I was busy solving some questions for my next #class.
It was the 45th Day of the First Batch of #Students I was training, and a Girl student: “Kankana Burman” approached me: Sir, I think I can never achieve my #dreams; I am so upset. Reason? I asked. “It's too tough; I think i should #quit” - She mumbled.
I looked up and said: Goto the class, i am coming. And thats when I took my first class on Motivation, I started with the exact words as below:
#Dreams, We all see
Dreams we all want to live in
Yet Dreams seem #elusive, Seem “Too #Tough.”
Dreams would lose their #value if they were too easy
Any thought, spoken to unspoken, has power, Dreams have all the power to become a reality.
But for that, we need to empower those dreams: With our actions, not random Actions, We need to plan our actions.
The day we were born into this world: Did anyone give us any guarantee that We will never face #roadblocks, #stoppages, #failures, and #deadends? No one did.
We all face it. But we have all the power, all the tale

“I am not good enough,” Yelled my mind to me
I was just rejected from the first and only Campus Job Interview I ever sat for; I was kicked out of the interview room because I had said, “I am not a fresher; I have experience.”
The Interviewer felt I was overconfident and trying to show off.
Rejected, Dejected, I came out of the interview room, and all my classmates were looking at me as if I was for sure going to grab that Job.
I kept a bold face, smiled, and walked away. On my way back to my home, I felt as if the whole world had come crashing down. I was not hurt by the rejection but more hurt by the humiliation handed over to me by two gentlemen who felt they were smarter than the next generation.
Once again, I reached out to my Mentor and shared my sob story and found some golden words which I would like to share with you all today:
Your #value doesn't decrease based on someone's inability to see your #worth. They may be blinded by their own #demands, but that does not mean you are not good enough.

“The world will reward us for the #value we create for them and not for the value we possess.”
You are feeling in a vacuum, in the worthless mode, because our education system added value to you but forgot to teach you how to create value for others. But unless you create value for others, you cannot create value for yourself and get out of this vaccum.
I was confused; I asked: So how do I add value to others?
“Well, it's very simple,” She exclaimed. At any point in time, we all are selling something to others: When we seek for #Job, We are selling a promise that our talent will bring value to them
When seeking an #entrepreneurial #venture, we sell a product or a service to a customer.
Now, how much value we add to our team will determine our value. It's all connected.
So there is no harm in feeling worthless, but we must know how to become useful to others and how to make them aware that you exist.
And how do I make others aware of that? I asked
Well, it's a 3 step simple process.
- Add #value to yourself by adding applied #knowledge, #skills, and #wisdom
- Make Others #aware that you exist and you have all the #qualities they seek - #Networking
- Deliver the value you promised by applying your #skillset.
You have to know this: The world is no smarter than you; they landed the Space ship on the #Moon in 1969, but till 1972, they were lifting their suitcases, and none of them realized we could attach the wheels to a suitcase and drag it easily. There is always a better way of doing things; all you have to do is figure it out and have the courage to execute it.
And this means there always exists some kind of gap in #society which you can fill; all you have to do is #Analyze the #demand and fill that gap with your #Skills, Thats the secret mantra to #success in this world.
I hope you enjoyed today’s write-up; if you are in any kind of #dilemma or anything is bothering you, write to me, and I will help you.
Have a Transformative Tuesday, folks.
