🎼26 March 1948. Happy Birthday 🥳🍾 to Mr. Stefano Victor Tallarico from Cotronei (Kr), #Italy... "al secolo" Steven Tyler born in Manhattan, New York, actually his grandfather emigrated in the US from that small place in #Calabria 😊😃
One of the 2 Toxic Twins (the other being his long time friend and band mate Joe Perry) who founded Aerosmith back in 1970 😳👏🤟
#Aerosmith have sold some 150 million records worldwide and are surely one of the most acclaimed and respected Hard Rock⚡️Glam Metal bands on the planet! 🎙🎸🔥
In the Chat Room👇 I post some pictures of #StevenTyler in Venice, a video of him having "troubles" 🙈 in Piazza San Marco and 2 of my favorite Aerosmith songs... do you have yours? Post them 😃🤟🙏🏻

📀 Permanent Vacation
#HardRock #GlamMetal
35 years ago Aerosmith from Boston, #USA released their 9th studio album entitled Permanent Vacation.
It is widely considered Aerosmith's "comeback album" after years of drug abuse and poor musical inspiration.
Permanent Vacation was the start of a new life for the band: shift of sound and songwriting towards Pop Metal and huge commercial success that lasts 'till today.
The singles extracted "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)", "Angel" and "Rag Doll" all charted high and are now among #Aerosmith signature songs. "I'm down" is a Beatles cover.
Aerosmith here:
#StevenTyler – vocals, piano, harmonica, organ
#JoePerry – guitar, backing vocals, pedal steel guitar
#BradWhitford – guitar
#TomHamilton – bass
#JoeyKramer – drums
Additional musicians
#DrewArnott - mellotron
#BruceFairbairn – cello, backing vocals, production
#JimVallance – organ
The Margarita Horns

🤘#Aerosmith announced yesterday their retirement... #StevenTyler can't sing anymore due to his compromised vocal cords 🤷♂
I'm lucky to have seen them several times in the last 30 years or so... and I'm sure Mr. Tallarico will visit Venice more often now ❤️🔥
