🎼5 December 1899 (or 1912 according to some). One of the first Blues legends, Sonny Boy Williamson II was born Alex Ford in Mississippi, USA: he adopted many nicknames during his career, among them Rice Miller and Little Boy Blue, and became highly influential for the entire 1950s, 1960s rock blues scene, mainly due to his harmonica playing skills.
Here's one of his most famous numbers👇, covered and reprised by many in the 60s, #LedZeppelin included 🤟

🎼5 December 1932. Looks like a day of Legends 🔝🤟
Little Richard was born Richard Wayne Penniman in Macon, Georgia, USA.
He was one of the first Rock'n'Roll pioneers and protagonists in middle/late 1950s... the first one according to him! 😉
One thing is certain (and enough for me and for many!): he was crucial in discovering and promoting a young talented guitarist 🎸 who joined his band in middle 1960s, #JimiHendrix ❤️‍🔥

But let #LittleRichard himself speak his mind, life and r'n'r #MusicHistory point of view in one of the best interview "performances" ever!👇👏

🎼5 December 1938.
Raise your hands 🙋‍♂🙋🙋‍♀ if you believe this is an Eric Clapton song!
For sure it is an #EricClapton classic, but Cocaine was penned and first performed by fantastic #guitarist songwriter J.J. Cale, born today John Weldon Cale in Oklahoma City, USA.
Clapton 🎸himself considered #JJCale one of his biggest influences and they became friends and often shared the stage.
In the Chat Room👇 a legendary Cale/Clapton performance and that's it for today with Rock Legends 🎸🔥 #5December
