🧳📸🗺 Exactly 2 years ago my dear guest Maria Isabel from #Canada 🇨🇦 was here. 🤗
Later she sent me some photos of her stay and experience and... here's Maria Isabel in Venice!
What about sending your photos in Venice too? 😀

🎼20 February 1945. Happy Birthday 🥳🍾to Aldo Tagliapietra, born in #Murano island, Venice.
Vocalist, guitarist, bassist and songwriter, #AldoTagliapietra is one of the main figures of the Italian Progressive Rock history, having crossed 5 decades in the music scene, first as founder and member of #LeOrme from late 1960s, later as a solo artist and part of numerous side projects with his former band mates.
If Venice Rocks... that's also thanks to people like Aldo.

📀 Nightfall
#DoomMetal #EpicMetal
35 years ago Candlemass from Stockholm, #Sweden released their 2nd studio album entitled Nightfall.
In this album #Candlemass changed formation with new vocalist, guitarist and drummer.
Personal note. I bought Nightfall when it came out, after reading a review on the Italian H⚡️M Magazine which ended like: "All Heavy Metal fans must buy this album, it's legend"... and it is!
The whole work still gives me shivers after all those years, mainly thanks to band's mastermind Leif Edling superb songwriting and riffing and the operatic frightening vocals of Messiah Marcolin from #Murano, Venice (his father actually)🤘
The closest thing ever to Black Sabbath debut album, legendary and a must listen!
Candlemass in this album:
#MessiahMarcolin – vocals
#LarsJohansson – lead guitar
#MatsBjörkman – rhythm guitar
#LeifEdling – bass
#JanLindh – drums
Additional musicians
#MikeWead – guitar, acoustic guitar, keyboards
