▪️ In the #Bryansk region, Ukrainian saboteurs attempted to break through the village of #Lomakovka. Russian troops discovered the enemy group and dispersed it with artillery fire.
▪️ In #Belgorod region, the AFU terrorists struck the village of #Cheremoshnoye, and power supply problems occurred in several settlements.

🔹#Starobelsk (#Svatovo) Direction (MAP):

▪️ Rafael Grossi, head of the IAEA International Mission, during another visit to #ZNPP, said the situation at the plant was dire and military activities around #Energodar were intensifying, and pointed to the absence of offensive weapons at the site.

🗓 The past week has been characterised by the retention of the initiative by the RFAF in most front sectors. Our troops are advancing on the #Zaporozhye front, #Vremyevka ledge, #SouthDonetsk direction, at some settlements west of #Avdeyevka, west and south of #Kremennaya (at #Terny and #Belogorovka, respectively). With the heaviest battles, the RFAF made their way to the outskirts of #ChasovYar.
🎯 Due to the daily strikes' multiple scaling to a depth of up to 90 km, FAB and ODAB with UMPC have become a real horror for the enemy. An increase in the number of these heavy aerial bombs from 900 per month to 100 per day feels the AFU garrison in the #Kharkov region.
⚡️ Attacks by missile weapons and UAVs "Geran" continued on the production, repair and energy generating capacities of the enemy. #Ukraine is still far from being brought to the state of the 19th century, the enemy is playing an information game, exaggerating the damage to power plants.
🇺🇦 The enemy is experiencing problems with personnel, mobilisation activities are continuing, draconian laws on a new wave of mobilisation are on the way, with the expansion of categories and tougher responsibility for evaders. The flight of several Ukrainian border guards officers to the West was indicative. The RFAF solve the task of building up forces by raising the financial motivation of newly signing a contract. According to field reports, a frequent problem of the active RFAF units is not always sufficient training of newly recruited, experienced fighters teach the tricks of modern warfare directly "from the wheels".
🪖 Foreign mercs and military specialists are increasingly involved in the Ukraine fighting. The video from the Belgorod section of the border with #US mercs has been widely distributed on the net, but such news no longer causes the same resonance. More and more openly they talk about the prospects of the participation of regular French and Pole troops in the war, but as independent contingents, allegedly without the support of the entire #NATO. The Alliance is developing military infrastructure and increases the production of weapons and equipment. 🇷🇺 The RFAF are trying to solve the problem to protect the #Belgorod region, yesterday they successfully hit in #Kharkov MLRS ready to fire. Another proof of the AFU use to cover the civilian population is obvious. The population of #Kharkov will have to think about the prospects, especially in terms of the presence of powerful RFAF weapons. ⚔️ Kiev is preparing for a large-scale RFAF summer offensive on a wide front, erecting fortifications in several echelons, hoping to stretch our advancing troops into depth. At the same time, the AFU is already withdrawing troops from the vodokanal in the direction #ChasovYar, throwing serious forces in the eastern part of the town to slaughter to slow down the RFAF movement.
📌 The common phrase "war to the last Ukrainian" is becoming more and more cannibalistic against the background of Zelensky's actions.

🎯 The RFAF continued to launch attacks by UAVs and missile weapons on targets in the #Odessa and #Nikolayev regions during the day. Clusters of enemy personnel and their defensive formations in #ChasovYar and #Konstantinovka are being defeated. For purposes in the #Kharkov region, FABs with UMPC are used. A lot of objective control personnel with the defeat of AFU military equipment and depots indicate the placement of military equipment by the enemy in urban areas.
🔹In the #Kherson direction, the enemy is reorganising units of Territorial Defence and Marines. Due to the losses, the surviving Territorial Defence fighters are assigned to the Marines as assault groups. The AFU are firing at civilians. #Kakhovka, Cossack Camps, Novaya Mayachka, #Alyoshki and #Dneprany are under fire. The RFAF hit enemy targets in #Kherson.
🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the RFAF are attacking enemy positions northwest of #Verbovoye. The enemy is building fortifications in the area of #Orekhov and Malaya Tokmachka, preparing for a long defence. 🎯 The RFAF conducted a combined strike on enemy rear facilities at night. In the first half of the night, enemy air defence systems and targets were destroyed by the Geran UAV. At 05:00, missiles launched from strategic Tu-95ms entered the airspace of #Ukraine. Multiple explosions were heard in #Dnepropetrovsk, #Pavlograd, #Odessa, #KrivoyRog, #Poltava and #Kharkov regions. Yesterday it also became known that as a result of the strike on the #Dnepropetrovsk airfield, the RFAF destroyed three MiG-29s with cluster munitions. The presence of a Russian UAV conducting objective control over an enemy airfield at the moment of impact was indicative.
🔹In the #Kherson direction, the AFU maintains a presence on our shore in #Krynki and at the #Antonovsky Bridge. The day before yesterday, the AFU replenished their manpower with a small landing force. There are mutual attacks, enemy drones still pose a serious threat. 🎯 The RFAF yesterday struck the Southern Machine-Building Plant in Dnepropetrovsk. The objective control footage showed precise attacks on the facility, with the video showing the moment when the missile exploded directly above the facility, which again points to the ineffective work of the AFU's air defences. 🎬👇 Local reports say that there was another attack west of the plant, apparently on the territory of the old railway base.
🔹In the #Kharkov direction, yesterday it was reported that enemy attacks were repelled near #Volchansk and north of #Liptsy. According to estimates from the field, the enemy is not able to accumulate enough forces to go on the offensive due to the work of our long range weapons.
🔹In the #Svatovo-#Kupyansk front section, there are reports of the RFAF intensifying their actions near the village of Stepovaya Novoselovka. There are reports of our troops advancing at #Stelmakhovka and #Makeyevka (#LPR).
🔹In In the area of #Toretsk (#Dzerzhinsk), the Russian Army is making significant progress. Our troops broke through the AFU defence near Nyu-York (#Novgorodskoye) to a depth of up to 3 km and occupied part of #Yuryevka. The assault on #Yuzhnoye (#Pivdennoye) is continuing. In addition, the RFAF have entrenched themselves on the outskirts of #Druzhba. The #Toretsk agglomeration is almost continuous urbanised terrain, but despite the dense construction, the surprise of the enemy's individual manoeuvres caused the sprinkling of the front edge of the AFU defence. The fighting continues.
🔹West of #Avdeyevka, the RFAF are attacking at the #Nevelskoye - #Netaylovo line, the AFU are preparing for the surrender of #Karlovka, withdrawing the most combat-ready units from #Karlovka in the hope of preserving them, while leaving motorised infantry for rearguard fighting to slow down the advance of our troops.
🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the RFAF went on the offensive in the area of #Shcherbaki - #Nesteryanka, advanced to a depth of up to half a km, three enemy strongholds were taken, our heavy flamethrower systems are actively working. The AFU attacked the Raduga Substation in #Energodar with drones, the power supply to the city and the NPP was disrupted. 8 employees of the #ZNPP were injured. "The situation with the power supply of the city is quite difficult", - reports the Governor.
🔹In the #Kherson direction, some sources reported a gun battle near the railway bridge. FPV drones attacked a bakery in #Alyoshki, while the AFU UAV operators struck again at the workers of the enterprise who were extinguishing the fire. Two workers have been killed and one female employee was wounded.
🛡During the night, two AFU drones were destroyed in the #Tambov region and two more in the #Bryansk region
💥In #Belgorod region, in the village of Novostroyevka-Vtoraya, a family of 3 people was injured by drop from an UAV to a house. A drone attacked a KamAZ truck working in the field near #Golovchino village, the driver was seriously injured. An AFU kamikaze drone attacked a private house in Novaya Tavolzhanka village in the Shebekino urban district, a woman was wounded. The outskirts of #Shebekino came under AFU artillery fire, 3 employees were wounded by shrapnel.
💥In the #Kursk region, it is reported that #Kozino and #Anatoliyevka of Rylsky district, #Oleshnya and Nikolayevo-Daryino of Sudzhansky district, #Ozerki of Belovsky district, Novy Put and #Yelizavetovka of Glushkovsky district were shelled. 💥The enemy launched a massive attack by aircraft-type UAVs on our regions during the night. The governor of the #Bryansk region reported 16 drones shot down. In the #Krasnodar territory, an ammunition depot was apparently attacked, videos of secondary detonations in the Tikhoretsky district are circulating online, and the governor reported the temporary evacuation of a nearby village. Enemy resources claim that an arsenal near the village of #Oktyabrsky in the #Tver region was also hit.
🔹In the #Kursk region, the Troops Group 'North' reports that the elite 92nd Separate Assault and 95th Separate Air Assault Brigades of the AFU are being withdrawn to replace their losses.📸👇 The RFAF continue their attacks on the Korenevsky sector of the front and in the south of the Sudzhansky district. In the Glushkovsky district, 2 AFU attempts to advance in the direction of the #Veseloye settlement were thwarted. The enemy does not abandon the intentions of further advancement in the region, bringing in serious reserves.

⚛️ We continue to share the story of the Zaporozhskaya nuclear power plant (ZNPP) and its integration into Russia’s nuclear energy infrastructure.
The second episode of the documentary series, produced with the support of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rosatom State Corporation and other Russian government bodies, focuses on the role of our country and the Russian Armed Forces in ensuring the security of the ZNPP, which has been repeatedly targeted in ongoing attacks by Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
🇷🇺 Russia is taking all necessary measures to protect the Zaporozhskaya nuclear power plant in accordance with its national legislation and international legal obligations.
Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Kiev regime has consistently posed threats to the #ZNPP, and has launched regular attacks on the city of Energodar since July 2022.
These include artillery strikes, sabotage of critical infrastructure, drone raids, and attempts at seizing the facility — all of which have become a routine for the Ukrainian neo-Nazis in their continued aggression against the plant.
Every week, AFU carry out more than a hundred drone strikes against the ZNPP and the city of Energodar.

On July 30, an attack on critical infrastructure at the Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant (#ZNPP) has been thwarted.
Today, a Ukrainian UAV attack was detected on the premises of the ZNPP, operated by Rosatom, near the dry spent nuclear fuel storage facility.
The drone was discovered in close proximity to the building housing a transporter used to move spent nuclear fuel containers.
❗️ The explosive device was promptly neutralised. No one was injured, and no damage was reported.
Nevertheless, the attack itself constitutes an extremely dangerous incident.
The transporter is a unique piece of specialised equipment with no equivalent. Had it been damaged, the ZNPP could have lost the ability to safely carry out scheduled transport and technological operations involving spent nuclear fuel.
This would have disrupted the plant’s capacity to handle spent nuclear fuel, significantly complicated essential scheduled operations and created additional risks to the facility’s long-term safe operation.
The very fact that a strike targeted infrastructure responsible for the safe handling of spent nuclear fuel indicates that the attack was aimed at critical nuclear power plant infrastructure, damage to which could have had long-term consequences.

On August 25, two ZNPP employees were injured in a targeted Ukrainian drone attack.
The attack took place near the plant’s hydraulic structures while employees of the repair and construction unit were carrying out their duties.
The strike deliberately targeted nuclear plant workers responsible for ensuring the facility’s operation.
One of the injured employees is in serious condition, while the other sustained moderate injuries. Both were promptly evacuated to a medical facility, where they are receiving all necessary care and remain under medical supervision.
❗️ Attacks on ZNPP personnel while they are performing their duties pose a direct threat to human life and the safety of the ZNPP.
Despite the continuing tense situation, the plant’s personnel continue to carry out their duties and monitor the facility’s safety parameters.

⚡️ Russian MFA Statement on the resolution “Nuclear Safety, Security and Safeguards in Ukraine” of the 70th session of the IAEA General Conference (September 18, 2026)
On September 17, the 70th session of the IAEA General Conference considered and voted on the draft resolution “Nuclear Safety, Security and Safeguards in Ukraine”, prepared by Canada and Ukraine.
The ritual submission of this politicised document, which calls into question our country’s territorial integrity, at the annual sessions of the IAEA General Conference has become an obligatory element of the efforts by Kiev and its Western handlers to undermine the Agency’s stable and effective functioning.
❌ As before, the majority of delegations did not support the initiative.
Alongside Russia, a number of states voted against the draft, while others abstained. Several dozen more IAEA member states refused to take part in this Western-orchestrated farce, signalling their rejection of the anti-Russian text by sitting out the vote.
❗️ We condemn this latest clumsy attempt by a small group of Western countries to use the Agency to advance their political objectives in violation of its strictly technical mandate.
This anti-Russian initiative by Western states is especially cynical given Ukraine’s relentless attacks on Russia’s Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant (#ZNPP), its staff and their families, and the plant’s host city of Energodar.
Instead of finally reining in the increasingly brazen Zelensky regime, these countries continue to shield it from accountability for its reckless actions and encourage further adventurism. Clearly, the resolution’s sponsors have no real interest in nuclear safety, nuclear security or IAEA safeguards. Their sole aim is to settle political scores with our country.
The resolution is not only openly provocative but also goes far beyond the Agency’s Statute.
☝️ Like previous documents of this kind, we regard it as legally and politically null and void. It will have no consequences under international law. None of its provisions will be implemented.
Russia will continue to ensure the safety and security of the ZNPP in accordance with its national legislation and international obligations.
