🎼17 June 1991. 30 years ago 😳 Van Halen release a masterpiece album, their 9th entitled simply F.U.C.K.
Everyone in the band was at his peak in that moment and the album went straight to #1 in Billboard charts! 🤟
The title was suggested by #vocalist Sammy Hagar (one of my all time favorite voices🎙) in reaction to the increasing censorship on music lyrics: the 4 letters stand for "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge".
I chose Poundcake👇 the amazing opening track, another genius performance by the never forgotten #guitarist Eddie Van Halen 🙏, who plays his guitar 🎸 with a drill 😳💪⚡️in reaction to his producer who desperately wanted the song to start with an acoustic intro 🙈👍🔝

🎼13 October 1947. Looks like a Van Halen week! 🤟 Happy Birthday 🥳🍾 to #vocalist extraordinaire Sammy Hagar, born Samuel Roy Hagar in Salinas, California, USA. Hard Rock and Heavy Metal singer and songwriter for 5 decades, #SammyHagar first fronted seminal band Montrose in the 70s, later started a succesful solo career and in 1985 joined Van Halen replacing the departed singer #DavidLeeRoth.
Hagar is also a member of supergroup Chickenfoot along with #guitarist master #JoeSatriani, #RHCP #drummer Chad Smith and Van Halen #bassist Michael Anthony, and leader of Sammy Hagar and The Circle. In 1990s he also became an enterpreneur having founded and owning the Cabo Wabo tequila brand and restaurant chain 🥃👍
In the Chat Room👇 some Sammy Hagar's numbers throughout his long career with #Montrose, #VanHalen, #Chickenfoot and as a solo artist.
