🩸 The Ukrainian command continues to redeploy units from the Kherson direction. More than 1,500 men and over 210 units of various equipment will depart from #Nikolaev and #Kherson oblasts for central and eastern regions of #Ukraine between 22 and 25 November.

▪️ The SBU and national police have resumed their work in #Kherson. Officers are carrying out filtration operations and massively checking all buildings and houses in the city in search of pro-Russian citizens and members of the Russian forces.

▪️ Units of the 9th Composite Territorial Defence Battalion of the AFU hit #Kairy with a grenade-dropping copter.

▪️ The AFU continues demining in the #Kherson region and the administrative centre. Deminers and dog services are operating in various localities.

▪️ Near the #Kinburn peninsula, Ukrainian reconnaissance teams from the 73rd Forces of Special Operations centre on small boats conducted patrolled the Russian-controlled #Dnipro Estuary coast on small boats.

Against the backdrop of increased Ukrainian resource attention to this section of the front, the AFU is probing the defences of Russian troops before a possible landing of an amphibious assault.

🩸The AFU is actively reconnoitering the Russian positions along the left bank of the #Dnepr River. The activity of Ukrainian formations in the area of #Kinburn peninsula has increased.

Artillery and kamikaze drones are attempting to shell the rear facilities of the RF Armed Forces in the #Kherson region to deprive the Russian formations of supplies and combat capabilities.

The AFU Forces are using similar tactics to those used in #Izyum and #KrivoyRog. It is likely that after the pinpoint targeting of ammunition depots, SAMs and firing positions, an attempt will be made to land on the #Kinburn peninsula.

♦️#Kinburn Peninsula:

▪️ A Ukrainian Bayraktar UAV has been operating in the #Primorsky section for several days in the airspace above #Ochakov and the #Dnepr estuary, monitoring the situation on the Kinburn peninsula.

▪️ Ukrainian special services have resumed collecting information on the deployment points of personnel, supply depots and headquarters of Russian troops on the left bank in #Golopristansky, #Tsyurupinsky and #Skadovsk districts of the #Kherson Region.

Pro-Ukrainian citizens, informers and reconnaissance groups in the hinterland are helping them search for data. In addition, the satellites of the NATO countries increased the number of sessions of shooting the Earth's surface in this area.

▪️ Units of the 39th Separate Composite Battalion of the Territorial Defence are firing mortar shells at Russian positions along the #Dnepr River.

⚠️ Russian Army broke #Soledar Defences and more👇

♦️In the #Kherson direction, Russian artillery hit the regional centre, #Sadovoye and #Tyahinka. The AFU responded with strikes on #Aleshki and Novaya Kakhovka. The Ukrainian army is also active in the #Kinburn Spit area. So far it is limited to reconnaissance. (Fig. 1)

♦️On the #Donetsk front, Russian forces on the ground are again concentrating their main efforts in the direction of #Novomikhailovka, #Nevelskoye and #Pervomayskoye. There are counterattacks in the city limits of #Maryinka. The RF Armed Forces also attacked from the direction of #Vodyanoye and Opytnoye. AFU artillery hit #Donetsk and #Yasynuvata. (Fig. 2)

♦️The main news on the #Bakhmut area is that the Russian Army has broken through #Soledar's defences and taken control of #Bakhmutskoye. This allowed them to advance towards the centre of #Soledar. Also, the Wagner PMC has managed to advance near #Kleshchiyevka and is attacking from the local #Opytnoye area. And in the northeast, Russian troops have advanced into an important section of the roadway in #Donetsk's #Belogorovka. (Fig. 3)

♦️In the #Lugansk direction, the RF Armed Forces again attacked in the area of #Spornoye and the local #Belogorovka. (Fig. 4)

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Strengthening of the AFU Grouping near the #Dnieper⚡️

Ukrainian formations continue preparations for the spring campaign along the entire frontline. In #Kherson region, the activity of the AFU on the right bank of the #Dnieper has increased. The number of mortar shelling has increased and additional forces have been redeployed to the line of contact.

🔹What exactly is happening along the #Dnieper?

▪️ Several columns of military equipment with personnel have been observed moving from the area of Krivoy Rog to the south along the highway to #Berislav. And all this was carried out at night.

▪️ At least one S-300 SAM launcher was moved from #Bashtanka to #Snigirevka and the surrounding area. An infantry battalion on 15 armoured vehicles of unknown type was moved from #Nikolayev to #Luparevo.

▪️ In #Ochakov, near the coastline of the #Dnieper-Bug Estuary, more than 100 people and five light armored vehicles are stationed at several recreation centers.

▪️ Long-range artillery firing positions are set up along the #Dnieper River in various settlements, including #Ochakov, #Luparevo, #Kherson and #Berislav. Forced evacuation of local residents from #Stanislav to #Koblevo, west of #Ochakov, has been carried out.

▪️ In addition, a split point on the #Snigirevka-#Kherson railway line was commissioned at #Galaganovka station to increase the throughput capacity to #Kherson.

🔹 The Preparation of the AFU Assault Groups is currently being completed. Personnel and equipment are being concentrated in settlements near the line of contact, while civilians are being forcibly removed to other towns and placed in tourist camps.

According to the Ukrainian commanders, crossing the river is a necessary step for a successful offensive with a broad front, as it will allow the Russian forces on the left bank of the #Dnieper to be constrained, despite the potential losses.

The objective of the initial strike from the right bank of the #Dnieper is to divert the attention of the RF Armed Forces by using the length of the river to their advantage.

📌 In the Long Term, AFU units intend to entrench themselves in one section of the #Dnieper basin and use the bridgehead to develop a simultaneous attack on #Crimea from #Kherson and #Orekhov in #Zaporozhye region.

The most likely sites are the #Kinburn Peninsula, #Kherson and Nova Kakhovka because of convenient terrain for both manpower and equipment. That is where the engineers of the 808th Pontoon Bridge Regiment are stationed.

Given the increased activity of both Ukrainian infantry and information and psychological operations 👉 forces, an attack on Russian army positions in the #Kherson region is possible in the coming weeks. And, first and foremost, it will be aimed at creating a negative background in the run-up to Victory Day on May 9.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚓️ The AFU Bridgehead on the Left Bank of the #Dnieper - is it there, and what does it mean?

🗓 Last Night (20-21 Apr 2023), reports appeared on the web that the AFU was able to establish an unhindered presence near the village of #Kindiyka, north of #Alyoshki. Among other things, the authors cited the obsolete system of reports, which is characteristic of peacetime, but not wartime, as the reason for the current situation.

🔹Is the Bridgehead itself really there?

The enemy does carry out sorties to the left bank using small boats supplied as part of US military assistance. The large length of the coastline and inability to physically control the coastal areas due to regular shelling plays in the AFU's favour.

However, as a rule, the AFU does not go further than the #Dnieper coast due to supply problems, which in the current conditions are only possible with the help of small boats. In order to move further inland, constant replenishment of ammunition and armaments is required, which is simply not feasible at present.

In practice, the AFU have attempted to advance further 👉 earlier on - near Bolshoy Potemkin Island and the village of #Dnepryany near Novaya Kakhovka. But all of them ended in the destruction of the assault units, which were cut off from ground logistics. Therefore, the presence of positions on the left bank does not guarantee the success of the AFU in existing realities.

🔹What could be the Problem?

Nevertheless, a dangerous trend is already visible. If previously the AFU carried out sorties at night or in conditions of poor visibility, now Ukrainian detachments safely cross the #Dnieper from #Kherson during the day. This is indicated by recent footage from open sources.

This indicates either a lack of regular fire impact on the enemy, or demonstrative actions by the AFU aimed at deliberately drawing the attention of Russian troops to this section of the front.

🔹Bureaucratic "Red Tape" does exist in the units on the frontline even after almost 14 months of the SMO. We have repeatedly pointed out these problems, including the lack of timely firing due to the slowness of the system.

It even gets to the point that artillerymen are forced to compile a slide report on identified targets for target confirmation. While this is happening, the enemy has time to either hide or change location.

Operational destruction of enemy forces will be assisted by the increased ability of tactical commanders to request the use of artillery and aviation.

📌 At the same Time, the activity of the AFU right under the noses of the Russian fighters may not be accidental. the Ukrainian commanders understand very well that advancing in a small group through a shelled area makes no sense in terms of logic.

In this particular case, the actions of the AFU are more like bait and create the appearance of problems for the RF Armed Forces in the #Kherson region in order to divert attention from the 👉 direction of the main strike. While we focus attention on the AFU group at #Kindiyka, somewhere a real attack is being prepared. For example, on the #Kinburn Peninsula.

Similar things happened last summer and autumn - while all attention was focused on #Kherson, Ukrainian formations also struck near #Kharkov. It is possible that the enemy is now demonstratively concentrating forces where there 👉 will be either a constraining strike or none at all.
