🎼31 March 1944. Happy Birthday 🥳🍾to Mr. Mick Ralphs 🎸, born Michael Geoffrey Ralphs in Hertfordshire England. He has been a founding member, lead #guitarist and songwriter for Mott The Hoople and Bad Company, 2 of the most seminal hard rock bands of the 70s, along with 2 of the most influential and appreciated vocalists in rock history, Ian Hunter (#MottTheHoople and #IanHunter band) and Paul Rodgers (#Free, #BadCompany, #TheFirm, #Queen, #PaulRodgers band).
Here's one of #MickRalphs most famous and commercially successful songs he wrote for #BadCompany for their debut album in 1974. 🤟🎸

🎼31 March 1955. As my friend Peppe who lives a stone's throw from Amalfi Coast 🌅😃, wrote in the previous Post Chat Room ☝️, today Angus Young, lead #guitarist 🎸, "duck walker" 🦆 and icon/mascot of Ac⚡️Dc celebrates its 66th Birthday !!! 🥳🍾
It's so difficult for me to choose a "representative" track, first because they all sound pretty much the same 😁, second because I love them for that! ❤️⚡️🤟
Since we are talking about age, I post Riff Raff 🎸 from their 1978 Powerage album, the last with original lead singer #BonScott alive, with an explosive official video 💣💥. In the Chat Room 👇 you can post your #AcDc favorite if you wish!

It's 30 years already that actor #BrandonLee was "accidentally" killed on #TheCrow set... exactly 20 years after his father #BruceLee.

#HardRock #RockBlues
50 years ago Led Zeppelin from London, #UK released their 7th studio album.
Presence was recorded while Robert Plant was recovering after a serious car accident earlier that year, the title came from the strong presence the group felt as they worked together.
The album debuted at n.1 in US charts, though it did not sell like their previous works.
This is generally not considered among #LedZeppelin highlights, which for me means that is "only" a great album🤘❤️🔥
In this album:
#JohnBonham – drums
#JohnPaulJones – bass
#JimmyPage – guitars, production
#RobertPlant – vocals, harmonica
