive. Focusing on applying for jobs that fit your #skills and #goals, and tailoring your application

“The world will reward us for the #value we create for them and not for the value we possess.”

You are feeling in a vacuum, in the worthless mode, because our education system added value to you but forgot to teach you how to create value for others. But unless you create value for others, you cannot create value for yourself and get out of this vaccum.

I was confused; I asked: So how do I add value to others?

“Well, it's very simple,” She exclaimed. At any point in time, we all are selling something to others: When we seek for #Job, We are selling a promise that our talent will bring value to them
When seeking an #entrepreneurial #venture, we sell a product or a service to a customer.

Now, how much value we add to our team will determine our value. It's all connected.

So there is no harm in feeling worthless, but we must know how to become useful to others and how to make them aware that you exist.

And how do I make others aware of that? I asked

Well, it's a 3 step simple process.

- Add #value to yourself by adding applied #knowledge, #skills, and #wisdom
- Make Others #aware that you exist and you have all the #qualities they seek - #Networking
- Deliver the value you promised by applying your #skillset.

You have to know this: The world is no smarter than you; they landed the Space ship on the #Moon in 1969, but till 1972, they were lifting their suitcases, and none of them realized we could attach the wheels to a suitcase and drag it easily. There is always a better way of doing things; all you have to do is figure it out and have the courage to execute it.

And this means there always exists some kind of gap in #society which you can fill; all you have to do is #Analyze the #demand and fill that gap with your #Skills, Thats the secret mantra to #success in this world.
