Situation in the Burluk direction

The North troops grouping in the Kharkiv border area continues to move forward. After freeing Vilcha, which played a key role in the AFU's rear logistics near Volchansk, Russian units developed their success further south.

There are reports of freeing the village of Prylypka. Assault units of the 74th Artillery Brigade, the "Storm" detachment, and Company "V" of the 41st Mechanized Infantry Regiment of the 44th Army Corps of the Leningrad Military District broke the resistance of the 57th Motorized Infantry Brigade of the AFU, establishing themselves in the settlement.

❗️Freeing Prylypka and Vilcha creates conditions for further offensive through the Tatarsky Forest towards Grafske and along the Siverskyi Donets to the Pechenizke Reservoir. This area is extremely important for communications of the entire AFU grouping in the Burluk direction.

📌Freeing two settlements in a row, combined with attacks through the forest towards Buhayivka, allows approaching crossings in the Stary Saltiv area. And each kilometer passed worsens the enemy's supply.

📝Attacks near Vovchansk📝

The North troops grouping continues to advance on the Burluk direction in the vicinity of Vovchansk. In the Starytsia area, Russian assault units advanced towards Izbytske along the riverbank and cleared another part of the adjacent forest area on the northern bank of the Vovcha River.

➡️In the surroundings of Vovchansk, enemy forces continue to be pushed out of forest strips, where scattered AFU groups maintain limited presence, including attempts to enter the city to demonstrate their presence.

➡️The offensive continues in the Vovchansk farmsteads. Russian troops managed to occupy farms on the western outskirts of the settlement and advance in the buildings north of it.

➡️In the Dehtiarne area, the situation remains without significant changes. Reports about Russian Armed Forces advancing towards Nesterne are related to Ukrainian formations' strikes on forest strips on the outskirts, where Russian reconnaissance groups might have been located. There is no talk of control here.

➡️On the line between Dvorichne — Kamianske, Russian units have managed to advance over a section about six kilometers wide in recent weeks and occupy several forest strips approaching the settlement of Kolodeziarne.

In the Burluk direction, units of the "North" troop grouping are advancing south of Volchansk. Russia's Defense Ministry officially announced the freeing of the settlement Ukrainskoye, which changes the front configuration in this sector.

The enemy put up resistance, but failed to hold the settlement. In the Burluk direction, units of the "North" grouping captured new positions on several sectors south of Volchansk on the approaches to the settlement Belyy Kolodets. Assault groups managed to eliminate several previously existing "pockets" of Ukrainian formations, which significantly straightened out the front line and strengthened positions for further advance.

➡️In the border zone near the village of Okhrimovka, "northern" fighters improved their tactical position by capturing more forest north of the Volchya River near Rybalkino. Here the enemy is gradually losing positions, which will help secure another section of the state border from the threat of small group infiltration.

New successes have been recorded on the eastern flank, where the settlement of Vodyane came under control of the Russian Armed Forces. The village is located between the recently freed Anishchino and the larger Olkhovatka, where firefights have already begun, with the enemy attempting to hold back the Russian Armed Forces from reaching their defensive line.

➡️Russian subdivisions are expanding the eastern flank of the "cauldron" pocket along the line Ustynivka — Vodyane, which could potentially allow them to encircle enemy positions with a wider front. The forming encirclement zone contains over 10 settlements.

➡️However, it is unlikely that large concentrations of Ukrainian personnel are involved. In the realities of modern drone warfare, individual holes and trenches can be held by 1-2 personnel, with responsibility zones spanning several kilometers. 📌 Once the Russian Armed Forces establish a defensive line in Kharkiv Region approximately 20 kilometers wide with several echelons, the attention of the "northerners" will likely shift to other sectors. It can be assumed that as the "pocket" near Belyy Kolodets is completed and cleared, the fighters of the "North" troop grouping will begin attacking further west — in the adjacent Slobozhansky direction near Kazacha Lopan.
