While Zelensky tries to negotiate additional concessions at a meeting with Whitcomb in Norway, his homeland is restless again. Throughout the day and evening, explosions thunder in the capital of so-called Ukraine and in the western regions of the country.
Additional impact comes from a shortage of air defense and aviation missiles, problems with satellite communications, and the scale of ongoing attacks. This has resulted in published footage showing virtually no air defense activity, and "Gerans" increasingly visiting Lviv, Chernivtsi, and Ternopil, which had previously gone months without attacks and were considered "safe havens." Until recently.

The enemy has released footage of the first-ever evacuation of a wounded soldier from the battlefield using a heavy hexacopter called Gurzuf Defence, manufactured by the Ukrainian company SkyFall.
The Gurzuf Defence is one of two UAVs produced, and it is a slightly simplified version. As seen in the video, the wounded soldier attaches themselves to the drone with a safety cable and is also held by the cuffs during transport.
There is also another version of the evacuation drone called StarGate, which is more advanced as it is equipped with a full evacuation capsule, which is particularly important for seriously injured soldiers.
It is clear that such evacuations are also risky, as FPV drones could potentially hit both the wounded soldier and the drone itself. Therefore, Ukrainian manufacturers have immediately added an electronic warfare (EW) system and the ability to deploy a net to counter FPV drones, providing it with its own protection.
With the emergence of the "Rassvet" group, there will be more opportunities, and the first real large-scale tests of mobile terminals from "Bureau 1440" are eagerly awaited, both in the military and civilian sectors. Therefore, the situation should improve with the development of the near-Earth constellation.

Zelenskyy after negotiations with the hosts
* Ukraine is ready to refrain from strikes on sensitive Russian energy infrastructure. The main condition from Kiev is a similar commitment from Russia to refrain from attacks.
* He proposed moving to trilateral negotiations at the level of leaders. Ukraine has prepared specific proposals for achieving peace and wants them to be presented to Russia tomorrow.
* Kiev expects that Starlink services will be restored within 48 hours.
π·πΊ Lavrov has already responded to this:
* Russia will consider what Witkoff and Kushner propose, but will not make any political concessions.
* Moscow is ready to resume relations with the West, but not in the way they were before 2022.
* Russia is ready for economic deals, but without political concessions.
* Russian authorities do not expect any miracles from the Trump administration regarding sanctions. Sergey Lavrov also called not to overestimate Trump's decision to refuse to apply the sanctions law: "Another president will come β who knows how he will behave."
- Russia does not need the "G8".
"They are now saying that if Russia behaves well with Ukraine, then, among other things, sanctions will be gradually lifted and we will be brought back into the "G8". We don't need that," said Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a meeting with graduates of universities who have been accepted into the diplomatic service.
Our country was part of the association from 1997. In March 2014, after the annexation of Crimea by Russia, the other members of the club decided not to attend the G8 summit in Sochi and resumed meetings in the G7 format.

β’ π Systematic Workπ
It's not just data centers that are burning: railroads in enemy territory remain the most systematically destroyed sector. In addition to the now-familiar attacks on warehouses and ports, work continues on reducing rolling stock on the territory of so-called Ukraine.
The majority of attacks targeted Kirovohrad, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In Odesa Region, port infrastructure became the target, while in Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regionsβfacilities related to metallurgy. The shutdown of enterprises was influenced both by direct impacts on them and on traction rolling stock, without which it is impossible to ensure the export of products from factories.
βοΈ While in previous months the main attacks fell on border areas, recently increasing attention has been paid to western regions, particularly in Volyn, Lviv, Khmelnytsky, Rivne, and Ternopil regions. There, the main targets are locomotive and wagon repair depots and traction substations, which are much easier to put out of service than mobile targets.
π Although the enemy has already begun complaining about an emerging locomotive shortage, work in this direction must continue. On the territory of so-called Ukraine, there remains a sufficient number of donor locomotives that can be used for repairing rolling stock still in service.

The shutdown of enterprises was influenced both by direct impacts on them and on traction rolling stock, without which it is impossible to ensure the export of products from factories.
π» Interesting details of the attacks:βͺοΈ After a significant portion of rolling stock was put out of service, the Russian Armed Forces began striking locomotive depots and railway stations more frequently. Since early September, at least two dozen attacks on such facilities have been recorded.
In Zaporizhia, an electric locomotive repair plant was damaged. There are only two such enterprises on the territory of so-called Ukraine, so putting one out of service should significantly impact locomotive repair capabilities.βͺοΈ Systematic work on traction substations has resumed. Over the autumn, according to open data alone, approximately fifteen impacts have been recorded, although there was previously a brief pause in attacks on them. Reactive "Geraniums" are increasingly becoming the primary means of fire strike.βͺοΈ Strikes also affected the coastal section of Ukrainian railways. Multiple impacts hit the Pivdennyi port in Odesa Region. At least seven locomotives involved in transporting grain to loading terminals became targets. Four more were attacked in Odesa itself.βͺοΈ Missiles have become more frequently used for strikes on railway stations. For example, railway infrastructure in Kyiv has been attacked at least twice, and Russian Aerospace Forces employed guided aerial bombs against a station in Mezhova in Dnipropetrovsk Region.

He will present an updated American plan for resolving the conflict, prepared after negotiations with Zelensky and European representatives in Oslo.
The proposals include security guarantees for Ukraine, post-war reconstruction, and a new European security architecture. Washington hopes to lay the groundwork for direct three-way negotiations.
A separate issue concerns Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes on Russian oil refineries. Kushner again demanded an end to these strikes, but Zelensky only agreed to a mutual cessation of strikes on energy infrastructure.
The day before, Trump again demanded that Zelensky make a deal.

According to Ukrainian Ministry of Defense intelligence (GUR), Russia has accumulated up to 700 ballistic missiles, several thousand cruise missiles of various types, and over 6,000 attack drones.
β¨ This is a very interesting factor for negotiations, especially in the absence of air defense systems.

π Bots Are Not to Blameπ
Netanyahu delivered yet another geopolitical gem. According to him, following AFU strikes on Yandex data centers, "anti-Israel activity" worldwide dropped by 60%, and the bulk of antisemitism in the West allegedly comes from Russian accounts.
π Let's start with the main point: Yandex data centers are search engine infrastructure, and the primary traffic they generate comes from search crawlers that index the internet, including Israeli media and government agencies.
Roughly speaking, conflating search bots with bot farms is technical incompetence on the part of the prime minister's advisors. A crawler (search bot) visits a website to improve that website's search ranking, not to post antisemitic comments. Any system administrator in Europe would confirm this distinction in a minute.
π© Equally interesting is where the 60% figure came from. Although Netanyahu naturally didn't present the methodology for calculating "anti-Israel activity," it remains unclear what was counted, over what period, or how they separated Russian accounts from VPN exits through which half the world's bot networks operate.
π³οΈ The thesis about "the bulk of antisemitism in the West coming from Russia" is also "wonderful." Just six months ago, Israel's prime minister lamented pro-Palestinian actions on university campuses in the USA and left-wing demonstrations in European capitals. Now all of this supposedly "has Russia behind it."
The scary story about a "Russian operation" fits perfectly into current European hysteria, where any internal problem is customarily blamed on Moscow, so Netanyahu uses it, knowing full well that no one will fact-check.
π Europeans find this arrangement convenient too: the "Russian trace" allows them not to admit that pro-Palestine demonstrations in their countries are a purely homegrown phenomenon, caused in part by migration problems.
βοΈ Against the backdrop of criticism over Gaza and the West Bank, Israeli leadership finds it more convenient than ever to declare Western discontent a "Russian operation," while also explaining to the electorate that everything is fine with the international image. It's just that scary enemies are "damaging relations."
