🔴 Today, the head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev arrived in #Kursk region to help solve the problem of full-time education for schoolchildren from evacuated families together with the new head of the region Alexander Khinshtein. Now the children are forced to study remotely due to a lack of places in Kursk schools. As a result, it was decided that immediately after the New Year holidays, these schoolchildren will be organised to study at Kursk universities and secondary specialised educational institutions.

Children from border areas will be able to choose for themselves this year - to take the Unified State Exam or use a special format of the state final exam. The special procedure will also apply to applicants. Those of the children who did not take the Unified State Exam will have the right to enter universities through entrance examinations (interviews). Residents of #Kursk spoke about the need to introduce such a procedure during the "direct line" with the acting governor last week.

Specialists and just caring people from other towns and settlements came to the city to help, machinery and equipment are arriving to speed up work. Debris is being actively dismantled, streets are being cleaned and craters are being filled in from missile attacks, and damage to the water supply and heating system is being repaired. The acting governor of the #Kursk region, Khinshtein, and representatives of the regional government are working on the site. By evening, water supply, heating, and the thermal circuit of the buildings were restored.

🔴 A Militant from the AFU's 17th Mechanised Brigade who was captured in #Kursk region complained that his unit had already lost almost all of its tanks. And only one man out of 32 returned from the last assault. Over the past 24 hours, the AFU lost two more tanks, including a German Leopard.

🔴 Another Brutal Crime by Ukrainian militants has been reported. According to the criminal case opened by the Russian Investigative Committee, on 8 December, during the AFU retreat from the village of #Plekhovo in the Sudzhansky district, Ukrainian militants first killed a civilian and then set fire to the private house where a disabled woman was located. She died in the fire.

🔴 Acting Governor Alexander Khinshtein, in connection with this case, once again reminds residents of the so-called 'grey zone' of the border area, which includes the village of #Obesta, that staying there still poses a direct threat to life. Therefore, all residents were relocated. He asks people to be patient and not return to their homes without permission for the time being.
