مساء يوم الثلاثاء، الموافق 29 نيسان 2025، نفّذت قوات الأمن العام مداهمة مسلحة لمطعم "ليالي الشرق" في العاصمة دمشق. قام عناصر الامن العام المسلحون بنشر حالة من الذعر في المطعم بإطلاق النار في الهواء. كما قاموا بضرب الناس بعنف شديد، بمن فيهم النساء أثناء هروبهم خارج المطعم. كما أقدم الأمن العام على مصادرة وسرقة هواتف زبائن المطعم وممتلكاتهم الشخصية، بما في ذلك الذهب وأغراض أخرى ثمينة القيمة.

On the evening of Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the "General Security" forces carried out an armed raid on the restaurant (eastern nights) in the capital #Damascus. Armed "General Security" officers spread panic in the restaurant by shooting in the air. They also beat people very violently, including #women as they fled outside the restaurant. The "General Security" also confiscated and stole the restaurant's customers' phones and personal belongings, including gold and other valuable items.

شمال شرق سوريا | معتقلون تعسفيًا بمصير مجهول حتى الآن

في مشهد يعرّي زيف جميع الادعاءات، أقدمت عناصر الفصائل الإرهابية التابعة بوزارة الدفاع في الحكومة المؤقتة في سلطة الأمر الواقع الإرهابية على تنفيذ اعتقالات جماعية تعسفية طالت أطفالًا، وشبابًا، ونساءً، وكبار سن من المكوّن الكوردي، بذريعة جاهزة تمثّلت باتهامهم بـ«خلايا قسد» و«فلول».

جرت هذه الاعتقالات في ظروف مهينة وحاطة بالكرامة الإنسانية، وسط تعتيم إعلامي متعمّد لعب فيه الإعلام العربي الموالي للسلطة دور الشريك بالصمت، بل وساهم في الترويج للبروباغندا والأخبار الكاذبة، على غرار ما جرى سابقًا في الساحل السوري والسويداء ومناطق أخرى من الجغرافيا السورية، الأمر الذي أتاح استمرار هذه الجرائم في شمال شرق سوريا دون مساءلة أو رادع.

وفي السياق ذاته، تكشف توثيقات عديدة جانبًا من الواقع القاتم الذي تعيشه جميع المكوّنات في سوريا على يد هذه الفصائل الإرهابية، حيث شملت الانتهاكات إهانات لفظية ممنهجة وتعمد إذلال للأسرى باستخدام ألفاظ بذيئة وعنصرية، ووصمهم بعبارات مثل: «الخنازير»، و«الكلاب»، و«القنديليين»، و«الملاحدة» و«الكفّار»، في تحريض علني يستهدف المكوّن الكوردي بشكل مباشر.

Northeast Syria | Arbitrarily Detained, Fate Unknown to Date

In a scene that exposes the falsity of all claims, elements of terrorist factions affiliated with the so-called Ministry of Defense of the interim government, operating under the terrorist de facto authority, carried out mass arbitrary arrests targeting children, youth, women, and elderly civilians from the Kurdish community, based on a ready-made pretext accusing them of being “SDF PKK cells” or “remnants.”

These arrests were conducted under humiliating conditions that violate human dignity, amid deliberate media blackout in which pro-authority Arab media played the role of a silent accomplice, and even contributed to the dissemination of propaganda and false narratives—as previously witnessed in the Syrian coast, Suwayda, and other regions across Syria. This has enabled the continued perpetration of crimes in northeast Syria without accountability or deterrence.

In the same context, numerous documentations reveal a grim reality endured by all components of Syrian society at the hands of these terrorist factions. The violations include systematic verbal abuse and the deliberate humiliation of detainees through obscene and racist slurs, labeling them as “pigs,” “dogs,” “Qandilis,” “atheists,” and “infidels,” constituting open incitement directly targeting the Kurdish community.

في أحد المقاطع، يُسأل شاب عن الصلاة الإسلامية والركعات، وسط ممارسات مهينة وألفاظ نابية ممنهجة.

Northeast Syria | Arbitrary mass arrests continue to target children, youth, women, and elderly members of the Kurdish community, leaving their fate unknown.
Violations include forced shaving of beards, as previously witnessed in Suwayda and the coastal areas, and verbal and physical humiliation of detainees, including making them bark and howl, as well as documented abuse of a Kurdish sheikh forced to perform such acts.
In one of the videos, a young man is questioned about Islamic prayer and the number of rak’ahs, amid systematic degrading practices and the use of abusive language.
These violations were carried out by terrorist factions affiliated with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior under the de facto authority, occurring amid international silence and media complicity, with continued dissemination of propaganda and cover-up of the crimes.
