⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Kherson Direction until 17:00 on 22 Nov 2022⚡️
🩸 The Ukrainian command continues to redeploy units from the Kherson direction. More than 1,500 men and over 210 units of various equipment will depart from #Nikolaev and #Kherson oblasts for central and eastern regions of #Ukraine between 22 and 25 November.
▪️ The SBU and national police have resumed their work in #Kherson. Officers are carrying out filtration operations and massively checking all buildings and houses in the city in search of pro-Russian citizens and members of the Russian forces.
▪️ Units of the 9th Composite Territorial Defence Battalion of the AFU hit #Kairy with a grenade-dropping copter.
▪️ The AFU continues demining in the #Kherson region and the administrative centre. Deminers and dog services are operating in various localities.
▪️ Near the #Kinburn peninsula, Ukrainian reconnaissance teams from the 73rd Forces of Special Operations centre on small boats conducted patrolled the Russian-controlled #Dnipro Estuary coast on small boats.
Against the backdrop of increased Ukrainian resource attention to this section of the front, the AFU is probing the defences of Russian troops before a possible landing of an amphibious assault.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦🛤 @Rybar's Analysis: What is the State of #Ukraine's Railway System after 9 Months of the #SMO⚡️
Throughout the Special Military Operation, Rybar's team has repeatedly stressed the importance of disabling Ukraine's railway system (railway bridges in the west, lists of traction substations, substations at the border with #Poland, lists of depots and recovery trains), and bridges across the #Dnipro River.
Firing at all the above facilities is critical to cutting the connection between the left and right bank. Since the #Dnipro River has been turned into a natural dividing barrier by the decision of Sergei Surovikin, Commander-in-Chief of the Self-Defence Forces, and Russian troops are building defences on the left bank, it is highly logical to cut off all communication between the banks and cut off the supply of the enemy grouping in #Donbass and along the border with #Russia.
♦️What is the State of the Ukrainian Railway Network now?
▪️ Railway infrastructure facilities, despite intense fighting, are not subjected to not just massive but even sporadic strikes. This allows the enemy to ensure the uninterrupted transfer of armed forces and their supplies along the entire line of contact.
And isolated single strikes on troop loading/unloading points have no effect on this situation.
▪️ The volume of passenger traffic has hardly decreased. In fact, passenger traffic from the frontline towns continues: trains from #Kramatorsk are still running and passenger rail traffic to #Kherson and #Izyum has been re-established.
▪️ The volume of freight traffic has declined due to general problems with the Ukrainian economy and the shutdown of many industrial enterprises. Mostly fuel, coal and grain are transported.
The reduction in traffic has led to the emergence of a general reserve of locomotives (primarily electric locomotives), with which it is possible to reinforce the required transport direction if necessary.
♦️ What about Strikes on Energy Facilities?
Although there are no strikes on traction substations, this is more than compensated for by general strikes on the energy system. Entire lines are de-energized.
And shocks to the energy system also have a negative impact on road blocking systems, communications, maintenance, outfitting and repair facilities.
But railway workers have been able to adapt. At major stations with electrified railways, a reserve of diesel locomotives has been created. This helps minimize delays in case of breaks in the contact network. On direct current sections, diesel locomotive-electric locomotive units are used, which makes it possible to significantly reduce transport time.
♦️ What about the Condition of the Bridges?
Railway bridges over major rivers continue to function. Except for the rendering inoperable of the Antonovsky, Daryevsky and Kakhovskaya HPP bridges during retreat from #Kherson and undermining of bridges during retreat from #Kupyansk, #Izyum and #Lyman, none of the priority bridges have been struck since July.
So far the AFU has not rebuilt any bridges in #Cherkassy, near #Nikolaev at #Trikhaty village, in #Zatoka and #Voskresensk. So it is possible to put them out of action.
🩸The Picture does not look Very Good, does it?
The railways remain operational and continue to successfully manage transportation for both national economy and military purposes. There has been no systemic impact on the railway infrastructure for almost half a year now.
The only negative impacts experienced during transport are solely related to power strikes, but these are so far surmountable. With a shortage of high-precision missiles and no bomber aviation capability, the number of targets is extremely limited.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦💡 Massive Strike on #Ukraine's Infrastructure on 16 Dec 2022 - what is known by 12:00⚡️
The RF Armed Forces have launched another massive missile strike on targets across #Ukraine.
▪️ In Kiev, CHPP-5, CHPP-6 and Darnitskaya CHPP were hit again. The underground was stopped, electricity was partially lost and water supply stopped.
▪️ #Zaporozhye region was hit by at least 12 strikes, local authorities said. In occupied #Zaporozhye, electricity and water were partially lost.
The engine room of the #Dnipro HPP was hit.
▪️ In #Kharkov, ground transport and the metro have come to a complete halt. There are disruptions in mobile communications. Partially there is no light and water. 7 strikes have hit the regional centre and 3 in the region.
#Zalyutino 330kV substation and #Kharkov 330kV PS were most likely hit. The previous day, the RF struck at CHPP-5. However, CHPP-3, which supplies power to all industrial facilities, remained unharmed.
Judging by the reports of the strike in the #Chuguev district, the fire attack might have been on CHPP-2 Eskhar.
▪️ Light went out in #Poltava and the Poltava region. The #Kremenchuk 330kV PS is likely been hit again. The #Mirgorod 330kV PS is also suspected of being hit.
▪️ In #Dnipropetrovsk region, there were explosions in #Kamenskoye and the regional centre. #Prydniprovska TPP is likely been hit again - traffic on Yuzhny Bridge opposite the TPP is blocked. The Prometey 330kV PS in #Kamenskoye is suspected been hit.
Explosions also occurred in #Pavlograd (likely the 330kV Pavlograd PS). Boiler houses and water supply are suspended in the city.
In #KrivoyRog, locals reported an explosion. Water and light were lost in the city. We already wrote that the Krivoy Rog TPP was shut down 1 1/2 month ago. Therefore, it is likely that either the Kirovskaya 330kV or Yuzhnaya 330kV PS was hit. In terms of logic, the Kirovskaya 330kV PS is most likely been hit - it supplies the water supply system.
▪️ There was a blackout in the #Cherkasy region. This could have been caused by both, the Polanyi 330kV PS being hit and the entire 330kV line along the Dnipro River being de-energised.
▪️ In #Kirovograd region, the Ukrainka 330kV PS was most likely hit. Pumping stations are shut down and power is lost. Several railroad sections are de-energized.
But the fact that the entire oblast is switched off could indicate that the 330kV switchgear of the Southern Ukraine NPP is down.
▪️ There are strikes in #Nikolaev and the region. Locals report power outages.
▪️ There are explosions in the #Ternopil region. There is only one 330kV Ternopil PS in the entire region.
▪️ In #Vinnitsa, shocks were also recorded. The Vinnitsa 330kV PS may have been hit.
▪️ An infrastructure facility in the #Odessa region has been hit. Power is partially lost in the regional centre.
▪️ In #Zhytomyr region, the Lesnaya 330kV PS in Korosten is affected. The PS bypassed the #Chernobyl NPP switchyard and supplied power to #Kiev from the #Rivne and Khmelnytskyi NPPs.
▪️ In the #Volyn, #Lvov, #Rivne, #Sumy and #Kherson regions, emergency blackouts occurred.
This is a direct consequence of the strikes in other regions. The same #Sumy is dependent on #Kremenchuk and #Kiev. And due to strikes on the Lesnaya 330kV PS, the Rivne NPP reactors could have shut down.
🩸Although the missile strike cannot be called the most massive in recent months, the number of missiles fired and the geography of targets is still impressive.
This confirms the systematic nature of the firing.
A new story has emerged in the Ukrainian infofield. People in chat rooms convince each other that the power was cut off before the strikes in order to mislead the enemy. Some even write that PPs are stopped on purpose for the duration of the raid.
There is no practical sense to be gained from such measures. But the Ukrainians believe such fables and convinces one another that the strikes by the RF are ineffective.
And this is not the case!

🇷🇺🇺🇦 About the strike with an ICBM on Dnipro
Last night, Russian forces carried out another attack on Ukrainian territories. The most significant was the strike on the industrial enterprise "Yuzhmash" in Dnipro, during which an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) could have been used.
According to some signs, an ICBM (evident from the characteristic separating warheads) was indeed likely used, which would be the first successful combat use of such a weapon system in the history of military conflicts.
The warheads were in a non-nuclear configuration. Although there are rumors about the RS-26 "Rubezh", the type of missile is not reliably known. Ukrainian forces were unable to shoot down the ICBM, as evidenced by the footage of the impacts.
❗️This can be seen as a clear signal to the sponsors of the so-called Ukraine (especially on the anniversary of the Maidan) against the backdrop of the West's permission to use long-range missiles. How well they understood it - time will tell. But today's strike is indeed a non-trivial move, as nothing like this has happened before.
And there are reasons to believe that this will not be the last such use.

🇷🇺🇺🇦💡 This morning, Russian forces carried out another massive strike on Ukrainian energy facilities using cruise missiles and kamikaze drones.
According to preliminary information, explosions were reported in Kharkiv, Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih, as well as Burshtyn in Ivano-Frankivsk Region and other settlements where thermal power plants are located.
Representatives of the Kyiv regime reported hits on some structures. This is indirectly evidenced by power outages and disruptions in several areas.
Lately, the Russian Armed Forces have been systematically delivering such strikes, although there are no large-scale permanent problems in the Ukrainian energy sector. So the effectiveness of this raid can be assessed after the release of objective control footage.

Situation on the Novopavlivka direction by the end of June 11, 2025
On the Novopavlivka direction, Russian assault groups continue to straighten the frontline along the border with Dnipro Region. Whereas previously fighters had consolidated positions in one sector west of Orikhove, Russian Armed Forces are now expanding their zone of control both near Udachne and from the direction of Oleksiivka, while tightening up rear areas.
🔻 Situation in details:▪️ After several months of positional fighting, the situation on the northern flank of the axis has clarified. In recent days, Russian troops in Udachne expanded their zone of control in the eastern part of the village, gradually breaking through AFU defenses closer to its center.▪️ Simultaneously, intense combat engagements are also ongoing further south. According to incoming footage from the ground, the frontline configuration near Novomykolaivka has been clarified.
Russian forces have consolidated positions in the southern and eastern parts of the settlement. Less than a kilometer remains to reach the neighboring village of Muravka, located near the border with Dnipro Region.▪️ Another significant change in the frontline configuration occurred on the Bohdanivka-Orikhove line, where Russian Armed Forces are also advancing towards the borders of Dnipro Region.📌 The situation southeast of Stavkovaya Gully remains unclear: earlier, the enemy managed to establish several lines of engineering barriers here between Bohdanivka and Oleksiivka.
Ukrainian units are possibly no longer present there. However, it is currently inadvisable for Russian fighters to advance across the open terrain between the rows of barbed wire.▪️ North of the Vovcha River, according to some reports, there are also significant successes. Fighters of the 114th Brigade are advancing here. By the most optimistic accounts, assault troops have pushed in from the direction of Oleksiivka into the villages of Zelenyi Kut and Novoukrainka located further west.▪️ P.S. And just now, objective confirmation has appeared of the presence of Russian assault troops in the canal area near Novoukrainka. However, it is not yet entirely clear which route the fighters used to reach the canal.

Today, Ukrainian sources reported that the Russian Aerospace Forces used a high-precision guided aviation munition to strike an object in Dnipro, located over 100 km from the front line.
On the one hand, the Russian Armed Forces often strike targets in the city, sometimes even with UAV-based targeting. However, previously, the strikes were carried out with cruise or ballistic missiles, not air bombs.
According to the opponent, the Russian troops used one of the modifications of the "Grom" product, which is sometimes called a "rocket-bomb" online. It has a modular design and can be equipped with a jet engine to increase the range.

• 📝 PR stunt backfired📝
Media "victories" don't last long. While the opponent celebrated the "clearing" of Dnipropetrovsk Region, the command of the "Vostok" Guards presented objective evidence of stability on the front line in this direction.
➡️ New footage made it possible not only to confirm the retention of control over most of the settlements allegedly captured by the AFU, but also to clarify the current front configuration. On the western flank, assault troops occupy new positions in the buildings of Rybalske and surrounding hedgerows.
➡️ On the eastern flank, Russian units confidently control Yalta, Poddubne, and Mirne. In the vicinity of Tolstoe, an extensive combat zone persists. Although the presence of Russian Armed Forces in the settlements located here is maintained, much work still lies ahead to eliminate AFU infiltration groups.
➡️ On the central sector of the direction, the Far Eastern warriors completely drove the opponent out of the chain of settlements from Yehorivka to Voskresenka. Individual groups of Ukrainian formations still hide in the surrounding hedgerows, but they conduct no coordinated actions and are only occasionally resupplied via drones.
❓ But how did the opponent's "flag-bearers" manage to reach the necessary villages? It comes down to the peculiarities of modern combat operations, which we discussed on TAKTIKARE. The front line at the "forward edge" is not monolithic, which allows groups from both sides to infiltrate even settlements held by Russian Armed Forces.
❗️ However, such infantry groups are incapable of organizing stable control over captured positions. In the opponent's case, Russian drone operators often quickly identify the positions they occupy and eliminate the infiltrators, preventing their accumulation in the rear.
Therefore, the loud statements by AFU command about a "successful counteroffensive" are not backed by real advances or a shift in the situation on the sector. They became possible only thanks to "lucky" footage from personnel sent on a one-way mission.
