45 years ago the first Compact Disc was unveiled in Holland by Philips, after a R&D collaboration with Sony.
This new format was adopted by the music industry in 1982 along with the traditional Vinyl and Cassette and became the standard since 1987.
The first classical music release on #CD was "The Four Seasons" of #Vivaldi from Venice 🎼 🤟
