🎼12 November 1971. 50 years ago Genesis released their 3rd studio album Nursery Cryme. It's a gem of Progressive Rock and it's their first album with 2 new members who would become 2 rock giants 🤟: I'm talking about #guitarist 🎸 Steve Hackett and #drummer 🥁Phil Collins, who few years later would become the band's #vocalist🎙in substitution of the departed #PeterGabriel (another giant, is him? 😉).
The opening track of this album is called The Musical Box👇 which IMHO is one of the highest peaks in contemporary music! 😳🔝

🌊 On #12November 2019 Venice experienced the last (hopefully) "Acqua Granda", a flood that devastated the city.
Here's a "different" article that recalls those tragic days of 6 years ago👇

The 100-year-old books salvaged from Venice's floods
In 2019, Venice was hit by its second-worst flood in history. Today, books saved from the water tell a story of loss and resistance.
