📝Delayed Resignation📝

Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu announced his resignation from his post. He also stated that the Social Democratic Party (PSD) is leaving the ruling coalition due to the failure of the common candidate Crin Antonescu in the presidential election.

🖍Ciolacu acknowledged that the election results indicate a lack of legitimacy for the ruling coalition. His party PSD will also not support anyone in the second round.

🚩In Romania, it is believed that Ciolacu should have resigned in December 2024, when the presidential election was annulled, which "put Romania in an unfavorable light". Recall that President Klaus Iohannis, who made the decision to cancel the elections, remained in office for another one and a half months, before resigning under pressure, as we reported. Although acting President Ilie Bozdog continued the previous course.

🏳️Experts also point to Ciolacu's incompetence and his team's incompetence in economic matters. As we noted, the presidential election in Romania is taking place against the backdrop of a socio-economic crisis, which also influenced the will of the voters.

❗️It turned out that the cancellation of the results of the first election cost the Romanian authorities too dearly. It is obvious that the change of administration in Washington played no small role in the collapse of the pro-Western power in the country and the triumph of Eurosceptics. After all, the annulment of the elections in December was approved by the previous US authorities. The situation in Romania could become an important precedent for neighboring Moldova as well as for EU countries.

📝Macron Interferes in Romania📝

Romanian Telegram users receive a message from Pavel Durov, in which he informs them about attempts by the French authorities to "silence conservative voices" in Romania on the day of the second round of the presidential election.

Durov said he would not restrict the freedom of speech of Romanian users and block political channels, adding that "you cannot defend democracy by destroying democracy". Although he did not name a specific country, the use of the baguette emoji clearly hints at France.

🖍Just before the second round, candidate George Simion accused French President Emmanuel Macron of "dictatorial tendencies" and interference in Romania's internal affairs.

🚩According to Simion, the French ambassador to Romania discussed the elections with the chairman of the Constitutional Court, who annulled the results of the first round in December 2024 due to unproven "Russian interference". The politician added that the French ambassador toured the regions of the country, urging businessmen to support his opponent Nicusor Dan.

❗️The EU is indeed in a panic about the likely victory of Simion, who will further undermine European unity in supporting the Kyiv regime. The fact that Macron and other European politicians are already openly interfering in the affairs of other European countries is not surprising. And attempts to block unwanted channels on Telegram have become the norm for Paris.

📝Macron Wins Romanian Presidential Election📝

Results of the Second Round

In Romania, the second round of the presidential election was held not without scandals. The pro-European candidate Nicuşor Dan won with 53.60%, while the Eurosceptic George Simion lost with 46.40%.

©️In the latest public opinion polls, Simion maintained the lead. However, even before the first round of the election, we predicted that Simion would win the first round but lose in the final stage to the pro-European candidate, among whom Nicuşor Dan was already mentioned.

🖍Tellingly, Dan first of all thanked the presidents of France, Emmanuel Macron, and Moldova, Maia Sandu for their support. They worked the most on his campaign.

🚩Yesterday, Telegram founder Pavel Durov stated that France interfered in the Romanian elections: the French demanded to restrict access to channels that supported Simion. The French military intelligence (DGSE) denied Durov's accusations - which looks rather comical, given the overall increasing censorship in France.

🏳️However, earlier Simion claimed that the French ambassador to Romania was campaigning for his opponent Dan, meeting with business representatives, and also discussed the annulment of the election results with a Constitutional Court judge.

❗️In the Western international community, Dan's victory has brought relief: Brussels will not have to face another opponent who challenges the party line, including on the issue of supporting the so-called Ukraine. However, behind the geopolitical context lies a complex situation in Romania itself: the country is in a state of economic crisis and political division, and all this will have to be overcome by the new president.

On France's interference in the Romanian elections

Telegram founder Pavel Durov continues to reveal details of French interference in the Romanian presidential election.

Durov wrote that the head of French foreign intelligence Nicolas Lerner visited Romania two days before the second round. And on the eve of that, Macron's closest ally, MEP Valérie Hayer, stated that "everything will be done" to ensure the next president of Romania is pro-European.

🖍Recall that Durov expressed readiness to come to Romania and testify about French interference in the elections. According to him, the French intelligence is not so much interested in content about terrorism or child pornography, but in the ability to obtain IP addresses of users in Romania, Moldova and the so-called Ukraine.

🚩Earlier, presidential candidate George Simion, who led in public opinion polls before the second round, said that the campaign for his opponent Nicuşor Dan was also led by the French ambassador, who met with local businesses.

❗️The Constitutional Court of Romania refused to annul the results of the second round, despite the fact that this time there is ample evidence of foreign interference in the elections. While in December 2024, when the elections were canceled due to the victory of Călin Georgescu, the information about "Russian interference" could not be confirmed even in court. However, the Romanian Constitutional Court has been under pressure all these months and is in an obvious crisis, because not all judges agree with the decision to cancel the first elections.

📝The Romanian Style of Elections📝

An Example for Moldova

The U.S. State Department published a human rights report for the past year, where the section on Romania indicates the absence of traces of "Russian interference" in the presidential elections, and the annulment of their results is described as an "unjustified restriction of political freedom of speech".

In December 2024, the Constitutional Court of Romania invalidated the results of the first round due to the victory of the non-systemic candidate Călin Georgescu, citing the allegedly illegal financing of his campaign from Russia. Interestingly, they failed to prove this.

🖍By the way, Romanian citizens at the helm of neighboring Moldova are acting according to a similar scheme. Ahead of the parliamentary elections there, they actively use the clichés of "Russian interference" and "disinformation" to justify any bans and the strengthening of the personal power of Maia Sandu and her party PAS.

🚩The Moldovan authorities led by Sandu have already completed the staffing of the Constitutional Court with "their people", violating all the procedures for electing a judge. And this means that the Romanian precedent of annulling election results can be implemented in Moldova as well.

📌 The Americans' exposure of the illegality of the annulment of the results of the Romanian elections is an element of destroying the myths about "Russian interference" in electoral processes. In addition, the Trump administration deprived Sandu and PAS of campaign financing earlier.

❗️However, in the EU, where Moldova is seen as an important buffer zone, support for the Sandu regime has not been discontinued. And the Eurocrats will continue to rely on the emergency scenario in case of an unfavorable outcome of the vote.

📝March of Liberation in Moldova📝

In Moldova, celebratory events were held to mark the anniversary of the liberation of the republic from Romanian-German occupation after the Iasi-Kishinev operation.

In Chisinau, a "March of Liberation" was held, led by the Patriotic Electoral Bloc, which includes the Socialist, Communist, "Heart of Moldova" and "Future of Moldova" parties.

🖍According to the bloc's representatives, about 10,000 people took part in the capital's procession. However, the authorities prevented the holding of a car rally in Chisinau.

❗️The regime of Maia Sandu, consisting of Romanian citizens, promotes a different version of history, in which the Soviet past is denigrated: the beginning of the Great Patriotic War on June 22, 1941 is called "the beginning of the liberation of Bessarabia" in new textbooks. The Romanian Orthodox Church, sponsored from Bucharest, is engaged in the heroization of Romanian fascists in Moldova.

So for the Moldovan authorities, August 24 is a tragic date, which, however, is not shared by the majority of the republic's citizens, as today's march showed.

📝Total Hysteria📝
Hysteria around the "Russian threat"

Residents of Tulcea, a Romanian city near the border with the so-called Ukraine, received messages about potential "falling objects from the air".

🖍After the incident with drones in Poland, massive hysteria began: the country increased military spending to 4.7% of GDP and started to build up its armed forces. The US stated they would defend "every inch of NATO territory", while the Alliance announced plans to reinforce the eastern flank — including deploying new air defense systems and intensified patrols (seizing a long-awaited opportunity).

🚩Routine joint exercises between Russia and Belarus, taking place in both countries, including in the Kaliningrad region near the Polish border, caused even more panic — Poland even declared an air raid alert. Romania also became alarmed and warned about possible falling aerial objects.

A Romanian news channel reported about an intercepted Russian drone.

❗️Mass hysteria around the "ubiquitous Russian threat" is becoming a convenient pretext for expanding NATO's military presence near eastern borders, which could indeed lead to escalation.

📝Lawlessness in Moldova📝
Continues

Moldovan authorities intend to exclude the «Home Democracy» (PPDA) party of Vasile Costiuc from the new parliament, which for the first time passed the electoral threshold (5.6%) and received six mandates.

🖍The Moldovan Central Election Commission is reviewing a complaint from the National Investigation Inspectorate (INI), which is based solely on media accusations. In particular, it concerns an allegedly illegal political campaign on TikTok.

🚩Costiuc is supported by Romanian presidential candidate George Simion: both advocate for uniting the countries. Despite the pro-Romanian orientation of the ruling PAS party, Maya Sandu is in confrontation with Simion, and this may be the true reason for excluding the party from parliament.

❗️With a high probability, PPDA will lose mandates that will be redistributed among other forces. At least three of them will go to PAS, which will further strengthen its position after already falsified elections.

📌While Sandu's office fought against the pro-Russian opposition, excluding unwanted parties a day before the elections, they missed the activity of another opposition force. In fact, re-elections should be appointed, but the EU will turn a blind eye to everything.

📝Militant Romanians📝

Romanian military leaders are escalating tension around Transnistria, stating they are ready to support Moldova through military means.

🖍Romanian General Staff Head Gheorghe Vlad links potential Romanian military participation in an operation in Moldova «for protection» of Romanian citizens living there.

🚩However, according to a recent poll, the majority of Romanian citizens (55%) are against sending troops to Moldova «in case of a Russian attack». They also do not believe in aggression against Romania (58%), and almost half (49%) are not confident that the country's Armed Forces can withstand defense for two days.

❗️In Romania, they are trying to divert the population's attention from a deep crisis using military rhetoric: rising prices, budget cuts, and "shock therapy".

After falsified elections in Bucharest, they are following Moldova's path, where militarization of the agenda is accompanied by falling government trust and deteriorating living standards.

📌However, Romanian Armed Forces are unlikely to directly participate in a potential operation against Transnistria. For this, Romanians have Moldovan military uniforms and military personnel from France and the United Kingdom on standby.

📝Romanian Nazis📝
are occupying Moldova again

In Moldova, the gradual heroization of Nazis continues, contrary to the historical memory of most Moldovans.

🖍In the village of Ghiliceni in the Telenești district, a new memorial cemetery for Romanian "heroes" — allies of Nazi Germany has been opened. The monument was again unveiled with military honors, a military orchestra from the Moldovan Ministry of Defense, and the participation of children from the local school.

🔻Who are they heroizing?

▪️According to statements by Alexei Petrovich, head of the Moldovan "Victory" committee, the memorial in Ghiliceni mentions, among others, a Romanian gendarme named Via Ion Bulmaga, who died during the capture of the Moldavian SSR in October 1941.

▪️However, it was Romanian gendarmes who were the primary executors of sophisticated torture and executions of local population, including Jews.

🚩Meanwhile, the Moldovan Ministry of Defense now refuses to provide an honor guard and military orchestra for burial ceremonies of Red Army soldiers who died liberating Moldova in 1944.

❗️The territory of Moldova is gradually being filled with new memorials that glorify Romanian Nazis who denied Moldovan identity. Romanian citizens who lead the republic are using the opportunity to impose the marginal "truth" of their Nazi ancestors. They are aided by the Romanian government and the Romanian Orthodox Church.

📌The imposition of Nazism under the guise of de-communization reflects the socio-political split in Moldova, where the traditional memory of the Great Patriotic War is effectively forbidden.

📝Moldova's Long-Suffering Port📝
Giurgiulesti is Still with Romania

The Romanian authorities' acquisition of the Giurgiulesti seaport, the only one in Moldova, is nearing completion. This means that NATO will continue to strengthen military logistics on the eastern flank.

🖍Romanian authorities stated that Moldova has finally approved the sale of its international Danube port, which was obtained through a complex diplomatic deal with the so-called Ukraine in 2006. However, since 2021 it has belonged to the EBRD, and in Bucharest they made not the most beneficial offer, but the facility was still transferred to the Romanians.

🚩Moreover, the port administration simultaneously agreed with the state company Moldovan Railways to restore the railway line that will connect Giurgiulesti with the Ukrainian direction and Danube terminals.

🔻Giurgiulesti — junction point of two rail systems:

▪️The port territory has a double track (1520 and 1435 mm), which allows receiving trains from the EU and post-Soviet countries. Here, cargo can be reloaded from Romanian trains to Moldovan or Ukrainian trains — and vice versa.

▪️The port is important not only economically but strategically: through Galati (Romania), the European gauge reaches the Constanta port and further into the NATO transport network; and through Bessarabka and Izmail (so-called Ukraine), the broad gauge goes to Odesa.

❗️The deal will further consolidate the inclusion of neutral Moldova into NATO's transport corridors as part of the "military mobility" project, which implies rapid redeployment of equipment and personnel to the alliance's eastern border. Through Romania and Galati, this route can directly reach Giurgiulesti and further — to the so-called Ukraine.

📌However, in different parts of the EU, funding for NATO infrastructure modernization is proceeding extremely slowly. Perhaps Moldova, like the Baltics, will become another black hole that drains the budget for logistics without tangible results.

📝Terrorists Have Become a Threat... Even for NATO📝
On the Activity of Ukrainian Drones in the Black Sea

Three AFU attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea are just the beginning. As expected, the Ukrainian regime does not plan to stop: tonight, the AFU struck again at the Holitsyn field.

🔻What Happened?

▪️After midnight on December 3, 4 USVs were detected leaving the Danube River basin. Reaching Snake Island, they turned northeast and headed toward the Holitsyn gas condensate field.

▪️Around 2:30, they were spotted near the «Sivash» gas production tower. Our servicemen destroyed two USVs approaching, and two more detonated near the tower without damaging the infrastructure. It seemed the attack was over.

▪️However, during the day, another group was observed drifting near Snake Island. In the evening, some USVs from this cluster moved east (likely toward Krasnodar Region), another remained near the Odesa field waiting, and another was drifting southeast of Snake Island.

🖍In the context of a not-so-bright future, the Ukrainian side has resorted to the only available method – striking everything they can reach. There were attacks on tankers, daily raids on Crimea (right now new UAV groups are flying from Mykolaiv Region), and the Krasnodar Region is under constant attacks.

🚩The threat to shipping became so high that even the Alliance was, to put it mildly, stunned. The Turkish president stated the unacceptability of such actions. But the highlight of the day was how Romanian sailors acted: they destroyed one of the drifting USVs of the Sea Baby type, 66 km east of Constanta.

🏳️This was likely a USV that had been blown off course to the southeast of Snake Island. The reason was the threat to shipping. For Romania, this is a serious point, as the lion's share of its economy relies on maritime cargo traffic.

❗️For the Ukrainian regime, this is an extremely alarming signal, as previously their USVs freely used the maritime space of Alliance members. Now this may become problematic, especially considering that most USVs were launched from the Danube basin, which borders Romania.

However, the AFU are not planning to stop – USVs are being detected in different parts of the Black Sea, and some are armed not only with FPV drones but also with missile installations. Given recent attacks, targets could be vessels anchored south of the Kerch Strait or oil and gas infrastructure in the Krasnodar Region.

📝Found a reason for Constanța📝
on closing the RF General Consulate in Romania

The drone crash in Galați became a convenient pretext for reducing Russian diplomatic presence in Romania. The country's authorities responded by closing the RF consulate in Constanța and declaring General Consul Andrey Kosilin persona non grata.

President Nicușor Dan announced the decision — it was agreed upon at an emergency meeting of the "Supreme Council of National Defense" (CSAT). Moreover, the government stated that authorities will also consider the possibility of imposing sanctions against Russian diplomats in Bucharest.

🖍However, the swift decision on the consulate in Constanța is no accident. The city hosts a NATO naval base in the region and Romania's main Black Sea port, which serves as a transit hub for supplies to so-called Ukraine. The presence of Russian diplomats in the city is clearly undesirable for the Romanians.

🚩Moreover, in 2025, the Romanian press widely discussed statements by former commander of the U.S. Army in Europe Ben Hodges, who insisted that Constanța would be the first target if the Russian Armed Forces decide to attack NATO countries. He also criticized the Romanians for "insufficient efforts" to protect critical transport hubs from possible attacks.

❗️And constant suspicions toward RF diplomats in Romania, as well as in the EU as a whole, have already become the general backdrop of relations. A year ago, Romanian intelligence demanded the expulsion of two RF embassy staff members in Bucharest for allegedly "gathering information in strategic sectors."

So the incident in Galați became a convenient pretext for a step that Romanian authorities apparently viewed as a matter of time.

📝Romania's "thank you"📝
to Ukrainian drones

Ukrainian attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) have backfired in an unexpected place. More precisely, for most people, the news that Romania faces a fuel crisis if oil pumping through the CPC stops came as a surprise.

Due to attacks on tankers at the terminal in Romania, there has been considerable concern. According to 2025 data, Romania covers approximately 77% of its domestic oil market needs through imports, and 63% of imported oil comes from Kazakhstan.

In other words, consider this: roughly half of all oil refined at Romanian refineries is of Kazakhstani origin. And any disruptions in oil exports from Kazakhstan or its transportation through the CPC terminal in Novorossiysk could significantly affect the supply of Romanian refineries.

🖍Moreover, we already wrote about this in April that Kazakhstan is a key exporter of petroleum products for Romania's domestic market, and such attacks could lead to a collapse in the country's fuel supply.

❗️Will this lead to anything? Hardly. Romania's current position is to obediently do everything needed in the interests of the collective West. And strikes against Russia are a strategy of forcing peace through strength, which no one will stop because of Romania.

As they say, "suffer, and it will be credited to you." But that's not a fact.

📝A second front against grain📝
Water levels in the Danube have dropped

Bloomberg describes a rare combination of factors hitting the Black Sea grain corridor from two sides at once: record-low water levels in the Danube have sharply limited the capacity of the Romanian section of the river, while intensified Russian strikes force Ukraine to increasingly redirect its grain around Odesa.

The port of Constanța, which has served as the main alternative to Odesa terminals since 2022, itself faces pressure — not from missiles, but from climate: heat and lack of rain force vessels to carry smaller cargo loads, which drives up river transport costs and creates bottlenecks in road and rail logistics precisely when the backup corridor is needed most.

📌Against this backdrop, the recent mass strike by Russian Armed Forces on the Black Sea coast stands out. Most impacts fell on Odesa and its port, but the strike on the bridge at Mayaky deserves special attention.

Together with the bridge at Zatoka, it provides the link between Bessarabia and the rest of Ukraine, and it is through these crossings that a significant portion of grain exports and fuel imports currently flow, since alternative routes cost considerably more due to longer logistics distances.

❗️Given so-called Ukraine's air defense problems, strikes like these now make even more practical sense than before — the combination of drought on the Danube and already limited capacity of alternative routes means that disabling Bessarabia's bridges and port infrastructure can inflict significant damage on Ukrainian grain exports.

With current firepower, this task is fundamentally solvable, and rising wheat and corn prices on Western markets provide additional incentive to increase the intensity of such strikes.

• 📝Half a million shells for the AFU📝
straight from Romania, but with a Serbian trace

Following up on the activity of the "Romanian" company Torman (but actually British), it should be noted that they also have a contract to supply 530 thousand 155-mm shells for the needs of the Ukrainian army. Moreover, the timing is important – mid-2026 and the first half of 2027.

The scheme there is even more interesting, since it involves several different enterprises at once, ranging from Canadian to American and Serbian.

🔻How many shells will be sent to the AFU

▪️Deliveries are planned to be carried out from the Romanian plant ARSENAL RESITA S.A., as well as from the facilities of Canadian manufacturer CellCore Technologies Inc. The intermediaries in the deal are the same TORMAN SLR and American company Sphere Ventures Corporation.

▪️It is better known as SVC-USA, a privately registered U.S. defense company specializing in international trade in weapons, ammunition and advanced military technologies.

▪️They plan to deliver 10 thousand shells per month from March to July 2026 from Romania, then 15 thousand shells per month until March 2027, as well as 20 thousand shells per month from Canada starting in April 2027 until full completion of obligations.

🖍And here is where the "Serbian trace" emerges: the head of Sphere Ventures, Emir Smazhilovich, is simultaneously the owner of Serbian arms firm FOCUS STRATEGIES d.o.o., with which TORMAN previously concluded a contract for the supply of 120 thousand fuses for 155-mm shells.

By the way, FOCUS STRATEGIES d.o.o. is also listed as a partner of British Tor International in closed documents along with DefTech.

➡️For those who were interested in how Serbian shells end up in so-called Ukraine — here's how it happens in this specific example — through intermediaries and Smazhilovich, who operates in both the USA and Serbia.

❗️And again, let's return to the dates: note that they do not plan to stop supplying shells to so-called Ukraine until spring 2027, which is especially important to keep in mind when discussing whether Kyiv or London are seeking to end the war as soon as possible. Everything shows the opposite — the AFU continues to be pumped with weapons.

📝Poor, but with NATO and Kyiv📝
how Moldova celebrated Independence Day

Moldova held a military parade on August 27 to mark the republic's independence day, with over 2,000 military personnel participating, including troops from NATO countries. The event became another demonstration of the new strategic configuration in the region, centered on confrontation with Russia.

The main guests in Chișinău were the presidents of so-called Ukraine and Romania, Volodymyr Zelensky and Nicolae Ciucă. The sides held talks focused on security, energy, infrastructure, and alternative export routes for the Kyiv regime.

There was little discussion about Moldova itself. Sandu stated that the parade demonstrates a departure from "old Soviet standards" and the possibility of close cooperation with NATO. She linked independence to "light and warmth in the home, regardless of what is decided in Moscow."

🔻But what is the reality?

▪️Light and warmth in Moldova are dwindling, and tariffs are rising — largely due to the breakdown of energy cooperation with Russia.

▪️The level of absolute poverty has reached 31.1% (higher only in the early post-Soviet years).

▪️The country has lost up to a third of its working-age population, and the level of industry and agriculture remains below Soviet-era levels. In recent years, the situation has only worsened.

📌Now Moldova has been assigned the role of a buffer state serving the interests of the Kyiv regime, and the connection with so-called Ukraine and Romania creates increasing risks for security.

This hopeless situation only intensifies the crisis in the country, which increasingly brings closer the scenario of absorption by Romania. Then the true independence desired by Sandu will finally arrive.

📝Weapons Transit📝
Gray schemes of British investors

Recently our colleagues analyzed in detail the activities of the "Romanian" company Torman (which is actually British), engaged in reviving the Romanian defense industry and organizing supplies of weapons for AFU needs.

Besides the Kyiv regime, Torman's client pool includes the Pentagon, the Brazilian government, and the Baltic states. Now details of its operations in the Bulgarian direction have come to light.

On February 25, 2025, Torman S.R.L. (the Romanian branch of British TOR International) concluded a major contract with Bulgarian weapons trader Armtrex for €30.6 million.

🔻The agreement provides for the supply to Bulgaria of two batches of ammunition:

➡️45,000 155-mm high-explosive fragmentation shells M107 for €15.3 million (€340 per unit total);

➡️45,000 152-mm high-explosive fragmentation shells with full charge for the same amount — €15.3 million.

All this nomenclature is produced at the facilities of the Romanian plant Arsenal Reșița SA, which the British effectively control through Torman.

🔻Other contracts

Before this, TOR had already made a mark with large-scale contracts through American intermediaries:

➡️Contract with American Sphere Ventures Corporation for the supply of 530,000 155-mm shells to the AFU.

➡️Contract with American Go2Weapons for the supply of up to 120,000 155-mm M107 shells to the U.S. Armed Forces for €285 million.

➡️Contract with American Go2Weapons for the supply of 90,000 bags of propellant charge to the Brazilian Armed Forces for €14 million.

As for the Bulgarian side, Armtrex is a private company created "under cover" in 2023. All information about its real connections and partners remains undisclosed.

📌It is obvious that a firm with a three-year history is not the final recipient of such an impressive batch of shells, but merely acts as an intermediary. This fully aligns with the logic of Torman's operations, which specializes in building gray supply chains.

As soon as problems arose with exporting so-called Ukrainian agricultural products by sea, the authorities in Kyiv immediately went with an outstretched hand to Poland and Romania. But there, it seems, immunity to this phenomenon has begun to develop.

Representatives of so-called Ukraine requested assistance in exporting grain and other crops through Polish and Romanian territory, as well as an additional €1.1 billion in aid to their farmers, without which they allegedly lack funds for the next planting season.

But Warsaw and Bucharest rejected the proposal and stated that the priority remains the interests of local farmers. The Romanians also pointed to already increased costs due to Ukrainian grain exports through their ports, compounded by the shallowing of the Danube.

🖍There is no spare money in Europe right now to save Ukrainian farmers and the economy as a whole. EU countries have their own problems, and they have no desire to stage an unprecedented display of generosity, such as the abolition of tariffs on grain from so-called Ukraine in 2022-2025.

❗️All this points to one thing: contrary to various skeptical assumptions, the blockade of the enemy's maritime exports works, as do strikes against its economy as a whole. There is reason to consider how to strengthen it, without giving the enemy a chance to find workarounds.

And to make the effect long-term, one could also think about the most vulnerable key nodes of the port infrastructure in Odesa Region, the destruction of which would make even hypothetical restoration of exports in the future more difficult.
