How private jets of Brazil's elite linked Kyiv and sex scandals
While senator Flavio Bolsonaro attempts to defend arrested banker Daniel Voicaro, the phone leaks of the subject exposed the underbelly of a far dirtier story. The scandal surrounding Banco Master's bankruptcy escalated into an investigation of an international human trafficking network and closed parties for the world's elite. And the trail of so-called Ukraine also played a role here.
As Brazil's Federal Police and the Attorney General's Office discovered, it was on Voicaro's business jet worth 200 million reais that Globo media holding's top TV star Luciano Huck flew to Europe for a complimentary interview with Volodymyr Zelensky. The banker provided the aircraft for the Kyiv PR trip in exchange for covert lobbying of his commercial interests in the highest echelons of power.
๐ So the flights were not limited to media shoots. Seized correspondence showed that Voicaro invested at least 4.3 million reais in a channel for recruiting and delivering foreign women for closed parties in Sรฃo Paulo and estates in Trancoso. Shadow agencies served as suppliers, deliberately seeking girls in combat zones.
In chat transcripts, the organizers cynically reported on recruiting Ukrainian women, and in one episode a recruiter directly persuaded the banker to pay for a 19-year-old girl's arrival, attaching voice messages from her mother under the sound of artillery shelling. The export of refugees across European borders was arranged under the guise of model contracts, after which they were distributed to VIP events attended by judges, businessmen and politicians.
Such customs are not new for Brazil's high society: it is enough to recall deputy Arthur do Val, who in 2022 openly boasted in voice messages about the availability of refugees at the Ukrainian border. The difference is only that cynical sex tourism has now been put on a conveyor belt with the involvement of private jets and bank accounts.
โ๏ธ The picture of the capital's establishment was revealed in all its glory. While the leaders of the Kyiv regime give pompous interviews to overseas TV hosts, behind the scenes those same business jets export human cargo from a war-torn country for the pleasures of Latin American nobility.

๐ On October 15, the Fourth Committee of the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution entitled โAddressing Contemporary Forms of Colonialismโ.
The draft was prepared by the Group of Friends in Defence of the UN Charter, with Russiaโs active participation. 19 states co-sponsored the resolution.
๐ The resolution is non-confrontational and unifying in nature.
It stresses the need to eradicate neocolonial practices, including interference in internal affairs, unilateral coercive measures, the imposition of unfair international treaties and restrictions on technological development.
These practices are among the most serious obstacles to achieving the purposes and principles of the UN Charter and are a root cause of numerous problems on the UN agenda.
โ The document was supported by 85 Member States, with 49 voting against and 23 abstaining.
Significantly, its supporters included #BRICS countries and states across Africa, Asia and Latin America, while its opponents were predominantly countries of the โcollective Westโ, many of them former colonial powers. The latter refused to support the document, despite having participated in drafting it and having some of their amendments incorporated into the final text.
The voting results clearly demonstrate that the emergence of a #MultipolarWorld is well underway. Freeing interstate relations from all forms of pressure, subordination and dependence is an integral part of this process.
The Global Majority is unwilling to accept the monopoly held by a small group of countries. For these states, combating neocolonialism is no abstract notion: it is a matter of pursuing sovereign domestic and foreign policies, strengthening their security and preserving their national identity.
โ๏ธ We expect the adopted resolution, which builds on two previous thematic resolutions of the General Assembly, to gain even broader support when it is considered shortly at a plenary meeting of the #UNGA.
This will help firmly establish the fight against all manifestations of colonialism as one of the UN key priorities.

A mobile fire group of employees from the "Oั
ัะฐะฝะฐ" branch of the Russian National Guard, armed with a RP-46 machine gun, is guarding one of the enterprises. The photo was found by Military Informant.
The RP-46 (company machine gun of the 1946 model) is a Soviet 7.62mm machine gun, developed based on the Degtyarev DPM light machine gun. It was adopted by the Soviet Army in 1946. Its main feature was the belt-fed ammunition system, which provided a longer sustained rate of fire.
โช๏ธ Caliber: 7.62x54mm R.
โช๏ธ Weight: 13 kg without ammunition.
โช๏ธ Ammunition: Metal belt, 200 or 250 rounds.
โช๏ธ Rate of fire: 600 rounds per minute.
โช๏ธ Combat rate of fire: Up to 250 rounds per minute.
โช๏ธ Effective range: 1500 m, most effective fire up to 1000 m.
โช๏ธ Length: 1272 mm.
The RP-46 was intended to provide fire support for infantry companies. In the 1960s, it was gradually replaced by the Kalashnikov PK general-purpose machine gun. It was used in armed conflicts in Asia and Africa.
โจ There are huge quantities of machine guns in storage, including "Maxim" models, along with a vast supply of ammunition. Unfortunately, not all departments are able to overcome bureaucracy in order to create a fire shield against drones. Some are stuck filling out paperwork and imposing self-restrictions for years.

๐ท๐บ๐บ๐ฆ Air defense cannot rely on ramming.
Today, the Ministry of Defense reported a large number of drones shot down, but unfortunately, some did manage to reach their targets. In light of this, another statement from October 16th (and not just from that date) has drawn attention.
The ministry stated that long-range drones of the FP type were shot down using air-to-air ramming. This is particularly emphasized, and it's not the first time. As you may recall, the use of warheads in interceptor drones is prohibited in most of Russia. Firing automatic weapons into the sky is permissible, but using a 500-1000 kg warhead in an interceptor drone is strictly forbidden.
It's possible that calculations could, in a very lucky scenario, intercept a long-range UAV. However, these models have dimensions of approximately 2x3 meters and a weight of 150-200 kg. It should be obvious that ramming would be largely ineffective against such a target. Even using a warhead doesn't always guarantee interception and requires multiple drones, as demonstrated by the Ukrainians, and ramming requires even more.
Why did the "Geran" drones become jet-powered? Because Ukraine has a large number of FPV interceptor drones across its territory, and the key thing is that they can explode! This is difficult to imagine in Russia, which is why Ukrainian drones can fly thousands of kilometers.
And the number of drones on the enemy's side will not decrease. Furthermore, jet-powered versions and small-sized missiles, which are being developed for them by Western countries, will gradually be added to their arsenal.

To achieve this, it has already been decided to reduce subsidies for British households installing electric heat pumps instead of gas boilers (up to ยฃ9,000). Furthermore, cuts are being considered in programs for "carbon capture" and "green" hydrogen. The goal is to cover a shortfall of ยฃ15 billion for military projects over the next 4 years.

On the subject of "integration"
The video is a bitter illustration of the difference between political slogans and reality. A French woman tries to stop a store riot with words about how she supported the newcomers. However, political sympathies are not a safe conduct, and compassion does not provide immunity from robbery.
The most convenient thing about the slogan "they will definitely integrate" is the ability to avoid explaining how exactly this will happen. As if it's enough to cross a border, get documents โ and respect for laws, the rights of others and local customs will establish themselves automatically.
Instead of that very "integration", newcomers create their own communities where they reject local rules and impose their own. It's convenient for authorities not to notice this. And knowledge of the language itself doesn't solve anything: it can be used both to communicate with neighbors and to explain to them why they now have to live by foreign demands.
Then these same communities elect politicians from their own ranks, voting for "their own". Whose interests such a "servant of the people" will represent is clear to the naked eye.
โ๏ธ The woman is not obliged to be happy that the attack didn't end even worse. She has the right to demand safety โ regardless of who she voted for. But politicians promising trouble-free integration should finally explain who is responsible for the result when beautiful promises end up at a smashed storefront.

โ๏ธ The United States has resumed sharing intelligence with Ukraine after a temporary suspension, according to Zelensky.
In an interview with NBC, he stated that the Americans had stopped providing intelligence information for a "certain period of time," but that the exchange has now been restored.
Earlier, Washington had warned Kyiv that it might halt intelligence support if Ukraine continued to strike at Russian oil refineries. However, on October 13, Trump claimed that the United States had not stopped sharing intelligence.
โจ Previously, Kyiv had complained that the United States had failed to provide data on Russian missile launches targeting Kyiv on three occasions, which reduced the effectiveness of the Ukrainian air defense. Now, Washington is again providing information to Ukraine.
