📀 55 years ago Velvet Underground & Nico, produced by #AndyWarhol, was released.
It was almost ignored at the time in #USA and worldwide, perhaps considered too weird and experimental and it sold just 30,000 copies.
It's always hard to recommend to your friends a rock album, there are so many in history and so many genres and subgenres... so I let #BrianEno (one of the greatest music geniuses of the XX century) speak, when interviewed about #VelvetUnderground: "Everyone who bought one of those 30,000 copies started a band."
Quite a recommendation...👍

🎼⚽️12 March 1956. Happy 65th birthday 🥳🍾to a great football player, Mr. Steve Harris from London, born Stephen Percy Harris somewhere in Essex UK. He's maybe the biggest supporter of West Ham, one of the many #London football teams, and generally crazy about everything football! Whenever he goes around the world on tour with his band he always takes the time to play in football matches organized by fans with improvised teams! It happened to me to watch him playing in summer 2016 in #Trieste in a small soccer field, the day before a legendary concert in the main square of the city... and he scored twice ⚽️⚽️!
Thanks to this guy I'm also a huge #Metalhead 😈 Why? 🤔
Because Mr. Harris is the founder, #bassist and mastermind of Iron Maiden, maybe the band that nearly everyone immediately associates with the concept of Heavy⚡️Metal !!! And needless to say my all time favorite 🤟❤️

It was a new car, still without bodywork, on which Enzo Ferrari, exiting his new factory gate on the right, had launched himself on the straight road towards Formigine... #TheDrake
