Others recognize him but prioritize their personal interests over loyalty, even opposing the Imam.

2️⃣ Era of Occultation (غیبت):

Profound understanding requires a mentor, as reaching this depth without guidance is nearly impossible.
True recognition (شناخت وصولی) means complete submission and unwavering loyalty.

🔸 Superficial vs. Profound Understanding:

Superficial: Rooted in appearance or societal norms, without transformation of the soul.
Profound: Internalized, leading to unshakable commitment, even in the face of adversity.

💠 Imam Baqir (AS) described those who remained true after the Prophet’s passing: “All but three abandoned the path: Miqdad, Abu Dhar, and Salman.”

"By Allah, if I were given all the wealth of this world in exchange for taking a single grain from an ant, I would never do it! What does Ali have to do with these fleeting pleasures?" (Sermon 224, Nahj al-Balagha)
