🎼📸 Do you remember Bryan Adams? A great rocker from Canada 🇨🇦🎙🎸 who in 1980s and 1990s had beautiful hits in the world charts... he is a great photographer 📷 too and has been chosen to shoot for the annual "Calendario Pirelli", a true institution in #Italy when it comes to next year's wall calendars 👍

#PsychedelicRock #HardRock #ProtoProg
55 years ago Vanilla Fudge from New York, #USA released their self-titled debut album.
#VanillaFudge is a collection of cover songs, widely considered revolutionary and seminal for the entire Hard Rock and Progressive Rock genres that will follow. The songs are in fact played half-speed with slow extended heavy sound and arrangements, something never heard before!
The cover of #TheSupremes "You Keep Me Hanging on" charted both in the US and the UK and was a huge success.
The other covers in this album are songs by the #Beatles, #CurtisMayfield, #SonnyBono & #Cher, #TheZombies, #TradeMartin, alternated with short instrumental tracks.
Vanilla Fudge were:
#CarmineAppice — drums, vocals
#TimBogert — bass, vocals
#VinceMartell — guitar, vocals
#MarkStein — lead vocals, keyboards
